In this embodiment, the positioning block 3 is fixed on the cross beam 1 by bolts, the upper plate and the lower plate of the cross beam 1 are provided with corresponding bolt holes for bolts to pass through, the bolt holes on the upper plate and the lower plate of the cross beam 1 are defined as a group of bolt hole pairs, the cross beam 1 is provided with a plurality of groups of bolt hole pairs along the length direction thereof, so that the positioning block 3 can be fixed at different positions of the cross beam 1, and thus, the left sliding seat 4 and the right sliding seat 7 can be selected to be fixed at different positions on the cross beam 1 to adjust the spacing distance between the left fixing piece and the right fixing piece, and further, the clamping tool can be applicable to air tanks 21 of different sizes, and similarly, the mounting seat 11 can also adjust the positions thereof in the left-right direction, so that the fixing block 15 can be aligned with the sleeve through hole 27 on the front cover plate 24 of the air tank 21.
In the above embodiment, the locking structures disposed on the left fixing member and the right fixing member are composed of the quick clamps disposed on the left fixing plate and the right fixing plate, and the first supporting seats disposed on the left sliding seat and the right sliding seat. In other embodiments, the quick clamp can also be replaced by a positioning shaft, and after the air box is installed in place, the positioning shaft is used for sequentially penetrating through the through hole on the fixing plate and the fabrication hole on the air box, and the quick clamp can also be used; the locking structure can also be in other structural forms, for example, the locking structure can be a plurality of mechanical arms arranged on the left sliding seat and the right sliding seat, after the air box is installed in place, part of the mechanical arms press the air box tightly on the installation seat, part of the mechanical arms support the lower side plate of the air box, and part of the mechanical arms press the upper side plate of the air box to fix the air box on the installation seat.
In the above embodiment, when the air box is installed on the clamping tool, the left side plate corresponds to the left fixing member of the clamping tool, and the right side plate corresponds to the right fixing member of the clamping tool. In other embodiments, when the air box is installed on the clamping tool, the upper side plate of the air box corresponds to the left fixing member of the clamping tool, the lower side plate of the air box corresponds to the right fixing member of the clamping tool, or the left side plate of the air box corresponds to the right fixing member of the clamping tool, the right side plate of the air box corresponds to the left fixing member of the clamping tool, or the upper side plate of the air box corresponds to the right fixing member of the clamping tool, and the lower side plate of the air box corresponds to the left fixing member of the clamping tool.
In the above embodiment, when the clamping tool is used, the two cross beams are arranged at intervals up and down. In other embodiments, two beams may be located in the same horizontal plane and spaced apart in the horizontal direction, and the same may be used.
In the embodiment, the three solid blocks are arranged on the action end of the same driving cylinder through a flat plate, the driving cylinder drives the three solid blocks to move back and forth, and the driving cylinder forms a linear action mechanism. In the above embodiment, the solid block is an elastic solid block made of rubber. In other embodiments, the solid block may also be made of other elastic materials, such as TPE thermoplastic elastomer material; the solid block may also be a rigid solid block and may be used as well.
