Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile dust removal, in particular to a fixed-point mobile trolley dust removal device.
Background
In the field of bulk conveying, a mobile trolley is mostly adopted for removing dust. At present, the dust removal of the moving trolley has the following forms: 1) the mobile trolley is provided with a vehicle-mounted dust remover; 2) the movable trolley is provided with a quick connector which is connected and fixed with the dust removing equipment manually; 3) the movable trolley is provided with a telescopic dust removal pipe and is connected with the fixed dust removal equipment through electric or hydraulic drive. In the mode, the vehicle-mounted dust remover is large in integral structure and limited in arrangement, and meanwhile, the dust removing effect is poor due to the limitation of the size of the dust remover. The manual connection of the dust removing equipment does not meet the requirement of factory unmanned management and is gradually eliminated. And the mode of driving the telescopic dust removal pipe through electric or hydraulic drive has complex structure and high failure rate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a fixed-point moving trolley dust removal device, which is characterized in that a moving positioning device is used for accurately aligning a moving trolley with a fixed dust removal device, a sealing sleeve is driven by electromagnetic suction to enable a dust removal connecting pipe on the moving trolley to be automatically butted with a dust removal branch pipe on the fixed dust removal device, and an electric valve on the dust removal branch pipe is opened and closed to finish moving dust removal.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a fixed-point moving trolley dust removal device comprises a moving trolley, a fixed dust removal device, a moving butt joint device and a moving positioning device; a dust removal connecting pipe is arranged on one side of the movable trolley corresponding to the fixed dust removal device; the fixed dust removal device consists of a dust remover, a main dust removal pipe and a branch dust removal pipe, wherein a dust gas inlet of the dust remover is connected with the branch dust removal pipe through the main dust removal pipe; the movable butt joint device comprises a sealing sleeve, an electromagnet flange, a magnetic suction type flange and a spring; the electromagnet flange and the magnetic suction type flange are correspondingly arranged, one is arranged at the pipe end of the dust removal connecting pipe, and the other is arranged at the pipe end of the dust removal branch pipe; the dust removal connecting pipe/dust removal branch pipe is elastically and hermetically connected with the sealing sleeve through a spring and a sealing structure; an electric valve is arranged on the dust removing branch pipe; the moving trolley is provided with a moving positioning device.
The dust removal connecting pipe and the dust removal branch pipe are multiple.
A fixed-point moving trolley dust removal device also comprises a control system; the control system is a PLC controller, and the driving end of the traveling device, the driving end of the dust remover, the driving end of the mobile positioning device and the driving end of the electric valve on the mobile trolley are respectively connected with the PLC controller.
The mobile positioning device is a positioning sensor.
The sealing structure is a labyrinth sealing structure.
The electromagnet flange consists of an iron flange body and an electromagnet; the magnetic type flange is an iron flange.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the sealing butt joint and the automatic butt joint between the movable trolley and the fixed dust removing device are realized;
2) the requirement on the positioning precision of the movable trolley is not high, and the dust removal branch pipe and the dust removal connecting pipe can be well sealed through the flange surface even if the dust removal branch pipe and the dust removal connecting pipe are not coaxial, so that the dust removal effect is not influenced;
3) the device has simple structure, flexible operation mode and high practical application value;
4) is suitable for all bulk cargo conveying industries and has good application prospect.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, the dust removing device for the fixed-point moving trolley comprises a moving trolley 1, a fixed dust removing device, a moving docking device and a moving positioning device 11; a dust removal connecting pipe 2 is arranged on one side of the movable trolley 1 corresponding to the fixed dust removal device; the fixed dust removal device consists of a dust remover 10, a main dust removal pipe 9 and a branch dust removal pipe 7, wherein a dust gas inlet of the dust remover 10 is connected with the branch dust removal pipe 7 through the main dust removal pipe 9; the movable butt joint device comprises a sealing sleeve 5, an electromagnet flange 3, a magnetic suction type flange 8 and a spring 4; the electromagnet flange 3 and the magnetic type flange 8 are correspondingly arranged, one is arranged at the pipe end of the dust removal connecting pipe 2, and the other is arranged at the pipe end of the dust removal branch pipe 2; the dust removal connecting pipe 2/the dust removal branch pipe 7 are elastically and hermetically connected with the sealing sleeve 5 through a spring 4 and a sealing structure; an electric valve 6 is arranged on the dust removing branch pipe 7; the moving trolley 1 is provided with a moving positioning device 11.
The dust removal connecting pipes 2 and the dust removal branch pipes 7 are multiple.
A fixed-point moving trolley dust removal device also comprises a control system; the control system is a PLC controller, and the driving end of the traveling device on the movable trolley 1, the driving end of the dust remover 10, the driving end of the mobile positioning device 11 and the driving end of the electric valve 6 are respectively connected with the PLC controller.
The mobile positioning device 11 is a positioning sensor.
The sealing structure is a labyrinth sealing structure.
The electromagnet flange 3 consists of an iron flange body and an electromagnet; the magnetic type flange 8 is an iron flange.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention is a specific form of the fixed-point moving trolley dust removal device, a dust removal connecting pipe 2 is arranged on the side of a discharge point of a moving trolley 1, a sealing sleeve 5 is arranged at the pipe end of the dust removal connecting pipe 2, one end of the sealing sleeve 5 is elastically connected with the dust removal connecting pipe 2 through a spring 4, and an electromagnet flange 3 is arranged at the other end of the sealing sleeve. The pipe end of a dust removing branch pipe 7 in the fixed dust removing device is provided with a magnetic suction type flange 8. The dust removal branch pipe 7 is a plurality of, all is equipped with motorised valve 6 on every dust removal branch pipe 7 for the break-make of control different dust removal branch pipes. The dust removing branch pipe 7 is connected with a dust remover 10 through a dust removing main pipe 9.
As shown in figure 2, when the fixed-point moving trolley dust removal device is in butt joint, the moving trolley 1 is positioned through the moving positioning device 11, the sealing sleeve 5 is aligned with the dust removal branch pipe 7 at the moment, the electromagnet flange 3 is started through the control system, and the sealing sleeve 5 moves towards the magnetic attraction type flange 8 at the pipe end of the dust removal branch pipe 7 and is attracted under the driving of the magnetic force of the electromagnet flange, so that the butt joint of the two pipes is realized.
When the movable trolley 1 moves, the electromagnet flange 3 is disconnected in advance, the sealing sleeve 5 is reset through the spring 4, and the movable trolley 1 is separated from the fixed dust removal device. Returning to the state shown in figure 1.
