Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, achieved objects, and effects of the present invention in detail, the following description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, a method for LED lamp illumination for alleviating depression includes the following steps:
s1, setting irradiation parameters of a white light region 1, a blue light region 2 and a red light region 3, wherein the irradiation parameters comprise illuminance and irradiation time sequence;
setting the illumination of the red light area 3 as 300lx, and setting the irradiation time sequence as continuous lightening;
setting the illuminance of the white light region 1 as 10000lx and 5000lx, and alternately changing the irradiation time sequence in two modes of 10000lx illuminance lasting for 30 minutes and 5000lx illuminance lasting for 60 minutes;
setting the illumination of the blue light area 2 as 50lx, and setting the irradiation time sequence as continuous lightening;
and S2, performing irradiation treatment on the patient according to the irradiation parameters.
From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the LED lamp irradiation method and the system capable of relieving depression are used for irradiation treatment by using three lights, namely white light, blue light and red light according to preset illuminance and irradiation time sequence, so that melatonin secretion in a patient body can return to a normal state, dopamine function activity of a central nervous system can be regulated and increased, neuron transmitter activity can be regulated, transmitter level of a mood regulation area is improved, a systematized and scientific irradiation scheme is provided for LED lamp light irradiation treatment of people, depression of people is relieved, and physical and mental health is maintained.
Further, the red light area 3 is formed by arranging red LED lamps having a wavelength range of [630nm,670nm ] on the light emitting panel;
the white light area 1 is formed by arranging LED lamps with the luminous color temperature of [6500K,15000K ] on the luminous panel;
the blue light region 2 is constituted by arranging blue LED lamps having a wavelength range of [450nm,460nm ] on the light emitting panel.
As can be seen from the above description, the wavelength range is set to properly adjust the wavelength and the color temperature value according to the individual difference of the patient and the different environment, so as to obtain better alleviation effect. Red light draws the attention of the patient. Under the action of high-color-temperature white light illumination intensity, melatonin secretion in a patient body returns to a normal state, dopamine functional activity of a central nervous system is regulated and increased, and activity of a neuron transmitter is regulated. Blue light is used to provide mood regulation to the patient, increase transmitter levels, and improve the mood of the patient.
Further, the step S1 further includes:
the white light region 1 and the blue light region 2 are both irradiated after the red light region 3 is irradiated for up to one minute.
From the above description, when performing the irradiation treatment, the red light is first used for irradiation for one minute to attract the attention of the patient, so as to provide psychological hint or a conditioned reflex effect to the patient, so as to guide the patient to slowly receive the change of the light color of the environment, and the body gradually enters the state of receiving the irradiation treatment.
Further, the "setting the irradiation timing of the red light region 3 to be continuously bright" specifically includes:
and the red LED lamps on the red light area 3 are lightened according to the wavelengths from small to large in the first 60 seconds of starting illumination, only the red LED lamp with one wavelength is lightened at the same time, and then the red LED lamp with the wavelength of 670nm is continuously lightened.
From the above description, the wavelength of the red light changes from large to small in the first minute of irradiation, and accordingly the energy of the light gradually decreases, and the red light is more irritating to the human body than the white light and the blue light. The change of the red light wavelength brings a suitable red light irradiation process with gradually changed process to a patient, and generates photochemical effect on organisms so as to generate important biological effect and treatment effect. The mitochondria absorb the red light most in the cell, and after the red light is irradiated, the catalase activity of the mitochondria is increased, so that the metabolism of the cell can be increased; increasing glycogen content, protein synthesis and adenosine triphosphate decomposition, thereby enhancing cell neogenesis; meanwhile, the phagocytosis of white blood cells is increased, and the immune function of the body is improved.
Further, the blue light area 2 includes a plurality of blue light LED lamps arranged in a shape of a Chinese character ri;
the "setting the irradiation timing of the blue light region 2 to be continuous lighting" specifically includes:
and (3) sequentially carrying out digital display change on the blue LED lamps according to the patterns from 0 to 8, wherein the change interval time is 30 seconds.
As can be known from the above description, the blue light area 2 is brightened in a digital display change mode, so that the single irradiation pattern is prevented from causing visual fatigue of the patient, the visual experience of the patient is improved, and the treatment effect is improved.
Further, the step S2 is specifically:
receiving the depression degree of the current patient, and if the depression degree is mild, performing irradiation treatment on the current patient according to the irradiation parameters and the mild patient treatment schedule, wherein the mild patient treatment schedule specifically comprises: 8: 00 and 14: 00, carrying out one-time irradiation treatment, wherein each time lasts for 4 hours, and the treatment period is 90 days;
if the depression degree is severe, performing irradiation treatment on the current patient according to the irradiation parameters and the severe patient treatment time table, wherein the severe patient treatment time table specifically comprises the following steps: 7, every day: 00 and 14: 00 the treatment is started once, the treatment lasts for 5 hours in the morning and 6 hours in the afternoon, and the treatment period is 180 days.
As can be seen from the above description, the light therapy is performed according to a treatment schedule in addition to the preset irradiation parameters. Because the state of the human body is different in the time of day. The irradiation treatment is carried out according to the treatment schedule, the light treatment and the work and rest of the patient can be combined together, the body of the patient can be helped to recover the inherent day and night law, the treatment is carried out in the time period when the body state of the patient is the best in one day, and the good treatment effect is guaranteed.
Further, the illumination parameters further include luminous intensity;
the ratio of the luminous intensities of the red light region 3, the white light region 1 and the blue light region 2 is x: y: z, wherein x ═ 1,2, y ═ 2, 4, and z ═ 1, 2.
As is apparent from the above description, light emission is performed at a certain emission intensity ratio for different lights. Compared with white light, red light and blue light have larger impact on human retina, so that the luminous intensity of the red light and the blue light is weaker, the integral irradiation effect is ensured to be good, and the treatment cannot be influenced because a certain color light is too intense to stimulate a patient.
Referring to fig. 4, an LED lamp illumination system capable of alleviating depression includes a power supply module 4, a control module 5, a first driving module 6, a second driving module 7, a third driving module 8, a red light emitting module 9, a white light emitting module 10, and a blue light emitting module 11;
the power supply module 4 is respectively connected with the control module 5, the first driving module 6, the second driving module 7 and the third driving module 8, the control module 5 is respectively connected with the first driving module 6, the second driving module 7 and the third driving module 8, and the first driving module 6, the second driving module 7 and the third driving module 8 are correspondingly connected with the red light emitting module 9, the white light emitting module 10 and the blue light emitting module 11 one by one;
the control module 5 is used for executing the LED lamp irradiation method capable of relieving depression.
From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the control module 5 generates a control signal to control the first driving module 6, the second driving module 7 and the third driving module 8 to correspondingly drive the red light emitting module 9, the white light emitting module 10 and the blue light emitting module 11 to emit bright light, and white light, blue light and red light are used for irradiation treatment according to the using method, so that melatonin secretion in a patient body can return to a normal state, dopamine function activity of a central nervous system can be adjusted and increased, neuron transmitter activity can be adjusted, transmitter level of a mood regulation area can be improved, a systematized and scientific irradiation scheme is provided for LED light irradiation treatment of people, depression can be relieved for people, and physical and mental health can be maintained.
Further, the control module 5 includes a main control chip 12, a display unit 13, a decoder 14 and a clock signal generating module 15;
the main control chip 12 is connected to the power supply module 4, the display unit 13, the decoder 14, the clock signal generation module 15, the first driving module 6, the second driving module 7, and the third driving module 8, respectively, and the decoder 14 is connected to the third driving module 8.
As can be seen from the above description, the clock signal for controlling each light emitting module is generated by the clock signal generating unit in the control module 5. The display unit 13 is used to display some illumination parameters and the like during illumination. The decoder 14 is used for decoding the encoding signal for controlling the third driving module 8, and driving the blue light emitting module 11 to emit light according to the encoding content, corresponding to the light emitting pattern with digital display variation of the blue light LED in the above using method. Different numbers correspond to different encoded signals.
