The application provides an ink-jet printer maintenance method and an ink-jet printer to maintain the ink-jet printer and avoid the phenomenon of a plug.
Several specific embodiments are given below to describe the technical solutions of the present application in detail, and these specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a maintenance method of an inkjet printer according to the present application. Referring to fig. 1, the method provided in this embodiment is applied to an inkjet printer with a scan bar, and the method includes:
s101, responding to a nozzle maintenance instruction, controlling an ink box to perform ink jet operation for one time aiming at a preset test text, and controlling the scanning bar to scan a printed text printed by the ink jet operation to obtain a scanned text.
Specifically, the head maintenance instruction may be triggered when a specified key on the inkjet printer is executed with a specified operation. For example, a head maintenance button may be provided on an inkjet printer that triggers a head maintenance command when the head maintenance button is clicked. In addition, the preset test text can be set according to actual needs. For example, it may be text containing a particular pattern (e.g., in one embodiment, it may be text containing a trapezoid).
The control of the ink cartridge to perform an ink jet operation refers to controlling the ink cartridge to move from one end of the ink cartridge support frame to the other end, and changing liquid ink in the ink cartridge into fine particles through the nozzle during the moving process to be sprayed onto printing paper, so as to realize printing output.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an inkjet printer according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the scan bar is disposed on the ink box support frame in parallel with the ink box, the scan bar can move along with the ink box during the movement of the ink box, and the scan width of the scan bar is greater than the ink ejection width of the ink box; at this time, the specific implementation process of this step may include:
(1) controlling the ink box to move along a specified direction to perform ink jet operation; wherein the specified direction is a direction in which the scan bar points to the ink cartridge;
(2) and controlling the scanning bar to scan the printed file printed by the ink-jet operation in the process of moving along with the ink box to obtain a scanned text. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the scan bar may be fixedly connected to the ink cartridge, so that the scan bar may move along with the ink cartridge during a moving and ink-jet operation of the ink cartridge to scan a printed document printed by the ink-jet operation, so as to obtain a scanned document.
In addition, referring to fig. 2, the length of the scan bar may be greater than or equal to the length of the ink cartridge, so that the scan width of the scan bar is greater than or equal to the ink ejection width of the ink cartridge, that is, the range of one scan of the scan bar may cover the range of one print of the ink cartridge.
The following describes a specific implementation process of this step with reference to fig. 2:
referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the scan bar is disposed at the left end of the ink cartridge, and at this time, in response to the nozzle maintenance instruction, the ink cartridge may be controlled to move from left to right (i.e., the scan bar specifies the direction of the ink cartridge) to perform an ink ejection operation for a preset test text. Further, in the process of moving the ink box to the right, the scanning bar positioned on the left side of the ink box can scan the printed text printed by the ink-jet operation in the process of moving along with the ink box.
Further, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an inkjet printer according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, in the example shown in fig. 3, the scan bar is disposed between the ink cartridge supporting frame and the paper outlet in parallel with the paper outlet, and a paper sensor is further disposed at the scan bar; the specific implementation process of the step may include:
and when the paper sensor detects that paper arrives, controlling the scanning bar to scan the arrived paper so as to scan the printed text recorded on the paper and obtain the scanned text.
During the concrete realization, the sweep bar can set up the optional position in going out the paper passageway, in this application, does not restrict its specific position. And the scanning width of the scanning bar (matched with the length of the scanning bar) is larger than or equal to the width of the paper outlet so as to ensure that the scanning bar can completely cover the paper.
Further, the paper sensor may be a distance sensor or the like. For example, when the paper sensor is a distance sensor, it may determine that paper arrives when it is detected that the distance from the apparatus to the obstacle is less than a preset threshold value.
S102, comparing the scanning text with the testing text, and determining a target spray head to be blocked according to a comparison result.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a process for identifying a target showerhead according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the method for determining a specific implementation process of a target nozzle according to this embodiment may include:
s401, extracting a text with contents, with the length equal to the ink jet width of the ink box, from the test text along the length direction of the test text as a target text according to the sequence from front to back.
For example, in one embodiment, the ink ejection width of the ink cartridge is 0.8CM, i.e., the ink cartridge can print 0.8CM of content each time the ink ejection operation is performed. At this time, 0.8CM of text with contents may be extracted from the test text as a target text along the length direction of the test text in the order from front to back.
S402, comparing the scanned text with the target text, and determining a difference area where the scanned text is not matched with the target area.
And S403, determining the spray head at the position corresponding to the difference area on the ink box as the target spray head.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of an implementation of a target showerhead according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The following describes a specific implementation process for determining a target nozzle with reference to fig. 4 and 5:
referring to fig. 5, for example, in the example shown in fig. 5, for a target area with a length of 0.8cm, by comparing the scanned text with the target text, a difference area where the scanned text does not match with the target area is determined to be an area of 0.3 cm to 0.4 cm (as viewed from the paper ejection direction, that is, the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 5). At this time, it was determined that the head at 0.3 cm to 0.4 cm on the ink cartridge was the target head for plugging as viewed from the paper ejection direction.
S103, carrying out ink jet operation on the target nozzle so as to dredge the target nozzle through the jetted ink.
Specifically, through carrying out ink jet operation on the target nozzle, the blocked target nozzle can be cleaned and dredged through ink, and the problem of the plug is solved.
According to the maintenance method of the ink-jet printer, the scanning bar is arranged on the ink-jet printer, the maintenance instruction of the nozzle is further responded, ink-jet operation is performed on a preset test text by controlling the ink box, the scanning bar is controlled to scan the printed text printed by the ink-jet operation, the scanned text is obtained, the scanned text is compared with the test text, the blocked target nozzle is determined according to the comparison result, and therefore the target nozzle is controlled to perform ink-jet operation. Therefore, the blocked target nozzle can be accurately found, the target nozzle is dredged through ink jet operation, and the problem of the plug can be solved.
Optionally, in an embodiment, after performing the inkjet operation on the target inkjet head, the method further includes:
and outputting the maintenance record to a user.
During specific implementation, the maintenance record can be output to a user through a user interface of the equipment; or reporting the maintenance record to a printer client or a server for managing the device, so as to output the maintenance record to a user through the printer client or the server.
Specifically, the maintenance record may include information such as time information at the time of maintenance, position information of the target head, and the like.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the maintenance record is output to the user, so that the user can know the plugging condition and the maintenance condition of the blowout, and the user experience can be improved.
In correspondence with the foregoing embodiments of the maintenance method of an inkjet printer, the present application also provides embodiments of an inkjet printer.
