The structure of the pressing mechanism 4 is shown in fig. 3, the pressing mechanism 4 comprises a bracket 48, a connecting plate 47, a second spring 45 and a pressing block 41, the bracket 48 is fixed on the electrode plates 1, the rear end of the connecting plate 47 is hinged on the bracket 48 through a hinge pin which is horizontally arranged, the hinge pin is perpendicular to the relative moving direction of the two electrode plates 1, a cam locking structure 49 which corresponds to the connecting plate 47 is arranged at the position above the connecting plate 47 on the bracket 48, the cam locking structure 49 acts to press the connecting plate 47 downwards, a cam shaft in the cam locking structure 49 is parallel to the hinge pin of the connecting plate 47, and the cam locking structure 49 is a conventional locking structure and is not excessively described herein. The second spring 45 is vertically fixed on the electrode plate 1 or the bracket 48, and the top of the second spring 45 is abutted against the bottom surface of the connecting plate 47. Under the action of the cam locking structure 49, the front end of the connecting plate 47 moves downwards around the hinge pin, the pressing block 4 is tightly pressed against the wire, the connecting plate 47 is tightly pressed against the second spring 45, after the wire welding operation is completed, the cam locking structure 49 is released, the second spring 45 is sprung upwards, the connecting plate 47 is pushed to reset, and the pressing block is reset. The pressing blocks 41 are arranged at the front ends of the connecting plates 47, the bottom surfaces of the pressing blocks 41 are opposite to the electrode plates 1 so as to tightly press and fix wires on the electrode plates 1, and finally, the broken wires on the motor plates are tightly pressed and fixed through the pressing blocks 41 above each electrode plate 1. In this embodiment, a pressing strip 411 is respectively protruded from the left and right ends of the bottom surface of the pressing block 41, as shown in fig. 4, the arrangement direction of the pressing strip 411 is perpendicular to the relative movement direction of the two electrode plates 1. In actual production, the straightness of the wire is poor, and during operation, two pressing strips 411 compress tightly the wire, and the pressure force action point is located at two positions around the broken end of the wire, and the avoiding groove structure formed by the two pressing strips 411 and the bottom surface of the pressing block 41 is convenient for compressing and fixing the wire with poor straightness, so that the applicability of the wire is improved.

In order to align the wires rapidly, in this embodiment, each electrode plate 1 is provided with a bar groove 11 at a position right below the pressing block 41, the length direction of the bar groove 11 is the same as the relative moving direction of the two electrode plates 1, the two ends of the bar groove 11 extend out of the electrode plates 1, the groove depth of the bar groove 11 is smaller than the diameter of the wires, and the bar grooves 11 on the two electrode plates 1 are correspondingly arranged. In this embodiment, the strip-shaped groove 11 is a V-shaped groove with an upward opening, and the V-shaped groove is preferably a 90 ° groove structure. The working process of the embodiment is that when wires are disconnected and welded, two ends of the disconnected wires are respectively placed in one strip-shaped groove 11 on two electrode plates 1, the end parts of the two sections of wires are opposite, the end parts of the wires are ensured to extend out of the electrode plates 1 during placement, a crank of a cam locking structure 49 is rotated, a cam of the cam locking structure 49 presses down a connecting plate 47 to drive a pressing block 41 to move downwards until the pressing block 41 tightly presses the wires in the strip-shaped groove 11, then a knob 5 is rotated, a current with proper size is selected according to the thickness of the wires, the electrode plates 1 are powered on, the two disconnected wires are powered on and melted instantly, and then the two disconnected wires are welded.
