Step 302: sending a dividing ratio query request to a first server according to the electronic resource sending request; and the dividing proportion query request is used for requesting to query the anchor account correspondingly sent by the audience account to acquire the proportion information of the electronic resources.
In this disclosure, when the audience account wishes to send the electronic resource to the anchor account, the audience account may send an electronic resource sending request to the processing server, and then the processing server may receive the electronic resource sending request triggered by the audience account, and send a partition ratio query request to the first server, that is, the partition ratio query processor in fig. 2, according to the electronic resource sending request. And, a processing order may also be generated based on the viewer side account information in the request to transmit electronic resources. Specifically, the account information of the viewer side may be a name of an account or an identity of the account.
Specifically, the processing order is a unique processing order generated based on the account information of the audience, and an identifier corresponding to the account of the audience can be marked, so that the processing order corresponding to the account of the audience and the state recorded in the processing order can be determined more accurately and quickly when the problem location or detection is performed on the subsequent service of transmitting the electronic resource to the account of the audience.
Step 303: when the dividing ratio query failure information sent by the first server is received, the dividing ratio query failure information is input into the processing order.
Step 304: transferring the electronic resource corresponding to the electronic resource sending request to a resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account through a preset channel; and when the electronic resource transfer success information is received, transmitting the electronic resource transmission success information to the audience side account, and inputting the temporary virtual account transfer success information into the processing order.
In order to better explain the scheme for processing electronic resources provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, several embodiments are described below.
The first embodiment is as follows:
in this embodiment, if the processing server receives the division ratio query success information sent by the first server when sending the division ratio query request for the first time, enters the division ratio query success information into the processing order, and sends a settlement request to the second server, that is, the settlement server, according to the division ratio query success information in the processing order, and when receiving the settlement success information, that is, the ledger success feedback information sent by the second server, enters the first settlement success information into the processing order, and sends the electronic resource sending success information to the audience account. And then, according to the first settlement success information in the processing order, sending a second electronic resource to the anchor corresponding to the live broadcast room, wherein the second electronic resource is determined according to the division ratio and the electronic resource.
In addition, when the settlement failure information sent by the second server is received, the settlement failure information is input into the processing order, the processing order is marked as a sending failure order, and the electronic resource sending failure information is sent to the audience. That is, in the settlement, if the electronic resource of the account of the audience is found to be not deducted enough, the electronic resource sending failure information is sent to the account of the audience, and the reason of the gift sending failure is prompted to the audience.
In a specific implementation process, in the foregoing embodiment, the processing order corresponding to the audience account includes the division ratio query success information, the settlement success information, or the settlement failure information, so that the process of sending the electronic resource of the audience account can be known based on the information in the processing order, and therefore, the problem occurring in sending the electronic resource can be timely and accurately located, and the subsequent business of sending the electronic resource can be ensured to be performed smoothly.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the processing server, the first server, and the second server have no problem or a network has no problem during the process of processing the electronic resource, the implementation may be performed according to the foregoing embodiment, so as to smoothly implement the service of sending the electronic resource.
Example two:
in this embodiment, if the processing server sends the partition ratio query request for the first time, receives partition ratio query failure information sent by the first server, that is, the first server is down or has a network delay problem, enters the partition ratio query failure information into the processing order, and transfers the electronic resources corresponding to the electronic resource sending request to the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account through the preset channel.
Specifically, the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account may be a processing server, or may be a third server, that is, the storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account may be a storage space in the processing server, or a third server may be newly added to the existing servers, that is, the processing server, the first server, and the second server, and the storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account is set in the third server. Therefore, the embodiment of the disclosure provides various optional positions for the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account, so as to ensure the storage security of the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account as much as possible.
Further, when the electronic resource transfer success information is received, the electronic resource transmission success information is sent to the audience side account, and the temporary virtual account transfer success information is input into the processing order. Specifically, after the audience terminal receives the information that the electronic resource is successfully sent, special effect information corresponding to the successful sending and a nickname corresponding to the audience terminal and the like can be displayed on the current page of each terminal corresponding to the live broadcast room, for example, in a manner that a dynamic firework blooms and a nickname of a small a is displayed on the firework, the small a is displayed to successfully send the electronic resource.
In this embodiment, a dividing ratio query request may be sent to the first server according to the information on the transfer success of the temporary virtual account entered in the processing order. That is, after confirming that the electronic resource is successfully transferred to the temporary virtual account, the method continues to send the division ratio query request to the first server, and when receiving the division ratio query success information, enters the division ratio query information into the processing order, and sends the settlement request to the second server according to the division ratio in the division ratio query success information.
In this embodiment, when the settlement timeout information sent by the second server is received, the settlement timeout information is entered into the processed order, the first time corresponding to the settlement timeout information in the processed order is determined, and when it is determined that the difference time period between the current time and the first time is the same as the preset countdown time period, a settlement request is sent to the second server until settlement success information or settlement failure information is received.
It can be seen that, when performing settlement, if the network is overtime, retry operation may also be performed, that is, the settlement request is sent again after the preset countdown time period, and it is not directly determined that the sending of the electronic resource is failed this time, so that the completion of the service of finally sending the electronic resource may be ensured as much as possible.
In this embodiment, if the settlement failure information sent by the second server is received, the settlement failure information is entered into the processing order, the processing order is marked as a sending failure order, and the electronic resource sending failure information is sent to the audience.
It can be seen that when the electronic resource in the account of the audience is insufficient, that is, when the second server cannot settle the electronic resource in the account of the audience, the settlement failure information may be entered into the processing order, and the electronic resource sending failure information may be sent to the audience, and a prompt message may be sent to prompt that the value of the electronic resource in the account of the audience is smaller than the electronic resource corresponding to the electronic resource sending request.
In this embodiment, when the settlement success information sent by the second server is received, the settlement success information is entered into the processing order. Then, according to settlement success information in the processing order, first electronic resources can be sent to a corresponding anchor account in the live broadcast room; wherein the first electronic resource is determined according to the division ratio and the electronic resource transferred to the temporary virtual account. Specifically, the partition ratio in the partition ratio query success information may be updated based on a new protocol signed by the anchor and MCN mechanism and the live broadcast platform in real time.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the information of failed query in division ratio is received, that is, when the second server handles a problem, the electronic resource of the account of the audience terminal may be first transferred to the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account through the preset channel, and when it is determined that the transfer is successful, the information of successful transmission of the electronic resource is sent to the account of the audience terminal. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the process of sending the electronic resource service is completed by transferring the electronic resource to the temporary virtual account, the information that the gift delivery is successful is fed back to the account of the audience in time, and then the electronic resource in the resource storage region corresponding to the temporary virtual account is separated, so that the electronic resource service can be ensured to be quickly implemented as much as possible, and the use experience of the account of the audience is improved.
In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the processing of the state information in the order may be an order state determined based on received feedback information sent by the first server and/or the second server and a preset rule, specifically, the preset rule may be an order state written according to a received time sequence, or may be in other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the manner of representing the order status may be the aforementioned english alphabet/combination, and may also be characters, numbers, and characters (for example, chinese characters, german characters, italian characters, and the like), which are not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.

a first processing unit 401, configured to execute a request for sending electronic resource triggered by receiving a viewer side account, and generate a processing order according to the viewer side account information in the request for sending electronic resource;
a query unit 402 configured to perform sending a partition ratio query request to a first server according to the sending electronic resource request; the dividing proportion query request is used for requesting to query a main broadcasting account correspondingly sent by the audience account to acquire the proportion information of the electronic resources;
an entry unit 403 configured to perform entry of dividing ratio query failure information into the processing order when the dividing ratio query failure information sent by the first server is received;
a second processing unit 404, configured to execute transferring the electronic resource corresponding to the electronic resource sending request to a resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account through a preset channel; and when the electronic resource transfer success information is received, transmitting the electronic resource transmission success information to the audience side account, and inputting the temporary virtual account transfer success information into the processing order.
In a possible implementation, after receiving the electronic resource transfer success information, the querying unit 402 is further configured to perform: sending a dividing ratio query request to the first server according to the information of the transfer success of the input temporary virtual account in the processing order;
the apparatus further comprises a third processing unit configured to perform:
when receiving successful dividing ratio query information, inputting dividing ratio query information into the processing order, and sending a settlement request to a second server according to the dividing ratio in the successful dividing ratio query information;
when the settlement success information sent by the second server is received, the settlement success information is input into the processing order;

In a possible implementation, the apparatus further includes a terminating unit configured to perform:
when receiving the electronic resource transfer failure information, sending the electronic resource transfer failure information to the audience side account, inputting the virtual account transfer failure information into the processing order, and marking the processing order as a transmission failure order.
In a possible implementation manner, the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account is set in the processing server or a third server.
All relevant contents of the aforementioned steps related to the embodiment of the method for processing electronic resources as shown in fig. 3 may be referred to the functional description of the functional unit corresponding to the apparatus for processing electronic resources in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and are not described herein again.
The division of the units in the embodiments of the present disclosure is schematic, and is only a logical function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation, and in addition, each functional unit in each embodiment of the present disclosure may be integrated in one processor, may also exist alone physically, or may also be integrated in one unit by two or more units. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device in the embodiment of the present disclosure includes at least one processor 501, and a memory 502 and a communication interface 503 connected to the at least one processor 501, a specific connection medium between the processor 501 and the memory 502 is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure, in fig. 5, the processor 501 and the memory 502 are connected through a bus 500 as an example, the bus 500 is represented by a thick line in fig. 5, and a connection manner between other components is only schematically illustrated and is not limited. The bus 500 may be divided into an address bus, a picture bus, a control bus, etc., and is shown with only one thick line in fig. 5 for ease of illustration, but does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the memory 502 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 501, and the at least one processor 501 may execute the steps included in the foregoing method for processing electronic resources by executing the instructions stored in the memory 502.
The processor 501 is a control center of the electronic device, and may connect various parts of the entire fault detection device by using various interfaces and lines, and perform various functions of the computing device and process images by operating or executing instructions stored in the memory 502 and calling up images stored in the memory 502, thereby performing overall monitoring on the computing device. Optionally, the processor 501 may include one or more processing units, and the processor 501 may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, wherein the processor 501 mainly processes an operating system, a user interface, an application program, and the like, and the modem processor mainly processes wireless communication. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 501. In some embodiments, processor 501 and memory 502 may be implemented on the same chip, or in some embodiments, they may be implemented separately on separate chips.
The processor 501 may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), digital signal processor, application specific integrated circuit, field programmable gate array or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or the like, that implements or performs the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of hardware and software modules.
Memory 502, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The Memory 502 may include at least one type of storage medium, and may include, for example, a flash Memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type Memory, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a charge Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and so on. The memory 502 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or image structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 502 in the disclosed embodiments may also be circuitry or any other device capable of performing a storage function to store program instructions and/or images.
The communication interface 503 is a transmission interface that can be used for communication, and data can be received or transmitted through the communication interface 503.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 502 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 501 of the apparatus to perform the method described above is also provided. Alternatively, the computer-readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical image storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises program code for causing an electronic device to perform the steps of the method for processing electronic resources according to various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure described above in this specification, when the program product is run on the electronic device.

Claims (17)

1. A method for processing electronic resources, applied to a processing server, the method comprising:
receiving an electronic resource sending request triggered by a viewer side account, and generating a processing order according to the viewer side account information in the electronic resource sending request;
sending a dividing ratio query request to a first server according to the electronic resource sending request; the dividing proportion query request is used for requesting to query a main broadcasting account correspondingly sent by the audience account to acquire the proportion information of the electronic resources;
when the dividing ratio query failure information sent by the first server is received, inputting the dividing ratio query failure information into the processing order;
transferring the electronic resource corresponding to the electronic resource sending request to a resource storage area corresponding to a temporary virtual account through a preset channel; and when the electronic resource transfer success information is received, transmitting the electronic resource transmission success information to the audience side account, and inputting the temporary virtual account transfer success information into the processing order.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the electronic resource transfer success information, the method further comprises:
sending a dividing ratio query request to the first server according to the information of the transfer success of the input temporary virtual account in the processing order;
when receiving successful dividing ratio query information, inputting dividing ratio query information into the processing order, and sending a settlement request to a second server according to the dividing ratio in the successful dividing ratio query information;
when the settlement success information sent by the second server is received, the settlement success information is input into the processing order;
according to the settlement success information in the processing order, sending a first electronic resource to the anchor account corresponding to the live broadcast room; the first electronic resource is determined according to the division ratio and the electronic resource transferred into the temporary virtual account.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after said sending a split ratio query request to a first server in accordance with said sending an electronic resource request, the method further comprises:
when the division ratio query success information sent by the first server is received, inputting division ratio query success information into the processing order;
inquiring success information according to the division ratio in the processing order, and sending a settlement request to a second server;
when settlement success information sent by the second server is received, inputting first settlement success information into the processing order; sending successful electronic resource sending information to the audience account;
according to the first settlement success information in the processing order, sending a second electronic resource to the anchor account corresponding to the live broadcast room; the second electronic resource is determined according to the division ratio and the electronic resource.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the settlement failure information sent by the second server is received, inputting the settlement failure information into the processing order, marking the processing order as a sending failure order, and sending the electronic resource sending failure information to the audience.
5. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein the method further comprises:
when settlement overtime information sent by the second server is received, the settlement overtime information is input into the processing order;
and determining a first time corresponding to settlement timeout information in the processed order, and when determining that the difference time period between the current time and the first time is the same as a preset countdown time period, sending a settlement request to the second server until settlement success information or settlement failure information is received.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the transferring the electronic resource corresponding to the request for sending the electronic resource to the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account through a preset channel, the method further comprises:
when receiving the electronic resource transfer failure information, sending the electronic resource transfer failure information to the audience side account, inputting the virtual account transfer failure information into the processing order, and marking the processing order as a transmission failure order.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account is located in the processing server or a third server.
8. An apparatus for processing electronic resources, applied to a processing server, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first processing unit, a second processing unit and a third processing unit, wherein the first processing unit is configured to execute a request for sending electronic resources triggered by receiving a spectator side account, and generate a processing order according to spectator side account information in the request for sending electronic resources;
a query unit configured to perform sending a partition ratio query request to a first server according to the sending electronic resource request; the dividing proportion query request is used for requesting to query a main broadcasting account correspondingly sent by the audience account to acquire the proportion information of the electronic resources;
the recording unit is configured to record dividing ratio query failure information into the processing order when the dividing ratio query failure information sent by the first server is received;
the second processing unit is configured to execute the transfer of the electronic resource corresponding to the electronic resource sending request to a resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account through a preset channel; and when the electronic resource transfer success information is received, transmitting the electronic resource transmission success information to the audience side account, and inputting the temporary virtual account transfer success information into the processing order.
9. The apparatus of claim 8,
after receiving the electronic resource transfer success information, the querying unit is further configured to perform: sending a dividing ratio query request to the first server according to the information of the transfer success of the input temporary virtual account in the processing order;
the apparatus further comprises a third processing unit configured to perform:
when receiving successful dividing ratio query information, inputting dividing ratio query information into the processing order, and sending a settlement request to a second server according to the dividing ratio in the successful dividing ratio query information;
when the settlement success information sent by the second server is received, the settlement success information is input into the processing order;
according to the settlement success information in the processing order, sending a first electronic resource to the anchor account corresponding to the live broadcast room; the first electronic resource is determined according to the division ratio and the electronic resource transferred into the temporary virtual account.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the apparatus further comprises a fourth processing unit configured to perform:
when the division ratio query success information sent by the first server is received, inputting division ratio query success information into the processing order;
inquiring success information according to the division ratio in the processing order, and sending a settlement request to a second server;
when settlement success information sent by the second server is received, inputting first settlement success information into the processing order; sending successful electronic resource sending information to the audience account;
according to the first settlement success information in the processing order, sending a second electronic resource to the anchor account corresponding to the live broadcast room; the second electronic resource is determined according to the division ratio and the electronic resource.
11. The apparatus of claim 9 or 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises a termination unit configured to perform:
and when the settlement failure information sent by the second server is received, inputting the settlement failure information into the processing order, marking the processing order as a sending failure order, and sending the electronic resource sending failure information to the audience.
12. The apparatus of claim 9 or 10, wherein the apparatus further comprises a termination unit configured to perform:
when settlement overtime information sent by the second server is received, the settlement overtime information is input into the processing order;
and determining a first time corresponding to settlement timeout information in the processed order, and when determining that the difference time period between the current time and the first time is the same as a preset countdown time period, sending a settlement request to the second server until settlement success information or settlement failure information is received.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the apparatus further comprises a termination unit configured to perform:
when receiving the electronic resource transfer failure information, sending the electronic resource transfer failure information to the audience side account, inputting the virtual account transfer failure information into the processing order, and marking the processing order as a transmission failure order.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the resource storage area corresponding to the temporary virtual account is located in the processing server or a third server.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the method of processing an electronic resource according to any of claims 1-7.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the method of processing an electronic resource of any of claims 1-7.
