Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a decoration assembly 100 of an image capturing module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a decoration ring 110 and a decoration ring 130. Wherein, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the decorative ring 110 has a first surface 111. The first surface 111 of the decorative ring 110 is provided with a first limiting member. The first limiting member has a blocking portion 113 opposite to the first surface 111 and spaced apart from the first surface. A limiting space 115 is formed between the first surface 111 and the blocking portion 113, and the limiting space 115 has a side opening 116. The decorative ring 130 is provided with a second limiting piece 131. The second stopper 131 has an insertion portion 133 that mates with the side opening 116.
The insertion portion 133 is matched with the side opening 116 of the limiting space 115, and the finger insertion portion 133 may be at least partially inserted into the limiting space 115 through the side opening 116.
When the decorative ring 110 and the decorative ring 130 are assembled, the insertion portion 133 of the decorative ring 130 can be at least partially inserted into the limiting space 115, so that the blocking portion 113 can block the insertion portion 133, limit the position of the insertion portion 133 in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 111, and further limit the position of the decorative ring 130 in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 111, thereby effectively preventing the decorative ring 130 from falling off the decorative ring 110.
In the present embodiment, the side opening 116 of the limiting space 115 is parallel to the radial direction of the decoration ring 110. So that the inserting portion 133 can be at least partially inserted into the limiting space 115 by rotating the bezel 130.
It should be noted that, in other possible embodiments, the position of the side opening 116 of the limiting space 115 is not limited thereto, for example, the side opening 116 of the limiting space 115 is perpendicular to the radial direction of the decoration ring 110 or forms an acute angle with the radial direction of the decoration ring 110. Accordingly, the insert 133 may be at least partially inserted into the limit space 115 by moving or moving and rotating.
Optionally, the insert portion 133 or other portions of the second limiting member 131 are also adhered to the first surface 111 of the decorative ring 110, so as to increase the bonding surface between the decorative ring 130 and the decorative ring 110, further increase the bonding force between the decorative ring 110 and the decorative ring 130, and effectively prevent the decorative ring 130 from falling off from the decorative ring 110.
Further, alternatively, in the present embodiment, after the decorative ring 110 is assembled with the decorative ring 130, the blocking portion 113 abuts against the inserting portion 133, so as to increase the abutting force between the inserting portion 133 and the first surface 111 of the decorative ring 110, and further increase the binding force between the inserting portion 133 and the first surface 111. In addition, the insert portion 133 is simultaneously abutted against the blocking portion 113 and the first surface 111 of the decorative ring 110, so that friction force exists between the insert portion 133 and the blocking portion 113 and the decorative ring 110, and the insert portion 133 can be prevented from slipping out of the limit space 115.
In this embodiment, four first limiting members are disposed on the decoration ring 110. Correspondingly, four second limiting members 131 are arranged on the decorative ring 130. The four first limiting members and the four second limiting members 131 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the four first limiting members are annularly distributed on the first surface 111. Therefore, when the decorative ring 130 has a falling trend, the falling of the decorative ring 130 can be blocked by simultaneously blocking the four second limiting pieces 131, so that the phenomenon that the decorative ring 130 falls off locally is effectively reduced, and the phenomenon that the decorative ring 130 is concentrated in stress is effectively relieved.
Of course, in other possible embodiments, the number of the first limiting members and the second limiting members 131 is not limited to four, and the distribution manner of the first limiting members and the second limiting members 131 is not limited thereto, so that the decorative ring can be effectively prevented from falling off from the decorative ring.
In this embodiment, the first limiting member and the decoration ring 110 are integrally formed, and the second limiting member 131 and the decoration ring 130 are integrally formed, so that the assembling process is reduced. Of course, in another possible embodiment, the first limiting member and the decorative ring 110 may be respectively formed and then fixedly connected, and the second limiting member 131 and the decorative ring 130 may be respectively formed and then fixedly connected.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the region of the first surface 111 corresponding to the limiting space 115 is recessed. The first surface 111 of the decoration ring 110 is provided with a sink 117 extending to one side from the side opening 116 of the limit space 115. Sink 117 mates with second stop 131 of bezel 130. It should be noted that, the countersink 117 is matched with the second limiting member 131 of the bezel 130, which means that when the bezel 130 is assembled with the bezel 110, at least the insertion portion 133 of the second limiting member 131 is countersunk in the countersink 117, and the insertion portion 133 is movable or rotatable in the countersink 117, and at least a portion of the insertion portion 133 enters the limiting space 115 through the side opening 116 of the limiting space 115.
The region of the first surface 111 corresponding to the limit space 115 is recessed, so that the height of the limit space 115 in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 111 can be set larger, so that the height of the insert 133 in the direction can be set larger, the strength of the insert 133 is increased, and the insert 133 is relieved from sliding out of the limit space 115 due to deformation.
Furthermore, the region of the first surface 111 corresponding to the limiting space 115 is recessed, so that the first limiting member may only include the blocking portion 113, i.e., the structure of the first limiting member is simple.
Further, in the present embodiment, the height of the first limiting member from the high point is equal to the height of the first surface 111 from the high point based on the region of the first surface 111 corresponding to the limiting space 115, so that the height of the decorative ring 110 in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 111 is not increased by the arrangement of the first limiting member. Further, after the decoration ring 130 is assembled with the decoration ring 110, the height of the decoration assembly 100 in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 111 is not increased by taking the area of the first surface 111 corresponding to the limit space 115 as a reference, and the height of the decoration ring 130 is less than or equal to the height of the first surface 111, so that the decoration ring 130 is prevented from falling off from the decoration ring 110.
Of course, it is understood that in other possible embodiments, the region of the first surface 111 corresponding to the spacing space 115 may not be recessed, as shown in fig. 4. At this time, with the area of the first surface 111 corresponding to the limiting space 115 as a reference, the blocking portion 113 is disposed higher than the first surface 111, and the limiting space 115 and the side opening 116 of the limiting space 115 are also disposed higher than the first surface 111, so that the configuration of the blocking portion 113 does not change the structure of the original decorative ring 110.
In this embodiment, the second limiting member 131 is located at the inner side of the decorative ring 130, so that the second limiting member 131 does not occupy the space outside the decorative ring 130, i.e. the second limiting member 131 does not increase the occupied space of the decorative component 100 along the direction of the first surface 111.
In this embodiment, the first surface 111 of the decorative ring 110 is provided with an annular groove matching the decorative ring 130. The annular groove is in communication with both the sink 117 and the spacing 115. Therefore, the second limiting member 131 can be formed by extending the sub-decorative ring 130 in a direction parallel to the first surface 111, so that the decorative ring 130 has a simple structure and is convenient to process.
In one possible embodiment, the insert 133 is at least partially located in the limiting space 115, and the bezel 130 is fixedly connected to the bezel 110. Alternatively, the bezel 130 and the bezel 110 may be bonded by an adhesive or the like.
The invention also provides a camera module, which comprises the decoration assembly 100 provided by the invention.
In the above-mentioned camera module, when assembling the decoration ring 110 and the decoration ring 130, the insertion portion 133 of the decoration ring 130 may be at least partially inserted into the limiting space 115, so that the blocking portion 113 may block the insertion portion 133, and limit the position of the insertion portion 133 in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 111, and further limit the position of the decoration ring 130 in the direction perpendicular to the first surface 111, thereby effectively preventing the decoration ring 130 from falling off from the decoration ring 110.
As shown in fig. 5 to 11, an assembly jig 200 of a decoration device 100 according to an embodiment of the invention is provided. Referring to fig. 2, a first positioning portion 119 is provided on the decoration ring 110 of the decoration device 100. Referring to fig. 6, the assembly jig 200 includes a first jig half 210 having a second positioning portion 211 matching the first positioning portion 119, and a second jig half 230. Referring to fig. 8, the second fixture half 230 has a third positioning portion 231 for positioning the second limiting member 131, and a second anti-falling portion 233 for preventing the decorative ring 130 from sliding off. The second anti-disengaging portion 233 may enable the second jig half 230 with the decorative ring 130 to be turned over for being assembled with the first jig half 210. Similarly, in another possible embodiment, if the first fixture half 210 is provided with a first anti-disengaging portion for preventing the decorative ring 110 from slipping off, the first fixture half 210 may be turned over to be assembled with the second fixture half 230.
The second jig half 230 can rotate relative to the first jig half 210 to drive the bezel 130 to rotate, so that the insertion portion 133 of the second limiting member 131 is at least partially located in the limiting space 115.
When the assembly jig 200 of the decoration assembly 100 is used to assemble the decoration ring 110 and the decoration ring 130, the second jig half 230 can move or rotate relative to the first jig half 210 to drive the decoration ring 130 to move or rotate, so that the insertion portion 133 of the decoration ring 130 is at least partially inserted into the spacing space 115, and the blocking portion 113 can block the insertion portion 133, thereby effectively preventing the decoration ring 130 from falling off from the decoration ring 110.
In this embodiment, the first positioning portion 119 and the second positioning portion 211 are positioning holes, and the apertures are the same. Referring to fig. 7, when the decoration ring 110 is assembled to the first jig half 210, the first positioning portion 119 and the second positioning portion 211 are coaxial, so that the decoration ring 110 and the first jig half 210 can be fixed by a structure such as a plug rod. Specifically, the first positioning portion 119 and the second vacancy portion 211 are circular holes, and two first positioning portions 119 are disposed on the decoration ring 110, and two second positioning portions 211 are disposed on the first fixture half 210, so as to prevent the decoration ring 110 from rotating relative to the first fixture half 210.
It is understood that in other possible embodiments, the positioning manner of the decoration ring 110 and the first jig half 210 is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the second anti-disengagement portion 233 is configured to match with the inner ring of the bezel 130. Therefore, when the decorative ring 130 is disposed on the second jig half 230, the decorative ring 130 is sleeved on the second anti-falling portion 233, and the decorative ring 130 is prevented from sliding off by the friction between the decorative ring 130 and the second anti-falling portion 233, see fig. 9.
In this embodiment, the third positioning portion 231 is used for positioning the second limiting member 131, and further positioning the bezel 130. It will be appreciated that in other possible embodiments, the decorative ring 130 may be positioned in other ways.
It is understood that, in other possible embodiments, the second anti-falling portion 233 of other structures may be used to prevent the decorative ring from falling off, for example, the second anti-falling portion 233 is a groove formed on the second jig half 230, and the friction force between the side wall of the groove and the decorative ring 130 is used to prevent the decorative ring from falling off.
It will be appreciated that in other possible embodiments, the first retaining portion may be configured identically or similarly to the second retaining portion 233.
