本实施例公开了一种应用程序的管理方法，该方法包括：根据应用程序的使用习惯，确定出应用程序的预测启动时间；将预测启动时间高于预测阈值的第一应用程序进行冻结；分析当前的显示界面，确定显示界面相应的场景信息；将场景信息输入模型库，得到场景信息相应的第二应用程序并进行解冻。提升了应用程序的管理效率。
