Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical endoscopic surgery, and particularly relates to a demisting, decontaminating and sterilizing device and method for an endoscope.
Background
The endoscope is a medical apparatus which is commonly used in medicine and can be sent into a human body cavity to inspect the pathological changes of human organs, and the pathological changes can be visually inspected and treated by using the endoscope. The use of an endoscope not only alleviates the pain of the patient, but also reduces the risk of surgical cross-infection. The endoscopic surgery is performed in a relatively closed environment, and the human body has the characteristics of high temperature and high humidity.
The operation environment temperature is raised by the energy-based surgical instrument, the energy released by the water vapor pre-cooling in the air is liquefied, and liquid water drops are attached to the endoscope lens to obscure the visual field. The endoscope contacts with human body and remains blood or other tissues, which seriously affects the image acquisition and the visual field range of the endoscope, and further causes that a doctor cannot determine a focus and cannot accurately operate.
The current common practice in clinic is to take out the endoscope, soak it in warm water and wipe it with a sterilized cotton. The process is complicated, the wiping is frequent, and the risk of cross infection is high.
