The toughened glass forming and polishing equipment comprises a base (1) and toughened glass (14) and is characterized in that a conveying shaft (2) is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the base (1), conveying rollers (3) are sleeved on the surface of the conveying shaft (2) in a rotating mode, a device frame (4) is fixedly connected to the side face of the base (1), a track (5) is arranged inside the device frame (4), a moving block (6) is connected to the inner side wall of the track (5) in a sliding mode, a first vertical rod (7) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the moving block (6), an electric telescopic rod (8) is fixedly connected to the side face of the first vertical rod (7), a first transmission rod (9) is fixedly connected to the output end of the electric telescopic rod (8), a second vertical rod (10) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the device frame (4), a first spring rod (12) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of, the bottom fixedly connected with fixed block (11) of first spring lever (12), the fixed surface of fixed block (11) is connected with first transmission piece (13), the side and first transfer line (9) in close contact with of first transmission piece (13), the output fixedly connected with device case (15) of electric telescopic handle (8), the inside wall fixedly connected with driving motor (16) of device case (15), the output fixedly connected with actuating lever (17) of driving motor (16), the inside wall fixedly connected with second transfer line (18) of device case (15), the inside wall fixedly connected with third transfer line (19) of device case (15), the surface meshing of actuating lever (17) is connected with chain (22), the top and the second transfer line (18) meshing of chain (22) are connected, the bottom and the third transfer line (19) meshing of chain (22) are connected, the side of device case (15) rotates and is connected with two axis of rotation (20), the left end fixedly connected with of axis of rotation (20) grinds dish (21), the bottom of device case (15) rotates and is connected with fourth transfer line (23), the bottom fixedly connected with gear (25) of fourth transfer line (23), meshing connection between worm (24) and gear (25), the top fixedly connected with water jet equipment of device case (15), the fixed surface of first transfer line (9) is connected with transmission groove (34), the inside wall of transmission groove (34) rotates and is connected with seventh transfer line (40), be connected through the bevel gear meshing between seventh transfer line (40) and the fourth transfer line (23), the fixed surface of seventh transfer line (40) has cup jointed the mobile device.
2. A tempered glass forming-polishing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper rotating shaft (20) is engaged with the second driving rod (18) through a bevel gear, and the lower rotating shaft (20) is engaged with the third driving rod (19) through a bevel gear.

The tempered glass forming-polishing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the polishing unit comprises a polishing unit, the water spraying device comprises a water tank (26) fixedly connected with the top end of the device box (15), a spray pipe (27) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the water tank (26), the inner side wall of the spray pipe (27) is rotatably connected with a first valve (28), the side surface of the first valve (28) is fixedly connected with a second spring rod (29), the other end of the second spring rod (29) is fixedly connected with a spray pipe (27), the top end of the water tank (26) is fixedly connected with a first air cylinder (30), the inner side wall of the first air cylinder (30) is connected with a first rubber bowl (31) in a sliding way, the top end of the first rubber bowl (31) is fixedly connected with a fifth transmission rod (32), and a second transmission block (33) is fixedly sleeved on the surface of the fourth transmission rod (23).

The toughened glass forming and polishing device according to claim 3, wherein a first sliding groove is formed in the surface of the second transmission block (33), and the inner side wall of the first sliding groove in the surface of the second transmission block (33) is connected with the fifth transmission rod (32) in a sliding manner.

The toughened glass forming and polishing device according to claim 1, wherein the moving device comprises a third transmission block (41) fixedly sleeved on the surface of a seventh transmission rod (40), a second sliding groove is formed in the surface of the third transmission block (41), an air pipe (35) is fixedly connected inside the first vertical rod (7), a second rubber bowl (36) is slidably connected to the inner side wall of the air pipe (35), a sixth transmission rod (37) is fixedly connected to the right end of the second rubber bowl (36), the right end of the sixth transmission rod (37) is slidably connected to the second sliding groove in the surface of the third transmission block (41), the surface of the sixth transmission rod (37) is slidably connected to the transmission groove (34), a second valve (38) is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the air pipe (35), and a third spring rod (39) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the second valve (38), the other end of the third spring rod (39) is fixedly connected with the air pipe (35).
6. The tempered glass forming and polishing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the air pipe (35) penetrates through the moving block (6) to enter the inside of the moving block (6), and an outlet at the top end of the air pipe (35) is smaller than an inlet at the bottom end of the air pipe (35).
7. The tempered glass forming and polishing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the left and right sides of the first transmission block (13) are inclined surfaces, and the front and rear sides of the first transmission block (13) are arc surfaces.
8. A tempered glass forming and polishing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rubber layer is provided at the bottom end of the fixing block (11).
