Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a desktop display method applied to a server, and fig. 1 is a flowchart (a) of a desktop display method provided according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method in the present embodiment includes:
s102, a server acquires first desktop information and second desktop information, wherein the first desktop information is used for indicating content information of a target desktop, and the second desktop information is used for indicating transparency information of the target desktop;
and S104, the server sends the first desktop information and the second desktop information to the client so that the client can overlay the first desktop information and the second desktop information to display the target desktop.
It should be further described that the server in this embodiment is configured to indicate a cloud server after the service of the set top box is clouded, where the server is configured to obtain and provide image or video information available for browsing or viewing to the client; the client in this embodiment is used to indicate a set-top box used by a user, and the client is used to receive and output information sent by the server. The server may be a virtual set top box VSTB arranged in the cloud. Fig. 2 is an interaction schematic diagram of a cloud service provided according to an embodiment of the present invention, and an interaction manner of a server and a client in the foregoing embodiment is shown in fig. 2.
The desktop in the embodiment is used for indicating an interactive desktop, and a user can select information or control functions of the set top box through the interactive desktop; the desktop is usually provided by a system platform of the set-top box, and may also be provided by a content providing platform used by the user, such as an arcade, an entertainment video, and the like.
It should be further noted that the transparency setting of the target desktop may be preset by the system platform or the content providing platform, or the server renders the target desktop according to the usage scene of the user, so that the target desktop performs transparency processing in a certain proportion, for example, when the user requests the desktop from the server while watching a video service, the server may perform transparency rendering on the target desktop, so that the user can still watch the video content while performing desktop operation on the display terminal.
In addition, in the foregoing embodiment, in step S104, the client uses the first desktop information and the second desktop information to instruct the client to display the first desktop information and the second desktop information at the same time, where the "superimposing" operation in the foregoing step may instruct to superimpose the second desktop information onto the first desktop information for display, or instruct to display the first desktop information directly according to the transparency information in the second desktop information after processing, that is, any scheme that displays the first desktop information and the second desktop information at the same time belongs to the equivalent scheme of the present invention.
According to the desktop display method of the embodiment, the server can obtain the first desktop information used for indicating the content information of the target desktop and the second desktop information used for indicating the transparency information of the target desktop, and send the first desktop information and the second desktop information to the client, so that the client can superimpose the first desktop information and the second desktop information to display the target desktop. Therefore, the desktop display method in the embodiment can solve the problem that the desktop transparency after the cloud processing cannot be realized in the related art, so that the effect of displaying the cloud desktop with transparency in the client is realized.
It should be further noted that the desktop display method in this embodiment is not limited to the encoding format or terminal support, and the transparent display of the desktop can be implemented in any working environment.
In an alternative embodiment, the first desktop information is image information or video information.
It should be further noted that, the first desktop information may be sent to the client by using the content information of the target desktop as a plurality of frames of continuous images, such as PNG images; the first desktop information may also be sent to the client in the form of video frames, such as H264 encoded video frames or VP9 encoded video frames, of the content information of the target desktop.
In addition, according to different types of the first desktop information, the second desktop information also needs to be transmitted by adopting a corresponding type.
In an optional embodiment, in the step S104, the sending the first desktop information and the second desktop information to the client includes:
carrying the second desktop information in the first desktop information and sending the first desktop information to the client; or,
and synchronously sending the first desktop information and the second desktop information to the client.
It should be further noted that different transmission manners of the second desktop information may be adopted according to different sending manners of the first desktop information, and specifically, in a case that the first desktop information is image information, such as the PNG image described above, since the image information may carry transparency information, the second desktop information may be directly carried in the first desktop information, so as to send the image information with the transparency information to the client for displaying the target desktop. When the first desktop information is video information, such as the video frame encoded by H264, since the video frame in the partial encoding format cannot support the transparency information, the first desktop information and the second desktop information can be synchronously sent to the client, so that the client can decode the first desktop information and the second desktop information and then superimpose them to display the target desktop.
In addition, for a video frame supporting transparency information, i.e., an encoding format with a transparent channel, since the video frame can carry transparency information, the second desktop information can be directly carried in the first desktop information to send the video frame with the transparency information to the client for displaying the target desktop.
In an optional embodiment, in the step S104, the overlapping, by the client, the first desktop information and the second desktop information to display the target desktop further includes:
the client side overlays the first desktop information and the second desktop information on the video service to display a target desktop; the video service is a video service played by a client.
It should be further noted that the client may superimpose the first desktop information and the second desktop information to obtain a target desktop with transparency, and at this time, the target desktop is superimposed on the video service being played by the client for display, so that the user does not affect the viewing of the video serving as the background during the interactive operation performed by the user through the desktop, so that the user experience is significantly improved.
In addition, in the case that the video service is not a local video of the client, the video service is also sent to the client by the server, and therefore, in this case, the server needs to transmit the video service and the first desktop information and the second desktop information to the client at the same time.
In an optional embodiment, in the step S102, the acquiring the first desktop information and the second desktop information includes:
extracting content information of a target desktop and coding according to a preset format to obtain first desktop information; and extracting the transparency information of the target desktop and coding according to a preset format to acquire second desktop information.
It should be further noted that the target desktop may be provided by a system platform of the set top box or a content providing platform used by the user, and after the server obtains the desktop preset by the platform, the server may extract corresponding content information and transparency information to perform encoding, so as to obtain corresponding first desktop information and second desktop information.
In an optional embodiment, the extracting transparency information of the target desktop and encoding the transparency information according to a preset format to obtain the second desktop information includes:
and extracting the transparency information of the target desktop, and respectively coding the transparency information of each pixel point of the target desktop to acquire second desktop information.
It should be further described that, for a video stream that does not support transparency information, a mode of encoding transparency information of each pixel point of the target desktop respectively in the above optional embodiment may be adopted to obtain a corresponding second desktop for sending.
The desktop display method in this embodiment is further described below by way of a specific embodiment.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment 1
S1, coding the rendered interactive desktop on the cloud server to form a plurality of PNG images with transparency; and the server sends the multiple frames of PNG images and the video source for the video service to the client.
It should be further noted that the PNG image is the first desktop information in the embodiment and is used to display content information of a desktop (i.e., a target desktop) specified by a user, and the transparency carried in the PNG image is the second desktop information in the embodiment. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram (a) of interaction between a server and a client according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the interaction between the server and the client in this embodiment is as shown in fig. 3.
And S2, the client receives the multi-frame PNG image, decodes the multi-frame PNG image to obtain an interactive desktop with transparency, and further superimposes the interactive desktop on the video played by the client according to the video source for displaying.
It should be further noted that, since the PNG image has transparency information, the client decodes and displays the PNG image to obtain an interactive desktop with transparency.
Specific example 2
S1, encoding the rendered interactive desktop by adopting an H264 encoding format at the cloud server to form a video frame; meanwhile, the transparency information of each pixel point in the rendered interactive desktop is independently coded; and the server sends the video frames and the corresponding transparency information data to the client together with the video source for the video service.
It should be further noted that the video frame is the first desktop information in the embodiment and is used to display content information of a desktop (i.e., a target desktop) specified by a user, and the transparency information data obtained by separately encoding the transparency information of each pixel point in the interactive desktop is the second desktop information in the embodiment. Since the H264 coding format is adopted, the transparency information is not supported, so that the transparency information of each pixel point in the interactive desktop needs to be coded separately in the above steps to obtain the second desktop information. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram (ii) of interaction between a server and a client according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the interaction between the server and the client in the embodiment is as shown in fig. 4.
S2, after receiving the video frame and the transparency information data, the client decodes the video frame first, and then decodes the transparency information data, so that the transparency information corresponding to each pixel point is superimposed to the video frame in sequence, and then the corresponding interactive desktop can be restored; the client can further overlay the interactive desktop on the video played by the client according to the video source for displaying.
Specific example 3
S1, encoding the rendered interactive desktop by adopting a VP9 encoding format at the cloud server to form a video frame; the VP9 encoding format has a transparent channel, so that the video frame can carry transparency information of the interactive desktop; and the server sends the video frame carrying the transparency information and the video source for the video service to the client.
It should be further noted that the video frame is the first desktop information in the above embodiment, and is used to display content information of a desktop (i.e., a target desktop) specified by a user. Since the VP9 encoding lattice is adopted, which has a transparent channel, i.e., the VP9 encoding lattice supports transparency information, transparency can be carried in the corresponding encoded video frame. Therefore, the server sends the video frames to the client, namely, the first desktop information and the second desktop information are sent to the client. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram (iii) of the interaction between the server and the client according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the interaction between the server and the client in the embodiment is as shown in fig. 5.
And S2, after receiving the video frames, the client decodes the video frames to obtain an interactive desktop with transparency, and then the interactive desktop can be superposed on the video played by the client according to the video source for display.

In addition, for a video frame supporting transparency information, namely, an encoding format with a transparent channel, since the video frame can carry the transparency information, the second desktop information can be directly carried in the first desktop information for transmission.
In an optional embodiment, the overlaying the first desktop information and the second desktop information to display the target desktop includes:
overlaying the first desktop information and the second desktop information on the video service to display a target desktop; the video service is a video service played by a client.
In an optional embodiment, the overlaying the first desktop information and the second desktop information to display the target desktop includes:
decoding the first desktop information to obtain content information of the target desktop, and decoding the second desktop information to obtain transparency information of the target desktop;
and overlapping the content information and the transparency information of the target desktop to display the target desktop.
It should be further noted that the above decoding operations on the first desktop information and the second desktop information correspond to the encoding formats adopted by the server for the first desktop information and the second desktop information.
In an optional embodiment, the overlaying the first desktop information and the second desktop information to display the target desktop further includes:
and decoding the second desktop information to obtain the transparency information of each pixel point of the target desktop, and sequentially overlapping the transparency information of each pixel point on the content information of the target desktop to display the target desktop.
It should be further described that, for a video stream that does not support transparency information, a mode of encoding transparency information of each pixel point of the target desktop respectively in the above optional embodiment may be adopted to obtain a corresponding second desktop for sending.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
