Abstract

The movable trolley is accurately aligned with the fixed dust removal device through the movable positioning device, the sealing sleeve is driven through electromagnetic suction to enable the dust removal connecting pipe on the movable trolley to be automatically butted with the dust removal branch pipe on the fixed dust removal device, and the movable dust removal is completed through opening and closing of an electric valve on the dust removal branch pipe.

The dust removal connecting pipe and the dust removal branch pipe are multiple.
A fixed-point moving trolley dust removal device also comprises a control system; the control system is a PLC controller, and the driving end of the traveling device, the driving end of the dust remover, the driving end of the mobile positioning device and the driving end of the electric valve on the mobile trolley are respectively connected with the PLC controller.
