the base (401) is designed into a frame body with the top and the front surface designed in a penetrating way, and the size of the base (401) is equal to that of the water storage tank (301);
second placing holes (402) are formed in the four corners of the top of the base (401), the distance between the two second placing holes (402) is equal to the distance between the two support rods (103), and the length, width and height of the second placing holes (402) are equal to the length, width and height of the support rods (103);
locking screws (403) are installed on two sides of the base (401) in a threaded mode, the diameter of each locking screw (403) is equal to that of the corresponding fixing hole (104), the locking screws (403) penetrate through the base (401) and are located in the second placing holes (402), and when the supporting rod (103) is located in the second placing holes (402), the locking screws (403) are matched with the fixing holes (104);
