The ultraviolet lamp tube 323 is a mercury lamp, and the lamp tube body of the ultraviolet lamp tube 323 is made of quartz glass. The quartz glass is resistant to ultraviolet aging, is not easily affected by the outside and has better stability. In this example, the mercury lamp was a low mercury ultraviolet lamp, the wavelength of the mercury lamp was 254 nm, and the power of the mercury lamp was 30 watts. In the uv lamp structure, all the uv lamp assemblies 320 are arranged along a linear array, which can effectively increase the radiation intensity of the uv lamp 323 having a wavelength of 254 nm.
The use method of the ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization device comprises the following steps:
1) preheating the equipment during starting: the main switch 510 is turned on, the axial flow fan is started, and pumping and drainage are started; the start button 710 is turned on, the upper ultraviolet lamp set 301, the left ultraviolet lamp set 302, the right ultraviolet lamp set 303 and the lower ultraviolet lamp set 304 enter a working state, and simultaneously, the working indicator lamp 740 is turned on; the lamp tube detection device 610 starts to collect the working condition data, remotely monitors the lamp tube working data in real time through the information transmission device 620, and transmits the lamp tube working data to the cloud equipment;
2) after all the ultraviolet lamp structures are started, after all the ultraviolet lamp structures are stably output for 5-10 minutes, goods 10 to be disinfected enter from the front part of an inlet side belt conveyor 410 provided with a guide plate 411, enter an inlet side extension channel 430 after being corrected by the guide plate 411, pass through two shielding curtains 450 on the inlet side extension channel 430, the goods 10 are conveyed into the shell 100 by a roller way conveying mechanism 200, and the outer surfaces of the goods 10 are disinfected and sterilized by ultraviolet rays through an upper ultraviolet lamp group 301, a left ultraviolet lamp group 302, a right ultraviolet lamp group 303 and a lower ultraviolet lamp group 304; meanwhile, part of the scattered light emitted from the upper, left, right and lower uv lamp groups 301, 302, 303 and 304 is uniformly reflected by the main and sub-reflectors 310 and 322 to the corners of the moving path of the goods inside the casing 100; the sterilized goods 10 enter the outlet-side belt conveyor 420 and also enter the outlet-side extension passage 440, and pass through the two shielding curtains 450 on the outlet-side extension passage 440, thereby completing the ultraviolet sterilization process.
The ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization device of this embodiment is a device that is suitable for the quick disinfection and sterilization of surface of the large-scale commodity circulation collection and distribution goods 10 of similar places such as airport, harbour, subway, express delivery, the ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization device of this embodiment passes through the effect of the reflection light of main reflector 310 and auxiliary reflector 322 for the ultraviolet ray of ultraviolet lamp structure radiation can gather the surface of the goods 10 that wait to disinfect and sterilize, reach the radiant energy value that kills the required target microorganism, the ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization device of this embodiment can expand in the practical application field simultaneously and reach different application occasion demands.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. An ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization device, comprising:
the device comprises a shell (100), wherein a front opening is formed in the front side of the shell (100), and a rear opening (102) is formed in the rear side of the shell (100);
the roller way conveying mechanism (200) is arranged in the shell (100), and the conveying direction of the roller way conveying mechanism (200) is the same as the front-back direction of the shell (100); the roller way conveying mechanism (200) comprises a roller way support (210) and a plurality of roller way components (220) arranged on the roller way support (210);
an upper ultraviolet lamp group (301) disposed on an upper side surface inside the housing (100);
a left ultraviolet lamp group (302) arranged on the left side surface inside the shell (100);
a right ultraviolet lamp group (303) arranged on the right side surface inside the shell (100);
a lower ultraviolet lamp group (304) which is arranged in the shell (100) and is positioned below the roller way component (220);
the upper ultraviolet lamp group (301), the left ultraviolet lamp group (302), the right ultraviolet lamp group (303) and the lower ultraviolet lamp group (304) are all ultraviolet lamp structures;
the ultraviolet lamp structure comprises a main reflector (310) and a plurality of ultraviolet lamp assemblies (320), wherein all the ultraviolet lamp assemblies (320) are connected with a main reflecting surface of the main reflector (310), and the main reflecting surface of the main reflector (310) faces to the inside of the shell (100); all the ultraviolet lamp assemblies (320) are sequentially arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the main reflector (310); each ultraviolet lamp assembly (320) comprises a lamp bracket (321), an auxiliary reflector (322) and an ultraviolet lamp tube (323), and the irradiation direction of the ultraviolet lamp tube (323) faces to the inside of the shell (100); the lamp bracket (321) is arranged on the main reflecting surface of the main reflector (310), the ultraviolet lamp tube (323) is arranged on the lamp bracket (321), and the auxiliary reflector (322) is arranged between the ultraviolet lamp tube (323) and the lamp bracket (321); the auxiliary reflecting surface of the auxiliary reflector (322) faces the ultraviolet lamp tube (323), and the auxiliary reflecting surface of the auxiliary reflector (322) faces the inside of the shell (100).
2. The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet lamp structure further comprises a protective structure, and all the ultraviolet lamp assemblies (320) are covered with the protective structure.
3. The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 2, wherein: the protective structure is a guardrail (324) or a protective net (325).

The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein: an inlet side belt conveyor (410) is arranged at the front part of the roller way conveying mechanism (200), and an outlet side belt conveyor (420) is arranged at the rear part of the roller way conveying mechanism (200); the front side of the inlet side belt conveyor (410) has two oppositely arranged guide plates (411).
5. The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 4, wherein:
an inlet-side extended channel (430) is arranged on the inlet-side belt conveyor (410), and the inlet-side extended channel (430) is communicated with the front opening of the shell (100); a shielding curtain (450) is arranged at the front part of the inlet-side extension channel (430) and at the rear part of the inlet-side extension channel (430);
an outlet-side extended passage (440) is provided on the outlet-side belt conveyor (420), the outlet-side extended passage (440) communicating with the rear opening (102) of the casing (100); a shielding curtain (450) is provided to both the front of the outlet-side extension passage (440) and the rear of the outlet-side extension passage (440).
6. The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein: the upper part of the shell (100) is provided with a heat dissipation and ventilation mechanism (500).
7. The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein: the lamp tube detection device also comprises a lamp tube detection device (610) and an information transmission device (620) connected with the lamp tube detection device (610).

The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet lamp tube is characterized by further comprising a starting button (710), a stopping button (720), an emergency stopping button (730) and a working indicator lamp (740), wherein the starting button (710), the stopping button (720) and the emergency stopping button (730) are all connected with all the ultraviolet lamp tubes (323); the start button (710), the stop button (720) and the emergency stop button (730) are all connected with the work indicator lamp (740).
9. The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein: and a vertical telescopic structure (800) is arranged on the roller way support (210).
10. The ultraviolet sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet lamp tube (323) is a mercury lamp, and a lamp tube body of the ultraviolet lamp tube (323) is made of quartz glass.
