Abstract

The invention relates to a wire converter, which is applied to flexible flat cables and cables. The wire converter comprises an upper cover body, a lower cover body, a buckling piece and an electrode. The upper cover body can be provided with the flexible flat cable by utilizing the first connecting end and can be provided with the cable by utilizing the second connecting end. The lower cover body is combined with the upper cover body to clamp the flexible flat cable and the cable in the accommodating space. The buckling piece provides a seat body with a limiting block and a connecting lifting cover. The electrode is arranged on the buckling piece, so that the electrode plate can be electrically contacted with the flexible flat cable and the electrode clamp can be electrically connected with the cable. The buckling piece and the electrode are coated by combining the upper cover body and the lower cover body, so that the flexible flat cable and the cable can be electrically connected.

The seat body forms a limiting block and a connecting flip cover. The limiting block can limit the flexible flat cable on the base body, and the lifting cover can cover the flexible flat cable. The electrode is arranged on the buckling piece. The electrode has an electrode plate, a combination piece and an electrode clamp. In fig. 6, the electrodes 18 are disposed on the fasteners 14, as shown in fig. 4a and 4 b. The electrode 18 has an electrode plate 182, a connecting member 184 and an electrode clamp 186. The coupler 184 is between the electrode sheet 182 and the electrode clamp 186. Referring also to fig. 7, the electrode pads 182 can electrically contact the flexible flat cable 2 and the electrode clips 186 can electrically connect the cable 4. It should be noted that, in another embodiment, a protection member (not shown) may be disposed on at least one of the inner edge of the upper cover 12 and the inner edge of the lower cover 14 to form an effect of blocking the ingress of external moisture or external dust in the accommodating space SP, for example, the protection member may be an O-ring, a waterproof ring, or the like to block at least a portion of the accommodating space SP from communicating with the outside of the wire converter 10. 1. A wire converter for use with flexible flat cables and cables, the wire converter comprising:
the upper cover body is provided with a first connecting end and a third connecting end, the first connecting end is used for arranging the flexible flat cable, the third connecting end is used for arranging the cable, and the upper cover body forms an upper clamping structure;
the lower cover body is combined with the upper cover body to form an accommodating space, the lower cover body is provided with a second connecting end and a fourth connecting end, the second connecting end corresponds to the first connecting end and the fourth connecting end corresponds to the third connecting end, and the lower cover body forms a lower clamping structure to correspond to the upper clamping structure so as to clamp the flexible flat cable and the cable in the accommodating space;
