本发明公开了一种泌尿系医用硬管内窥镜,包括镜身,镜身包括柄部及柄部前端伸出的镜管,镜管包括外镜管,外镜管外壁为圆形,内壁为非圆形的内孔,形成不等壁厚管体,内孔中穿接有独立的工作导管,工作导管与内孔的下部壁面贴合,工作导管的上方与外镜管内壁之间形成内镜通道,内镜通道为密闭空间,通过壁厚相对较大的部分加强了外镜管的强度,相对现有技术中相同外径的外镜管,强度会得到相应的提升,且工作导管变大,可以放入更多的手术器械;因此在选用内窥镜时,确定需要的工作导管大小后,可选择镜管外径更小的内窥镜,以降低了在进入人体时通道狭窄导致抱镜的风险,或者,在根据病人输尿管大小而确定了需要的镜管外径后,工作导管的空间会比现有技术中相同外径外镜管的空间更大,更便于操作。

一种泌尿系医用硬管内窥镜
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,具体为一种泌尿系医用硬管内窥镜。
背景技术
临床上,腔内微创技术治疗泌尿系结石已基本代替传统开放手术。腔内微创技术多以内窥镜通过人体自然通道进入后,其它医疗器械通过工作通道进入人体达到检查,治疗目的。泌尿系内窥镜通过人体自然通道进入时,受输尿管大小影响,当病人输尿管太小的时候,会导致外径偏大的内窥镜无法进入,或进入时对输尿管粘膜造成损伤,严重时会出现抱镜的情况,这情况出现后,即使终止手术也会有输尿管断裂的风险。若选取镜管外径较小的内窥镜时,入镜风险降低,但相应的工作通道又会因镜管外径减小的因素影响,工作通道大小相应减少,功能性能受到约束。以上情况均不能达到安全有效。
内窥镜外管目前采用的都是等壁厚设计的圆管,在达到安全强度的前提下,如需实现内窥镜的工作通道增大,则外镜管的壁厚就需要相应增加,即外径增加,导致内窥镜进入人体难度大或手术风险增加。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型的泌尿系医用硬管内窥镜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种泌尿系医用硬管内窥镜,包括镜身,所述镜身包括柄部及柄部前端伸出的镜管,所述镜管包括外镜管,所述外镜管外壁为圆形,内壁为非圆形的内孔,形成不等壁厚的外镜管,所述内孔中穿接有独立的工作导管,工作导管与所述内孔的下部壁面贴合,工作导管的上方与外镜管内壁之间形成内镜通道,所述内镜通道为密闭的空间。
所述工作导管为D形管道,所述外镜管内的内镜通道穿接有圆形的内镜导管,D形管道的弧面侧贴合所述内孔的下部壁面,内镜导管位于D形管道的平面侧上方,所述内孔的形状与经D形管道平面侧的两端点向内镜导管引出的切线相吻合,使外镜管的内孔截面呈水滴状。
所述外镜管的内孔截面呈子弹形,所述工作导管为三角形管道位于内孔的下方,所述工作导管上方的内镜通道呈方形。
所述外镜管的内孔截面呈菱形,所述工作导管为三角形管道,所述工作导管上方的内镜通道呈三角形。
所述柄部上设有光源接口,所述光源接口内设有导光光纤进行引光照射,所述导光光纤穿插在内镜通道内,并自柄部的光源接口延伸至内镜通道末端且布置于所述内镜导管外。
所述柄部设有目镜接头,所述内镜导管内布置有传像束及光学镜片,所述光学镜片密封盖合在内镜导管的末端管口,所述传像束自光学镜片沿内镜导管内部延伸至所述目镜接头。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的外镜管为外壁圆形,内壁非圆形,形成不等壁厚的管体,内壁可正常容纳工作导管等部件,通过壁厚相对较大的部分加强了外镜管的强度,相对现有技术中相同外径的外镜管,强度会得到相应的提升,且工作导管变大,可以放入更多的手术器械或操作空间更大;因此在选用内窥镜时,在确定需要的工作导管大小后,可选择镜管外径更小的内窥镜,以降低在进入人体时通道狭窄导致抱镜的风险,或者,在根据病人输尿管大小而确定了需要的镜管外径后,工作导管的空间会比现有技术中相同外径外镜管的空间更大,更便于操作。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3的一种泌尿系医用硬管内窥镜,包括镜身1,镜身1包括柄部11、柄部11前端伸出的镜管12。镜管12包括外镜管4,本发明的外镜管4外壁为圆形,内壁为非圆形的内孔,形成不等壁厚的外镜管,内壁可正常容纳部件,其内穿接有独立的工作导管6,工作导管6与内孔的下部壁面贴合,工作导管6的上方与外镜管内壁之间形成内镜通道13。工作导管6用于活动穿接泌尿系手术用的器械,如:活检钳、钬激光、输尿管导管等。内镜通道13用于布置传像部件,且其为密闭的空间,防止水进入影响传像部件工作;传像部件的种类分为光学镜和电子镜:当为电子镜时,将电子镜的镜头密封安置在内镜通道13的通道口处,电导线沿内镜通道13穿接至柄部11并从柄部11穿出连接摄像系统;当为光学镜时,需通过内镜导管5将传输图像的光学镜片9以及传像束8布置在内镜通道13内,光学镜片9密封盖合在内镜导管5的末端管口,柄部11上设有目镜接头15,传像束8自光学镜片9沿内镜导管5内部延伸至目镜接头15,外部可经过目镜接头15观察镜管12末端手术部位的情况,同样地也可接入摄像系统,通过摄像系统放大,便于观察。
在采用光学镜时,为了实现照明,柄部11上还设有光源结构,光源接口14内设有导光光纤7进行引光照射,导光光纤7穿插在内镜通道13内,并自柄部11的光源接口延伸至内镜通道13末端且布置于所述内镜导管5周侧,将光引导至内镜通道13末端射出。
本发明的外镜管4采用不等壁的设计,通过壁厚相对较大的部分加强了外镜管的强度,相对现有技术中相同外径下的外镜管,强度会得到相应的提升,且工作导管变大,可以放入更多的手术器械。因此在选用内窥镜时,在确定需要的工作导管大小后,可选择镜管外径更小的内窥镜,以降低在进入人体时通道狭窄导致抱镜的风险,或者,在根据病人输尿管大小而确定了需要的镜管外径后,工作导管的空间会比现有技术中相同外径外镜管的空间更大,更便于操作。
作为本发明的优选实施例,工作导管6为D形管道,外镜管4内的内镜通道13穿接有圆形的内镜导管5;D形管道的弧面侧贴合内孔的下部壁面,完全利用内孔的下部空间,其D形内腔可提供更多的空间供手术器械穿接且留有空位进行通水;内镜导管5位于D形管道的平面侧上方,内孔的形状与经D形管道平面侧的两端点向内镜导管5引出的切线相吻合,使外镜管4的内孔截面呈水滴状。以下通过测量数据具体说明,当采用本优选实施例的技术方案后,外镜管的强度及工作导管大小得到显著提升。
测量条件:材质:45#钢;施力点:沿外镜管始端部的长度方向425mm;测量点:外镜管始端部。

通过上述数据可知,本优选实施例的外镜管4左右侧受力弯矩相较于现有技术大幅降低(弯矩数据越低,表示镜管强度越高),因此采用本发明的技术方案后,外镜管的强度得到明显提高;同时,在外径相同情况下,本优选实施例的工作导管大小比现有技术显著增大。
如图4所示,作为本发明的第二实施例,外镜管4的内孔截面呈子弹形,工作导管6为三角形管道位于内孔的下方,工作导管6上方的内镜通道13呈方形,可用于安装电子镜的镜头。
如图5所示,作为本发明的第三实施例,镜管4的内孔截面呈菱形,工作导管6为三角形管道,工作导管6上方的内镜通道13呈三角形。
可以知晓的是,上述实施例仅为本发明列举的优选实施例,不应作为对本发明保护范围的限制;凡是采用基本相同的技术手段实现本发明的技术目的及效果均应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种泌尿系医用硬管内窥镜,包括镜身(1),所述镜身(1)包括柄部(11)及柄部(11)前端伸出的镜管(12),所述镜管(12)包括外镜管(4),其特征在于:所述外镜管(4)外壁为圆形,内壁为非圆形的内孔,形成不等壁厚的外镜管,所述内孔中穿接有独立的工作导管(6),工作导管(6)与所述内孔的下部壁面贴合,工作导管(6)的上方与外镜管内壁之间形成内镜通道(13),所述内镜通道(13)为密闭的空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用硬管内窥镜,其特征在于:所述工作导管(6)为D形管道,所述外镜管(4)内的内镜通道(13)穿接有圆形的内镜导管(5),D形管道的弧面侧贴合所述内孔的下部壁面,内镜导管(5)位于D形管道的平面侧上方,所述内孔的形状与经D形管道平面侧的两端点向内镜导管(5)引出的切线相吻合,使外镜管(4)的内孔截面呈水滴状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用硬管内窥镜,其特征在于:所述外镜管(4)的内孔截面呈子弹形,所述工作导管(6)为三角形管道位于内孔的下方,所述工作导管(6)上方的内镜通道(13)呈方形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用硬管内窥镜,其特征在于:所述外镜管(4)的内孔截面呈菱形,所述工作导管(6)为三角形管道,所述工作导管(6)上方的内镜通道(13)呈三角形。
5.根据权利要求2所述的医用硬管内窥镜,其特征在于:所述柄部(11)上设有光源接口(14),所述光源接口(14)内设有导光光纤(7)进行引光照射,所述导光光纤(7)穿插在内镜通道(13)内,并自柄部(11)的光源接口延伸至内镜通道(13)末端且布置于所述内镜导管(5)外。
6.根据权利要求2所述的医用硬管内窥镜,其特征在于:所述柄部(11)设有目镜接头(15),所述内镜导管(5)内布置有传像束(8)及光学镜片(9),所述光学镜片(9)密封盖合在内镜导管(5)的末端管口,所述传像束(8)自光学镜片(9)沿内镜导管(5)内部延伸至所述目镜接头(15)。
