Detailed Description
In the research of nucleic acid detection, the inventors found that, in order to improve the nucleic acid detection efficiency, a plurality of sample samples can be put in the same sample tube for overall detection, and the process may specifically be: the holder of the information acquisition equipment can collect a sampling test tube firstly, then a first examinee in an examinee queue holds the collected sampling test tube and carries a plurality of examinees behind the first examinee together to collect the nucleic acid detection sample, and the nucleic acid detection sample of the first examinee and the nucleic acid detection samples of the examinees behind the first examinee are placed in the sampling test tube held by the first examinee, so that the sample detection center can integrally detect all the nucleic acid detection samples in the sampling test tube held by the first examinee, and the nucleic acid detection efficiency can be effectively improved.
However, the inventors found in the research on nucleic acid detection that, for the nucleic acid detection process, the number of the large-scale nucleic acid sampling sites is large and mixed, so that the following errors are prone to occur for the collectors in the nucleic acid sampling sites:
directly collecting the related information of the next sampling test tube when the related information (such as the test tube collecting information and the corresponding examinee identity collecting information) of the previous sampling test tube is not submitted, when the information submitting operation is executed aiming at the related information of the next sampling test tube, the identity acquisition information of the examinee corresponding to the next sampling test tube is submitted to the submitting information base as the related information of the previous sampling test tube, so that the number of the identity information of the examinee corresponding to the previous sampling test tube recorded in the submitted information base is far more than the number of the nucleic acid detection samples in the previous sampling test tube, and the test tube acquisition information of the next sampling test tube is not recorded in the submitted information base, therefore, the identity information of the examinee actually corresponding to the next sampling test tube cannot be traced according to the submitted information base.
When the acquired identity information of the examinee needs to be deleted for some reasons, the identity information of the examinee needing to be deleted may be deleted or the identity information of the examinee needing to be deleted may be retained by a holder of the information acquisition equipment (for example, multiple deletion or wrong deletion occurs), so that the identity information of the examinee submitted to the submitted information base by the information acquisition equipment is inaccurate, information in the submitted information base is inaccurate, and the identity information of the examinee corresponding to one sampling test tube cannot be accurately traced according to the submitted information base.
And the identity information of a detected person repeatedly appears in the operation logs of all the information acquisition devices in the same nucleic acid detection process for a plurality of times due to some reasons.
And fourthly, the holder of the information acquisition equipment may miss the identity information of some examinees due to some reasons.
Based on the above analysis, in order to improve the tracing accuracy of the person associated with one sampling test tube, the embodiment of the present application provides an abnormality identification method and a test tube associated person determination method, which may specifically include: firstly, performing real-time monitoring and abnormity identification on an operation log of information acquisition equipment to be processed to obtain an abnormity identification result of each acquisition test tube acquired by the information acquisition equipment to be processed; then, based on the abnormal recognition results of each collection test tube, the associated personnel of each collection test tube is respectively determined, so that the positive examinees associated with the sampling test tubes can be accurately traced according to the associated personnel of the collection test tubes when determining that one sampling test tube is positive in the following.
Wherein, because of the relation personnel of a collection test tube is confirmed according to the unusual recognition result of this collection test tube for the relation personnel of this collection test tube can show more accurately comprehensively and have the examinee of incidence relation with this collection test tube, thereby make and can be more accurately traceed back out the examinee that is positive with this sample test tube relevance according to the relation personnel of this collection test tube when confirming that this sample test tube is positive, so can avoid being the omission of positive examinee effectively.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the execution subject of the abnormality recognition method, and for example, the abnormality recognition method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a data processing device such as a terminal device or a server. The terminal device may be a smart phone, a computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet computer, or the like. The server may be a stand-alone server, a cluster server, or a cloud server.

The terminal device may be a smart phone, a computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet computer, or the like. The server may be a stand-alone server, a cluster server, or a cloud server.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, an abnormality identification method is described first, and then a test tube associated person determination method is described based on the abnormality identification method.
Method embodiment one
Referring to fig. 1, the figure is a flowchart of an abnormality identification method according to an embodiment of the present application.
The abnormality identification method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps of S101-S103:
s101: and acquiring the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
The information acquisition equipment to be processed represents any information acquisition equipment held by workers in a nucleic acid detection field; and the information collecting apparatus to be processed may be used to collect the tube identification of the sampling tube, collect the identification of the subject (e.g., identification card number, nucleic acid detection appointment code … …), and make information submissions. It should be noted that the embodiment of the present application does not limit the information acquisition means of the to-be-processed information acquisition device, and for example, the to-be-processed information acquisition device may be implemented by using picture scanning, text input, and other information acquisition means.
In addition, the information acquisition device to be processed is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, for example, in a nucleic acid detection scenario, the information acquisition device to be processed may include an Interactive Disassembler Professional (IDA) decoder, an IDA decoder, and an IDA desktop decoder.
The operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed is used for recording operations (for example, operations of acquiring test tube identification, acquiring identity information of a subject, submitting information, setting the number of nucleic acid detection samples contained in one sampling test tube, and the like) performed by the information acquisition device to be processed in real time. In addition, the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and if the information acquisition device to be processed includes an IDA translator, and an IDA desktop translator, the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed may include an operation log of the IDA translator, and an operation log of the IDA desktop translator.
The current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed refers to an operation record newly added to an operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed at the current moment; and the current operation record can indicate the operation performed by the holder of the to-be-processed information acquisition device at the current time by using the to-be-processed information acquisition device.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the type of the current operation record of the to-be-processed information acquisition device, for example, the current operation record of the to-be-processed information acquisition device may belong to a sampling test tube acquisition record, a subject identity deletion record, or an information submission record. The sampling test tube collection record refers to an operation record for information collection of the sampling test tube. The subject identity acquisition record refers to an operation record for acquiring the identity information of the subject. The subject identity deletion record refers to an operation record for deleting the acquired subject identity information. The information submitting record refers to an operation record for submitting information acquired by the to-be-processed information acquisition equipment.
Based on the above-mentioned related content of S101, after the holder of the to-be-processed information collecting device performs an operation by using the to-be-processed information collecting device, an operation record is immediately added to the operation log of the to-be-processed information collecting device, so that the operation record is used for recording the operation information performed by the holder using the to-be-processed information collecting device, and therefore, the newly added operation record can be directly determined as the current operation record of the to-be-processed information collecting device, so that the abnormality identification result of the sampling test tube can be analyzed in real time based on the current operation record in the following process.
S102: and determining the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record according to the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
The sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record refers to a sampling test tube having an association relation with the current operation record.
In order to facilitate understanding of the sample tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record, two possible embodiments of S102 are described below.
In a first possible implementation manner of S102, S102 may specifically include: and if the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed belongs to the sampling test tube acquisition record, determining the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record according to the sampling test tube identification carried by the current operation record.
Wherein, the sampling test tube identification is used for uniquely identifying the sampling test tube; in addition, the sampling test tube identifier is not limited in the embodiment of the application, for example, the sampling test tube identifier may be a two-dimensional code or a symbol sequence.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the determination manner of "determining the sampling test tube to be identified according to the sampling test tube identifier carried in the current operation record" in the first possible implementation manner of S102, for example, the sampling test tube corresponding to the sampling test tube identifier carried in the current operation record may be directly determined as the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record.
In some cases, there may be a phenomenon that the test tube identifier is reused, so in order to more accurately determine the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to one operation record, the test tube identifier, the test tube association time (for example, the binding time of the test tube and the subject, the submission time of the test tube related information, the nucleic acid detection time of the test tube, etc.), the test tube usage state (for example, the information collection state, the information submitted state, the detection result determined state), and the like may be combined to determine. Based on this, in the first possible implementation manner of S102, the determining manner of "determining the sampling test tube to be identified according to the sampling test tube identifier carried in the current operation record" may specifically include: and determining the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record according to the sampling test tube identifier and the operation trigger time carried by the current operation record, the test tube associated time of the sampling test tube corresponding to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the current operation record and the test tube use state.
Wherein the operation trigger time is used to represent a trigger time for the device characterized by the current operation record to perform an operation (e.g., a tube identification acquisition operation, a subject identification acquisition operation, an information submission operation, etc.).
It can be seen that, when it is determined that a plurality of sampling test tubes corresponding to the sampling test tube identifier carried in the current operation record exist, in order to accurately determine the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record, the operation trigger time carried in the current operation record may be respectively compared with the test tube association time (for example, the binding time between a test tube and an examinee) of each sampling test tube in the information acquisition state corresponding to the sampling test tube identifier carried in the current operation record, and the sampling test tube whose test tube association time is closest to the operation trigger time carried in the current operation record is determined as the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record.
It should be noted that, the above "binding time between the test tube and the subject" refers to the time for binding the sampling test tube with the identity information of the subject, that is, the time when the staff in the nucleic acid detection field uses the information acquisition device to perform the test tube identification acquisition on the sampling test tube held in the hand of the first subject in the queue of the subject. The above "submission time of the tube-related information" refers to the time when the information related to the sampling tube is submitted to the submission information base. The above "time of performing nucleic acid detection in a test tube" refers to the time when the detection of the nucleic acid detection sample in the sampling test tube is started by the sample detection center. The above "information collection status" is used to indicate that a worker at a nucleic acid detection site is performing a relevant information collection phase for a sampling tube using an information collection device. The above "information submitted status" is used to indicate that the staff in the nucleic acid testing field has submitted the relevant information of the sampling test tube to the submission information base by using the information collecting device. The above "detection result determined status" is used to indicate that the sample detection center has given a detection result for the nucleic acid detection sample in the sampling tube. The sample detection center refers to a mechanism capable of detecting a collected sample, and the sample detection center is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and for example, the sample detection center may be a nucleic acid detection center.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the process of locating the sampling test tube corresponding to one operation record based on the sampling test tube identifier carried in the operation record may be implemented by using the two determination manners.
Based on the first possible implementation manner of S102, it can be known that, if the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the sampling test tube acquisition record, it indicates that a user of the information acquisition device to be processed has just acquired information of a new sampling test tube by using the information acquisition device to be processed, so that the sampling test tube identifier carried by the current operation record is used for uniquely identifying the new sampling test tube, and therefore, the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record can be directly determined according to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the current operation record.
In a second possible implementation manner of S102, S102 may specifically include: if the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed does not belong to the sampling test tube acquisition record, searching a historical sampling test tube acquisition record closest to the current operation record from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the historical sampling test tube acquisition record as a sampling test tube tracing record; and determining the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record according to the sampling test tube identification carried by the sampling test tube tracing record.
The historical sampling test tube collection record refers to an operation record which has an occurrence time earlier than that of the current operation record and belongs to the sampling test tube collection record.
The sampling test tube tracing record refers to an operation record which is closest to the current operation record in the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, has the occurrence time earlier than the occurrence time of the current operation record and belongs to the sampling test tube acquisition record. The present embodiment does not limit the meaning of "distance", and may refer to, for example, a distance at a recording position in an operation log, or a distance at a time when a recording occurs in the operation log.
It should be noted that, in the second possible implementation manner of S102, the determination manner of "determining the sampling test tube to be identified according to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the sampling test tube tracing record" is similar to the determination manner of "determining the sampling test tube to be identified according to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the current operation record" in the first possible implementation manner of S102, which is not limited in the above text application embodiment, and for the sake of brevity, no further description is provided here.
Based on the second possible implementation manner of S102, it can be known that, if the current operation record of the to-be-processed information collection apparatus does not belong to the sampling test tube collection record, it indicates that a user of the to-be-processed information collection apparatus has just performed other operations with the to-be-processed information collection apparatus, so that the operation represented by the current operation record may be used to perform relevant information collection on the collected sampling test tube closest to the current time, and therefore, after the current operation record not belonging to the sampling test tube collection record is obtained, the historical sampling test tube collection record closest to the current operation record may be queried from the operation log, and the to-be-identified sampling test tube corresponding to the current operation record is determined according to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the historical sampling test tube collection record.
Based on the related content of S102, after the current operation record of the to-be-processed information acquisition device is obtained, the to-be-identified sampling test tube corresponding to the current operation record may be determined according to the type of the current operation record, and specifically, the to-be-identified sampling test tube may be: if the current operation record belongs to the sampling test tube collecting record, determining a sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record directly according to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the current operation record; if the current operation record belongs to the identity acquisition record or the information submission record of the examinee, the historical sampling test tube acquisition record closest to the current operation record can be traced from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and then the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record is determined according to the sampling test tube identification carried by the historical sampling test tube acquisition record.
S103: and determining an abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified according to the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
And the abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified is used for indicating whether the sampling test tube to be identified is in an abnormal state or not.
In fact, in order to improve the accuracy of the anomaly identification result, different anomaly identification strategies can be adopted for different types of operation records. Based on this, after the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed is obtained, the type of the current operation record can be referred to, and the abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified can be determined. For the convenience of understanding, the exception identification strategies corresponding to different types of operation records are respectively described below.
In the following, various embodiments of the anomaly identification strategy corresponding to the sampling tube collection record are described with reference to the first possible embodiment to the third possible embodiment of S103.
In a first possible implementation manner of S103, S103 may specifically include S103a1-S103a 2:
S103A 1: if the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed belongs to the sampling test tube acquisition record, searching a historical operation record closest to the current operation record from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the historical operation record as a first reference record.
S103A 2: and after the first reference record is determined not to belong to the information submission record, determining the abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified as that the sampling test tube to be identified is in an abnormal state.
It can be seen that, after determining that the operation record newly added in the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed (i.e. the current operation record) belongs to the sampling test tube acquisition record, it may be determined whether the historical operation record closest to the current operation record in the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the information submission record, and if so, it indicates that the related information of the previous test tube (e.g. the test tube acquisition information and the identity acquisition information of the subject corresponding to the test tube acquisition information) has been submitted to the submission information base, so the operation compliance of information acquisition is performed on the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record; if the test tube to be identified is not in the abnormal state, the test tube to be identified is determined to be in the abnormal state according to the abnormal identification result of the test tube to be identified.
In addition, in order to facilitate the follow-up more accurate description of the abnormal state of the sampling test tube to be identified, the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified can be obtained. Based on this, the present embodiment also provides a second possible implementation manner of S103, in which in addition to the foregoing S103a1-S103a2, S103A3 may also be included:
S103A 3: after determining that the first reference record does not belong to the information submission record, determining the exception type of the sampling tube to be identified includes performing a sampling tube collection operation without submitting tube-related information of a previous sampling tube.
The tube-related information of the previous sampling tube refers to information related to the previous sampling tube. In addition, the test tube related information is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and for example, the test tube related information may include test tube identification information and subject identity information corresponding to each nucleic acid detection sample in the test tube.
It can be seen that, after determining that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the sampling test tube acquisition record and determining that the historical operation record closest to the current operation record in the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed does not belong to the information submission record, it may be determined that a user of the information acquisition device to be processed does not perform the information submission operation before performing the information acquisition on the sampling test tube to be identified by using the information acquisition device to be processed, so that the test tube association information of the previous sampling test tube corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified is not yet submitted to the submission information base, so that the test tube association information of the sampling test tube to be identified cannot be subsequently queried from the submission information base according to the sampling test tube to be identified, so in order to facilitate follow-up accurate coping with the abnormal situation, the method can add the 'sampling test tube collection operation executed on the premise of not submitting the test tube associated information of the previous sampling test tube' to the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified, so that the related crowd of the sampling test tube to be identified can be traced back more accurately according to the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified in the follow-up process.
Based on the above content, the identity information of the examinee collected by the to-be-identified sampling test tube is submitted as the test tube association information of the previous sampling test tube corresponding to the to-be-identified sampling test tube, so that the previous sampling test tube corresponding to the to-be-identified sampling test tube is also in an abnormal state. Based on this, the present application example further provides a third possible implementation manner of S103, in this implementation manner, in addition to some or all of the steps in S103a1-S103A3, S103a4-S103a7 may also be included:
S103A 4: and after the first reference record is determined not to belong to the information submission record, searching a historical sampling test tube acquisition record closest to the current operation record from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the historical sampling test tube acquisition record as an adjacent test tube acquisition record.
The historical sampling test tube collection record refers to an operation record which has an occurrence time earlier than that of the current operation record and belongs to the sampling test tube collection record.
The adjacent test tube collection record refers to an operation record which is closest to the current operation record in the operation log of the information collection equipment to be processed, has a generation time earlier than the generation time of the current operation record and belongs to the sampling test tube collection record. It can be seen that the adjacent test tube collection record is used for describing the test tube identification collection operation of the previous sampling test tube corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified.
S103A 5: and determining the adjacent sampling test tubes of the sampling test tubes to be identified according to the sampling test tube identifications carried by the adjacent test tube acquisition records.
Wherein, the adjacent sampling test tube of the sampling test tube of waiting to discern represents this preceding sampling test tube that waits to discern the sampling test tube and corresponds.
It should be noted that, in S103a5, the determination method of "determining the adjacent sampling test tube according to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the adjacent test tube collection record" is similar to the determination method of "determining the to-be-identified sampling test tube according to the sampling test tube identifier carried by the current operation record" in the first possible implementation manner, which is not limited to S102 in the embodiment of the above text application, and for the sake of brevity, no further description is provided here.
S103A 6: and determining the abnormal recognition result of the adjacent sampling test tube as that the adjacent sampling test tube is in an abnormal state.
S103A 7: and determining the abnormal type of the adjacent sampling test tubes, wherein the information is not submitted in time after the test tube related information is acquired.
Based on the related contents of the third possible implementation manner of the above S103, after determining that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the sampling test tube acquisition record, and determining that the historical operation record closest to the current operation record in the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed does not belong to the information submission record, the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed may be traced back to the previous sampling test tube (i.e., the adjacent sampling test tube) corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified first, then the abnormal identification result of the adjacent sampling test tube may be determined as that the adjacent sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, and "information submission is not performed in time after the test tube association information is acquired" may be added to the abnormal type of the adjacent sampling test tube, so that the subsequent abnormal identification result and abnormal type of the adjacent sampling test tube may be determined according to the abnormal identification result and the abnormal type of the adjacent sampling test tube, it is known that the tube-related information of the adjacent sampling tube is not submitted in time after the collection is completed, which easily causes mixing of other information with the tube-related information of the adjacent sampling tube and submission to the submission information base, and thus causes the submission information base to regard the mixed other information as the tube-related information of the adjacent sampling tube.
In the following, various embodiments of the anomaly identification strategy corresponding to the subject identity acquisition record are described with reference to the fourth possible embodiment to the sixth possible embodiment of S103.
Under the fourth possible implementation manner of S103, S103 may specifically include S103B1-S103B 2:
S103B 1: and if the current operation record belongs to the identity acquisition record of the examinee, comparing the identity of the examinee carried by the current operation record with the identity of at least one examinee to be compared.
Wherein the subject identification is used to uniquely identify the subject; moreover, the identity of the subject is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, for example, the identity of the subject may be a two-dimensional code (e.g., a reserved code for nucleic acid detection) or identity card information (e.g., an identity card picture, an identity card number, an identity card scanning component, etc.).
The identity of the examinee to be compared represents the identity of the examinee carried by the historical examinee identity acquisition record in the reference log. The reference log is determined according to the operation log of at least one reference information acquisition device corresponding to the information acquisition device to be processed. It should be noted that, the reference information acquisition device is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, for example, at least one reference information acquisition device corresponding to the information acquisition device to be processed may include the information acquisition device to be processed and all the information acquisition devices to be processed involved in the same nucleic acid detection process of the information acquisition device to be processed.
S103B 2: and after determining that at least one identification mark of the examinee to be compared is the same as the identification mark of the examinee carried by the current operation record, determining the abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified as that the sampling test tube to be identified is in an abnormal state.
Based on the above-mentioned contents of S103B1-S103B2, it can be seen that in a large-scale nucleic acid detection process, the identity of a certain subject may be repeatedly scanned for some reason, so that the above-mentioned abnormality can be detected in order to improve the accuracy of nucleic acid detection. For example, if N information acquisition devices are used in a large-scale nucleic acid detection process, for the current operation record of the ith information acquisition device, the subject identification carried by each subject identification acquisition record recorded in the operation log of the N information acquisition devices is the subject identification to be compared corresponding to the current operation record; and after determining that the current operation record of the ith information acquisition device belongs to the subject identity acquisition record, the identity of the subject carried by the current operation record can be compared with the identities of all subjects to be compared corresponding to the current operation record, so that after determining that at least one subject identification exists in all the subject identifications to be compared corresponding to the current operation record and the subject identification carried by the current operation record is the same, can determine that the identity of the examinee carried by the current operation record is collected in the large-scale nucleic acid detection process, thus, the rule that the identification of each detected person should be acquired once in a large-scale nucleic acid detection process is violated, so that the abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record can be determined as that the sampling test tube to be identified is in an abnormal state.
In addition, in order to facilitate the follow-up more accurate description of the abnormal state of the sampling test tube to be identified, the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified can be obtained. Based on this, the present application example further provides a fifth possible implementation manner of S103, in this implementation manner, S103 may further include, in addition to S103B1-S103B2 described above, S103B 3:
S103B 3: after the fact that at least one identity of the examinee to be compared is identical to the identity of the examinee carried by the current operation record is determined, the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified is determined to include the repeated appearance of the identity of the examinee.
It can be seen that, when it is determined that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the identity acquisition record of the examinee, and it is determined that at least one identity of the examinee to be compared is the same as the identity of the examinee carried by the current operation record, it can be determined that the identity of the examinee carried by the current operation record has been acquired in the large-scale nucleic acid detection process, so that the 'identity of the examinee repeatedly appears' can be added to the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be recognized, so that it can be known that the identity of the examinee corresponding to the sampling test tube to be recognized is acquired for multiple times in the large-scale nucleic acid detection process based on the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be recognized in the subsequent process.
Based on the above, if two different sampling test tubes all correspond to the same identity of the examinee, then in order to further improve the accuracy of nucleic acid detection, the two different sampling test tubes can be labeled as abnormal states. Based on this, the embodiment of the present application further provides a sixth possible implementation manner of S103, in this implementation manner, in addition to the partial or all steps in S103B1-S103B3, S103B4 may also be included:
S103B 4: after the fact that at least one to-be-compared examinee identity is the same as the examinee identity carried by the current operation record is determined, the identity-related test tube of the to-be-identified sampling test tube is determined according to the to-be-compared examinee identity which is the same as the examinee identity carried by the current operation record.
Therefore, the identity identifications of all the examinees corresponding to the identity association test tube of the sampling test tube to be identified and the identity identifications of all the examinees corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified have intersection.
It should be noted that, in S103B4, the determination method of "determining the identity-associated test tube according to the identity of the subject to be compared that is the same as the identity of the subject to be compared that is carried in the current operation record" is similar to the determination method of "determining the sampling test tube to be identified according to the sampling test tube identity that is carried in the current operation record" in the first possible implementation manner that is not limited in the above text application embodiment, and for the sake of brevity, no further description is given here.
S103B 5: and determining the abnormal recognition result of the identity associated test tube as that the identity associated test tube is in an abnormal state, and determining that the abnormal type of the identity associated test tube comprises the repeated appearance of the identity of the examinee.
As can be seen from the sixth possible embodiment of S103, for a single large scale nucleic acid detection process, when the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed is determined to belong to the identity acquisition record of the examinee, and when the identity of the examinee carried by the current operation record is determined to be the same as the identity of one examinee corresponding to the identity-associated test tube of the sampling test tube to be identified (that is, the identity of all the examinees corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified is intersected with the identity of all the examinees corresponding to the identity-associated test tube of the sampling test tube to be identified), it may be determined that the identity-associated tube of the to-be-identified sampling tube is in an abnormal state, and determining the abnormal type of the identity-associated tube may include the subject identity recurring, so that at least one identity mark of the examinee corresponding to the identity correlation test tube can be acquired for a plurality of times in the large-scale nucleic acid detection process based on the abnormal type of the identity correlation test tube.
In the following, various embodiments of the anomaly identification policy corresponding to the subject identity deletion record are described with reference to a seventh possible embodiment of S103.
In a seventh possible implementation manner of S103, S103 may specifically include: if the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed belongs to the identity deletion record of the detected person, determining the abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified corresponding to the current operation record as that the sampling test tube to be identified is in an abnormal state, and determining that the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified comprises the identity of the suspected mistakenly deleted person.
It can be seen that after determining that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the subject identity deletion record, it may be determined that the operation of deleting the subject identity information occurs in the process of acquiring the association information of the sampling test tube to be recognized corresponding to the current operation record, so as to avoid that the subject identity information recorded in the submission information of the sampling test tube to be recognized is inconsistent with the subject identity information actually corresponding to the nucleic acid detection sample in the sampling test tube to be recognized due to false deletion (e.g., false deletion or multiple deletion), so as to prevent the subsequent failure to accurately trace the subject identity information actually corresponding to the nucleic acid detection sample in the sampling test tube to be recognized according to the submission information of the sampling test tube to be recognized, and determine the abnormal recognition result of the sampling test tube to be recognized as that the sampling test tube to be recognized is in an abnormal state, and determining that the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified comprises the identity of the suspected mistakenly deleted examinee, so that whether information deletion operation exists in the acquisition process of the associated information of the sampling test tube to be identified can be accurately known in the following process based on the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified.
Various embodiments of the anomaly identification policy corresponding to the information submission record are described below with reference to the eighth possible embodiment to the eleventh possible embodiment of S103.
Under an eighth possible implementation manner of S103, then S103 may specifically include S103C1-S103C 4:
S103C 1: if the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed belongs to the information submission record, searching the historical sampling test tube acquisition record closest to the current operation record from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the historical sampling test tube acquisition record as the sampling test tube tracing record.
It should be noted that the relevant content of S103C1 may refer to the relevant content of the second possible implementation of S102 above.
S103C 2: and determining the number of the identity collections of the examinees corresponding to the sampling test tubes to be identified according to the identity collection records of the examinees, of which the occurrence time is between the occurrence time of the tracing records of the sampling test tubes and the occurrence time of the current operation records, in the operation logs of the information collection equipment to be processed.
The number of the detected person identity acquisition corresponding to the to-be-identified sampling test tube is used for describing the number of the detected person identity information actually corresponding to the nucleic acid detection sample in the to-be-identified sampling test tube (that is, the actual number of the nucleic acid detection sample in the to-be-identified sampling test tube).
In addition, the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the implementation of S103C2, and may specifically include: if the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed does not have the identity deletion record of the examinee with the occurrence time between the occurrence time of the sampling test tube retrospective record and the occurrence time of the current operation record, determining the statistical number of the identity acquisition records of the examinee with the occurrence time between the occurrence time of the sampling test tube retrospective record and the occurrence time of the current operation record in the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed as the identity acquisition number of the examinee corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified; if the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed has the identity deletion record of the examinee, the statistical number of the identity deletion records of the examinee is subtracted from the statistical number of the identity collection records of the examinee, the occurrence time of which is between the occurrence time of the sampling test tube tracing record and the occurrence time of the current operation record, in the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and the identity collection number of the examinee corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified is determined.
That is, when there are M examinee identity acquisition records in the operation log of the to-be-processed information acquisition device, the occurrence time of which is between the occurrence time of the sampling test tube retrospective record and the occurrence time of the current operation record, and there are 0 examinee identity deletion records in the operation log, the occurrence time of which is between the occurrence time of the sampling test tube retrospective record and the occurrence time of the current operation record, it can be determined that the number of examinee identity acquisition corresponding to the to-be-identified sampling test tube is M. However, when there are M examinee identity acquisition records having occurrence times between the occurrence time of the sampling test tube retroactive record and the occurrence time of the current operation record in the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed, and there are Q examinee identity deletion records having occurrence times between the occurrence time of the sampling test tube retroactive record and the occurrence time of the current operation record in the operation log, it can be determined that the number of examinee identity acquisitions corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified is M-Q. Wherein M is a positive integer, Q is a positive integer, and Q is less than or equal to M.
S103C 3: after the identity acquisition number of the examinee corresponding to the to-be-identified sampling test tube is determined to be lower than the preset identity number corresponding to the to-be-identified sampling test tube, the abnormal identification result of the to-be-identified sampling test tube is determined to be that the to-be-identified sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, and the abnormal type of the to-be-identified sampling test tube is determined to include the identity information of the suspected missed examinee.
The preset number of identities can be preset according to the actual nucleic acid detection scene; and the number of the preset identities corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified can represent the number of nucleic acid detection samples which should be theoretically placed in the sampling test tube to be identified in the nucleic acid detection process.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the setting manner of the number of preset identities, for example, a holder of the to-be-processed information acquisition device may manually set the number of preset identities by using the to-be-processed information acquisition device before collecting the test tube identification information or the identity information of the subject using the to-be-processed information acquisition device.
Based on the related content of the eighth possible implementation manner of the above S103, after determining that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the information submission record, a historical sampling test tube acquisition record closest to the current operation record may be first searched from the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed, and the historical sampling test tube acquisition record is used as the sampling test tube tracing record corresponding to the current operation record, so that the sampling test tube tracing record can accurately represent the sampling test tube to which the submission operation represented by the information submission record is directed; counting the occurrence times of the examinee identity acquisition records and the occurrence times of the examinee identity deletion records, the difference value between the occurrence times of the examinee identity acquisition records and the occurrence times of the examinee identity deletion records is determined as the examinee identity acquisition number corresponding to the sampling test tube to be recognized, so that after the examinee identity acquisition number corresponding to the sampling test tube to be recognized is determined to be lower than the preset identity number corresponding to the sampling test tube to be recognized, the abnormal recognition result of the sampling test tube to be recognized is marked as that the sampling test tube to be recognized is in an abnormal state, the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be recognized comprises suspected missing identity information, and the associated information of the examinee in the sampling test tube to be recognized based on the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be recognized can be known later Whether the phenomenon of information omission exists in the acquisition process or not.
In a ninth possible implementation manner of S103, S103 may specifically include S103D1-S103D 3:
S103D 1: if the current operation record of the information acquisition equipment to be processed belongs to the information submission record, searching the historical sampling test tube acquisition record closest to the current operation record from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the historical sampling test tube acquisition record as the sampling test tube tracing record.
It should be noted that the relevant contents of S103D1 can be referred to the relevant contents of the second possible implementation of S102 above.
S103D 2: and searching the historical operation record closest to the sampling test tube tracing record from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the historical operation record as a second reference record.
S103D 3: when the second reference record is determined not to belong to the information submission record, determining the abnormal identification result of the sampling test tube to be identified as that the sampling test tube to be identified is in an abnormal state, and determining the abnormal type of the sampling test tube to be identified comprises executing sampling test tube collection operation on the premise that the test tube associated information of the previous sampling test tube is not submitted.
Based on the related contents of the ninth possible implementation manner of the above S103, after determining that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the information submission record, a historical sampling test tube collection record closest to the current operation record may be searched from the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed as a sampling test tube tracing record, so that the sampling test tube tracing record is used to indicate to which sampling test tube the associated information of the sampling test tube is submitted for the information submission operation represented by the information submission record; then, whether the historical operation record closest to the sampling test tube tracing record is an information submission record or not is checked from the operation log, if so, the association information of the previous sampling test tube is submitted successfully, so that the association information of the previous sampling test tube cannot influence the submission process of the association information of the sampling test tube to be identified; if the test tube is not an information submission record, the correlation information of the previous sampling test tube is still not submitted, so that when the submission operation represented by the current operation record is executed, the correlation information of the to-be-identified sampling test tube and the correlation information of the previous sampling test tube are both regarded as information related to the previous sampling test tube to be submitted, and the correlation information of the to-be-identified sampling test tube cannot be subsequently inquired from the submission information base, so that in order to perform targeted processing for the situation, the abnormal identification result of the to-be-identified sampling test tube can be marked as that the to-be-identified sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, the abnormal type of the to-be-identified sampling test tube is determined to be included in the sampling test tube correlation information of the previous sampling test tube, and the sampling test tube collection operation is executed on the premise that the test tube correlation information of the to-identified sampling test tube does not exist in the collection submission process of the to-be-identified sampling test tube from the abnormal types of the to-identified sampling test tube, so that whether the abnormal type of the to-be-identified sampling test tube exists in the collection process of the correlation information of the to-identified sampling test tube can be-identified sampling test tube subsequently known The error is described.
Based on this, the present application example also provides a tenth possible implementation manner of S103, in this implementation manner, S103 may include, in addition to S103D1-S103D3, S103D4-S103D 6:
S103D 4: and after the second reference record is determined not to belong to the information submission record, searching a historical sampling test tube acquisition record closest to the sampling test tube tracing record from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the historical sampling test tube acquisition record as the reference test tube acquisition record.
The reference test tube collection record refers to an operation record which is closest to the sampling test tube tracing record in the operation log of the information collection equipment to be processed, has an occurrence time earlier than that of the sampling test tube tracing record, and belongs to the sampling test tube collection record.
S103D 5: and determining a reference sampling test tube of the sampling test tube to be identified according to the sampling test tube identification carried by the reference test tube acquisition record.
And the reference sampling test tube of the sampling test tube to be identified represents the previous sampling test tube corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified.
It should be noted that, in S103D5, the determination method of "determining the reference sampling tube according to the sampling tube identifier carried by the reference tube collection record" is similar to the determination method of "determining the sampling tube to be identified according to the sampling tube identifier carried by the current operation record" in the first possible implementation manner, which is not limited in the above text application embodiment to S102, and for the sake of brevity, no further description is provided here.
S103D 6: and determining the abnormal recognition result of the reference sampling test tube as that the reference sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, and determining that the abnormal type of the reference sampling test tube comprises that information submission is not performed in time after the test tube related information is acquired.
Based on the related content of the tenth possible implementation manner of the above S103, after determining that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the information submitting record, and the second reference record corresponding to the current operation record does not belong to the information submitting record, the previous sampling test tube (i.e., the reference sampling test tube) corresponding to the sampling test tube to be identified may be traced from the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed, and then the abnormal identification result of the reference sampling test tube is determined to be that the reference sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, and "information submission is not performed in time after the test tube related information is acquired" is added to the abnormal type of the reference sampling test tube, so that it can be known that the test tube related information of the reference sampling test tube is not submitted in time after the acquisition is completed according to the abnormal identification result and the abnormal type of the reference sampling test tube in the following period, this tends to cause the tube-related information of the reference sampling tube to be mixed with other information and submitted to the submission information base at the same time, which causes the submission information base to consider the mixed other information as the tube-related information of the reference sampling tube.
In addition, in order to further improve the accuracy of the abnormal type of the reference sampling test tube, the present application example further provides an eleventh possible implementation manner of S103, in which, in addition to S103D1-S103D6, S103D7-S103D9 may be further included:
S103D 7: and after the second reference record is determined not to belong to the information submission record, determining the identity submission number of the examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube according to the identity information of the examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube recorded in the submission information base.
The number of the submitted examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube is used for representing the number of the examinee identity information which is successfully submitted aiming at the reference sampling test tube.
In addition, the embodiment of S103D7 is not limited in the examples of the present application, and for example, S103D7 may specifically be: and determining the statistical number of the identity information of the examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube recorded in the submission information base as the identity submission number of the examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube. That is, if there are Y pieces of subject identity information having a corresponding relationship with the reference sampling test tube in the submission information base, it is determined that the number of submitted subject identities corresponding to the reference sampling test tube is Y.
S103D 8: and determining the number of the identity collections of the examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube according to the identity collection records of the examinees, of which the occurrence time is between the occurrence time of the collection records of the reference test tube and the occurrence time of the tracing records of the sampling test tube, in the operation log of the information collection equipment to be processed.
It should be noted that, S103D8 may be implemented by any of the above embodiments S103C2, and only the "sampling test tube tracing record" in any of the above embodiments S103C2 needs to be replaced by the "reference test tube collection record", and the "current operation record" needs to be replaced by the "sampling test tube tracing record".
S103D 9: after the identity submitting number of the examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube is higher than the identity collecting number of the examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube, the abnormal type of the reference sampling test tube is determined to include that the number of the submitted examinees is higher than the number of the actual examinees.
Based on the related content of the eleventh possible implementation manner of the above S103, after it is determined that the current operation record of the information acquisition device to be processed belongs to the information submitting record, and the second reference record corresponding to the current operation record does not belong to the information submitting record, not only the abnormal recognition result of the reference sampling test tube can be determined that the reference sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, and "information submission is not performed in time after the test tube association information is acquired" is added to the abnormal type of the reference sampling test tube, but also whether a phenomenon that the number of submitted examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube is higher than the number of acquired examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube occurs can be further determined according to the relative size between the number of submitted examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube and the number of acquired examinees corresponding to the reference sampling test tube, if the above phenomenon occurs, the number of submitted examinees is higher than the number of actual examinees, and the number of submitted examinees can be further added to the exception type of the reference sampling test tube, so that the errors in the acquisition and submission process of the associated information of the reference sampling test tube can be more accurately known in the following process based on the exception type of the reference sampling test tube.
Based on the above-mentioned contents of S101 to S103, any abnormality identification method provided in the embodiments of the present application can be used to monitor the operation log of each information collection device in the nucleic acid detection field in real time and determine the abnormality identification result and abnormality type of the sampling tube collected by the information collection device, so that the abnormality identification result and abnormality type of the sampling tube can accurately represent various errors occurring when the relevant information of the sampling tube is collected, and thus the relevant person of the sampling tube can be accurately traced from the operation log based on the abnormality identification result and abnormality type of the sampling tube.
It should be noted that, in the present large-scale nucleic acid detection field, each information acquisition device may adopt any one of the embodiments of the abnormality identification method described in the foregoing S101 to S103 to determine the abnormality identification result and the abnormality type of each sampling test tube acquired by each information acquisition device in the present large-scale nucleic acid detection process.
It should be noted that, in order to simplify the flow, the abnormality identification result of each sampling test tube may be initialized to be in a normal state, and then the abnormality identification result initialization of each sampling test tube may be updated by using any embodiment of the above-mentioned abnormality identification method.
In addition, after the abnormal identification result and the abnormal type of each sampling test tube related to the large-scale nucleic acid detection site are obtained, the detected people corresponding to each sampling test tube can be traced respectively according to the abnormal identification result and the abnormal type of each sampling test tube. Based on the above, the embodiment of the present application further provides a method for determining the person associated with the test tube, which is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, since each information acquisition device in the large-scale nucleic acid detection site can be implemented by using the same test tube-related person determination process, for convenience of understanding, the test tube-related person determination process of any sampling test tube acquired by the information acquisition device to be processed will be described as an example below.
Method embodiment two
Referring to fig. 2, the figure is a flowchart of a method for determining tube-related personnel according to an embodiment of the present application.
The test tube associated person determining method provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps of S201-S202:
s201: according to any implementation mode of the abnormality identification method provided by the embodiment of the application, the abnormality identification result of the target sampling test tube is determined.
The information acquisition equipment corresponding to the target sampling test tube is to-be-processed information acquisition equipment. That is, the target sampling tube represents any sampling tube collected by the information collection device to be processed.
The abnormity identification result of the target sampling test tube is used for indicating whether the target sampling test tube is in an abnormal state; moreover, when the information acquisition device corresponding to the target sampling test tube is the information acquisition device to be processed, the determination may be performed by using any of the above-described embodiments of the abnormality identification method.
S202: and determining the related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the abnormal recognition result of the target sampling test tube.
Wherein, the related personnel of the target sampling test tube refers to the examinee who generates the related relation with the target sampling test tube in the nucleic acid detection process.
The embodiment of S202 is not limited in the examples of the present application, and for the convenience of understanding, two possible embodiments of S202 will be described below as examples.
In the first possible implementation manner of S202, S202 may specifically include S202a1-S202a 2:
s202a 1: and if the abnormal identification result of the target sampling test tube indicates that the target sampling test tube is in a normal state, determining the related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the submission information base.
The submission information base is used for recording equipment collection information (for example, test tube identification information and corresponding examinee identity information) submitted by each information collection equipment in the large-scale nucleic acid detection field.
Therefore, after the abnormal recognition result of the target sampling test tube is determined to indicate that the target sampling test tube is in a normal state, it can be determined that no error occurs in the acquisition and submission processes of the associated information of the target sampling test tube, so that it can be determined that the associated information of the target sampling test tube recorded in the submission information base is accurate, and therefore, the identification information (for example, the identification mark of the examinee and the like) of the examinee corresponding to the target sampling test tube can be inquired from the submission information base, and the examinee corresponding to the inquired identification information of the examinee is determined to be the associated person of the target sampling test tube.
S202a 2: and if the abnormal identification result of the target sampling test tube indicates that the target sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, determining related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
In the embodiment of the application, after it is determined that the abnormality identification result of the target sampling test tube indicates that the target sampling test tube is in an abnormal state, it may be determined that an error is suspected to occur in the collection and submission processes of the associated information of the target sampling test tube, so that it may be determined that the associated information of the target sampling test tube recorded in the submission information base may be inaccurate, and therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of the associated person of the target sampling test tube, the associated person of the target sampling test tube may be queried from the operation log of the information collection device to be processed.
In fact, different faulty operations may be directed to different exception types, so in order to improve the accuracy of the personnel associated with the target sampling test tube, the personnel associated with the target sampling test tube may be queried from the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed with reference to the exception type of the target sampling test tube. Based on this, the present application provides a possible implementation manner of S202a2, which may specifically include: and determining the related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed and the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube.
To facilitate understanding of the implementation process of S202a2, the following description is made with reference to an example.
As an example, S202a2 may specifically include S202a21-S202a 23:
s202a 21: and inquiring a sampling test tube acquisition record carrying a sampling test tube identifier corresponding to the target sampling test tube from an operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the sampling test tube acquisition record as a first positioning starting point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
The first positioning starting point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube is an operation record generated by collecting a sampling test tube identifier corresponding to the target sampling test tube by using to-be-processed information collection equipment; furthermore, the first positioning start record may indicate that the information collecting device to be processed starts the associated information collection for the target sampling tube.
S202a 22: and determining a first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube according to the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube, the first positioning start point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube and the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
The abnormal type of the target sampling test tube is used for describing errors occurring in the acquisition and submission processes of the associated information of the target sampling test tube; moreover, the abnormality type of the target sampling tube may also be implemented by any of the abnormality identification methods provided above that can determine the abnormality type.
The first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube may indicate that the information acquisition device to be processed has finished performing the associated information acquisition with respect to the target sampling test tube.
In addition, the present example is not limited to the embodiment of S202a22, and for the convenience of understanding, the following description will be made with reference to three examples.
For example, if the abnormal type of the target sampling tube includes that information is not submitted in time after the tube-related information is collected, S202a22 may specifically include: and inquiring a sampling test tube acquisition record which is closest to the first positioning starting point record and has the occurrence time later than the first positioning starting point record from an operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the sampling test tube acquisition record as a first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
It can be seen that, if the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube includes that the information submission is not performed in time after the relevant information of the target sampling test tube is acquired, it indicates that the information submission operation of submitting the relevant information of the target sampling test tube to the submission information base is not performed after the relevant information of the target sampling test tube is acquired by the to-be-processed information acquisition device, but the test tube information acquisition operation of acquiring a new sampling test tube is performed, so in order to accurately acquire the relevant personnel of the target sampling test tube, the relevant personnel of the target sampling test tube should be determined according to the examinee identity acquisition record in the operation log of the to-be-processed information acquisition device between the acquisition operation record corresponding to the target sampling test tube and the acquisition operation record corresponding to the next sampling test tube of the target sampling test tube, so that the acquisition operation record corresponding to the next sampling test tube of the target sampling test tube can accurately indicate that the to-be-processed information acquisition device has finished And collecting the associated information aiming at the target sampling test tube.
Based on this, after determining that the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube includes that information is not submitted in time after the test tube associated information is acquired, the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed may be queried for a sampling test tube acquisition record that is closest to the first positioning starting point record and occurs later than the first positioning starting point record (that is, an acquisition operation record corresponding to the next sampling test tube of the target sampling test tube), and the first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube may be determined, so that the first positioning end point record may accurately indicate that the information acquisition device to be processed has finished acquiring associated information for the target sampling test tube.
Example two, if the exception type of the target sampling tube includes that the sampling tube collection operation is performed on the premise that the tube association information of the previous sampling tube is not submitted, then S202a22 may specifically include: and inquiring an information submission record which is closest to the first positioning starting point record and has the occurrence time later than the first positioning starting point record from an operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the information submission record as a first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
It can be seen that if the abnormal type of the target sampling tube includes that the sampling tube collection operation is performed on the premise that the tube-related information of the previous sampling tube is not submitted, it means that the information submission operation of submitting the related information of the previous sampling tube of the target sampling tube to the submission information base is not performed after the related information of the previous sampling tube of the target sampling tube is collected by the to-be-processed information collection device, but the tube-information collection operation of collecting the target sampling tube is performed, so in order to accurately obtain the related personnel of the target sampling tube, the related personnel of the target sampling tube should be determined according to the examinee identity collection record between the collection operation record corresponding to the target sampling tube and the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling tube in the operation log of the to-be-processed information collection device, therefore, the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube can accurately show that the information acquisition equipment to be processed finishes the associated information acquisition aiming at the target sampling test tube.
Based on this, after determining that the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube includes performing the sampling test tube collection operation on the premise that the test tube related information of the previous sampling test tube is not submitted, the operation log of the information collection device to be processed may query an information submission record (that is, an information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube) which is closest to the first positioning start record and occurs later than the first positioning start record, and determine the first positioning end record corresponding to the target sampling test tube, so that the first positioning end record may accurately indicate that the information collection device to be processed has finished performing the related information collection on the target sampling test tube.
For example three, if the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube is suspected to falsely delete the identity of the subject, S202a22 may specifically include: and inquiring an information submission record which is closest to the first positioning starting point record and has the occurrence time later than that of the first positioning starting point record from an operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the information submission record as a first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
It can be seen that, if the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube includes a suspected identity of a mistaken-deleted examinee, it indicates that an examinee identity deletion operation has occurred in the process of acquiring relevant information of the target sampling test tube by using the to-be-processed information acquisition device, so in order to accurately acquire the associated person of the target sampling test tube, the associated person of the target sampling test tube should be determined according to the examinee identity acquisition record between the acquisition operation record corresponding to the target sampling test tube and the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube in the operation log of the to-be-processed information acquisition device, so that the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube can accurately indicate that the to-be-processed information acquisition device has finished performing associated information acquisition on the target sampling test tube.
Based on this, after it is determined that the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube includes the identity of the suspected mistakenly-deleted examinee, the information submission record (that is, the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube) which is closest to the first positioning starting point record and occurs later than the first positioning starting point record may be queried from the operation log of the to-be-processed information acquisition device, and the first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube is determined, so that the first positioning end point record can accurately indicate that the to-be-processed information acquisition device has finished performing the associated information acquisition on the target sampling test tube.
Based on the related content of S202a22, after the first positioning start record corresponding to the target sampling test tube is obtained, the first positioning end record corresponding to the target sampling test tube may be accurately determined from the operation log of the information collection device to be processed by referring to the abnormal type of the target sampling test tube and the first positioning start record corresponding to the target sampling test tube, so that the first positioning end record may accurately indicate that the information collection device to be processed has finished performing the associated information collection on the target sampling test tube.
S202a 23: and determining related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the identity acquisition record of the detected person between the first positioning starting point record and the first positioning end point record in the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first positioning starting point record and the first positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube are obtained, the identity acquisition records of the examinees between the first positioning starting point record and the first positioning end point record can be inquired from the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed, and the examinees corresponding to the identity identifications of the examinees carried by the inquired identity acquisition records of the examinees are all determined as the related personnel of the target sampling test tube.
Based on the above-mentioned relevant contents of S202a21 to S202a23, after determining that the abnormality recognition result of the target sampling tube indicates that the target sampling tube is in an abnormal state, the person associated with the target sampling tube may be determined according to the operation log of the information collecting apparatus to be processed and the abnormality type of the target sampling tube, so that the person associated with the target sampling tube can more accurately represent the subject having an association relationship with the target sampling tube during the nucleic acid detection process.
Based on the related content of the first possible implementation manner of the foregoing S202, after the abnormal recognition result of the target sampling test tube, a data source (for example, an operation log of an information library or an information collecting device to be processed) that is required to be used when the person associated with the target sampling test tube is selected according to the abnormal recognition result of the target sampling test tube may be selected; and determining the related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the related data corresponding to the target sampling test tube inquired from the selected data source.
In fact, the sample detection center may mark some abnormal information of the sampling test tubes when detecting the sampling test tubes, so to further improve the accuracy of the personnel associated with the target sampling test tube, the embodiment of the present application further provides a second possible implementation manner of S202, which may specifically include S202B1-S202B 2:
S202B 1: and acquiring test tube abnormity marking information provided by a sample detection center.
The test tube abnormality labeling information is used for recording an abnormality (for example, abnormality such as incapability of finding relevant information of the sampling test tube from the submission information base, inconsistency between the number of submitted examinees corresponding to the sampling test tube and the number of nucleic acid detection samples in the sampling test tube, and the like) found by a detection person of the sample detection center in the process of detecting the nucleic acid detection samples in the sampling test tube.
S202B 2: and when determining that the test tube abnormity mark corresponding to the target sampling test tube exists in the test tube abnormity mark information, determining related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the abnormity identification result of the target sampling test tube and the test tube abnormity mark corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
The test tube abnormity label corresponding to the target sampling test tube is used for representing an abnormal phenomenon discovered by a detection person in a sample detection center in the process of detecting the nucleic acid detection sample in the target sampling test tube.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the implementation manner of S202B2, and for example, S202B2 may specifically include S202B21-S202B 23:
S202B 21: and determining a first associated person of the target sampling test tube according to the abnormal recognition result of the target sampling test tube.
The first related person of the target sampling test tube refers to the detected person related to the target sampling test tube determined by the abnormity identification result of the target sampling test tube.
In addition, S202B21 may be implemented by the first possible implementation manner of S202, and only "the person associated with the target sampling tube" in the first possible implementation manner of S202 needs to be replaced with "the first associated person of the target sampling tube".
S202B 22: and determining a second associated person of the target sampling test tube according to the test tube abnormity label corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
The second related person of the target sampling test tube is the detected person related to the target sampling test tube, which is determined by the test tube abnormity label corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the implementation of S202B22, for example, S202B22 may specifically include S202B221-S202B 223:
S202B 221: and inquiring a sampling test tube acquisition record carrying a sampling test tube identifier corresponding to the target sampling test tube from an operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed, and determining the sampling test tube acquisition record as a second positioning starting point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
It should be noted that, the related content of S202B221 is similar to the related content of S202a21, and the "first positioning start point record" in the related content of S202a21 is only required to be replaced by the "second positioning start point record".
S202B 222: and determining a second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube according to the test tube abnormity label corresponding to the target sampling test tube, the second positioning start point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube and the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
Wherein, the second location end point record that target sampling test tube corresponds can show that the information acquisition equipment that waits to handle has finished carrying out associated information collection to target sampling test tube.
In addition, the present embodiment is not limited to the embodiment of S202B222, and for the convenience of understanding, the following description will be made with reference to three examples.
Example 1, if the tube abnormality label corresponding to the target sampling tube indicates that the actual number of samples of the target sampling tube is lower than the number of submitted identities of the examinees corresponding to the target sampling tube, S202B222 may specifically include: and querying a sampling test tube acquisition record which is closest to the second positioning starting point record and has the occurrence time later than that of the second positioning starting point record from an operation log of the to-be-processed information acquisition equipment, and determining the sampling test tube acquisition record as a second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube.
As can be seen, if the tube exception label corresponding to the target sampling tube indicates that the number of actual samples of the target sampling tube is less than the number of submitted examinee identities corresponding to the target sampling tube, the tube exception label indicates that the information submitting operation of submitting the associated information of the target sampling tube to the information submitting library is not performed after the associated information of the target sampling tube is collected by the information collection device to be processed, but the tube information collection operation of collecting a new sampling tube is performed, so that the subsequently collected associated information of the new sampling tube is also submitted as the information related to the target sampling tube, and the number of submitted examinee identities corresponding to the target sampling tube is higher than the number of actual samples of the target sampling tube, so that in order to accurately obtain the second associated person of the target sampling tube, the second associated person corresponding to the target sampling tube should be obtained according to the collection operation log of the information collection device to be processed, where the collection operation corresponding to the target sampling tube is performed And recording the identity acquisition record of the examinee between the acquisition operation records corresponding to the next sampling test tube of the target sampling test tube, and determining a second associated person of the target sampling test tube, so that the acquisition operation record corresponding to the next sampling test tube of the target sampling test tube can accurately represent that the information acquisition equipment to be processed finishes acquiring the associated information aiming at the target sampling test tube.
Based on this, after it is determined that the test tube abnormal label corresponding to the target sampling test tube indicates that the actual sample number of the target sampling test tube is lower than the identification submission number of the subject corresponding to the target sampling test tube, a sampling test tube collection record (that is, a collection operation record corresponding to the next sampling test tube of the target sampling test tube) which is closest to the second positioning start point record and whose occurrence time is later than the second positioning start point record may be queried from the operation log of the to-be-processed information collection device, and the second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube is determined, so that the second positioning end point record can accurately indicate that the to-be-processed information collection device has finished performing relevant information collection on the target sampling test tube.
Example 2, if the tube abnormality label corresponding to the target sampling tube indicates that the submission information base does not have the relevant information of the target sampling tube, S202B222 may specifically include: and determining a second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube according to an information submission record which is closest to the second positioning starting point record and occurs later than the second positioning starting point record in the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
It can be seen that, if the tube exception label corresponding to the target sampling tube indicates that the information related to the target sampling tube does not exist in the information submitting library, the information submitting operation of submitting the information related to the previous sampling tube of the target sampling tube to the information submitting library is not performed after the information collecting device to be processed collects the information related to the previous sampling tube of the target sampling tube, but the tube information collecting operation of collecting the target sampling tube is performed, so that the subsequently collected information related to the target sampling tube is also submitted as the information related to the previous sampling tube of the target sampling tube, and the information related to the target sampling tube does not exist in the information submitting library, so that in order to accurately obtain the second related person of the target sampling tube, the information collecting operation record corresponding to the target sampling tube in the operation log of the information collecting device to be processed should be recorded according to the collecting operation record corresponding to the target sampling tube And determining a second associated person of the target sampling test tube according to the identity acquisition record of the examinee between the information submission records corresponding to the target sampling test tube, so that the information submission records corresponding to the target sampling test tube can accurately represent that the information acquisition equipment to be processed finishes performing associated information acquisition on the target sampling test tube.
Based on this, after it is determined that the tube anomaly marking corresponding to the target sampling tube indicates that the relevant information of the target sampling tube does not exist in the submission information base, the information submission record (that is, the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling tube) which is closest to the second positioning starting point record and occurs later than the second positioning starting point record may be queried from the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed, and the second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling tube is determined, so that the second positioning end point record can accurately indicate that the information acquisition device to be processed has finished performing relevant information acquisition on the target sampling tube.
Example 3, if the tube abnormality label corresponding to the target sampling tube indicates that the actual number of samples in the target sampling tube is greater than the number of submitted examinee identities corresponding to the target sampling tube, S202B222 may specifically include: and determining a second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube according to an information submission record which is closest to the second positioning starting point record and occurs later than the second positioning starting point record in the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
It can be seen that, if the abnormal labeling of the test tube corresponding to the target sampling test tube indicates that the actual number of samples in the target sampling test tube is higher than the number of submitted identities of the examinees corresponding to the target sampling test tube, it means that a faulty operation of deleting more identities of the examinees may occur during the process of acquiring the related information of the target sampling test tube by using the to-be-processed information acquisition device, so in order to accurately acquire the second related person of the target sampling test tube, the second related person of the target sampling test tube should be determined according to the examinee identity acquisition record between the acquisition operation record corresponding to the target sampling test tube and the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube in the operation log of the to-be-processed information acquisition device, therefore, the information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube can accurately show that the information acquisition equipment to be processed finishes the associated information acquisition aiming at the target sampling test tube.
Based on this, after it is determined that the test tube abnormal label corresponding to the target sampling test tube indicates that the actual sample number of the target sampling test tube is higher than the identity submission number of the subject corresponding to the target sampling test tube, an information submission record (that is, an information submission record corresponding to the target sampling test tube) which is closest to the second positioning start record and has a time of occurrence later than the second positioning start record may be queried from the operation log of the to-be-processed information acquisition device, and the second positioning end record corresponding to the target sampling test tube is determined, so that the second positioning end record can accurately indicate that the to-be-processed information acquisition device has finished performing the associated information acquisition on the target sampling test tube.
Based on the related content of S202B222, after the second positioning start point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube is obtained, the test tube abnormality label corresponding to the target sampling test tube and the second positioning start point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube may be referred to, and the second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube is accurately determined from the operation log of the information collection device to be processed, so that the second positioning end point record can accurately indicate that the information collection device to be processed has finished performing the associated information collection on the target sampling test tube.
S202B 223: and determining a second associated person of the target sampling test tube according to the identity acquisition record of the examinee between the second positioning starting point record and the second positioning end point record in the operation log of the information acquisition equipment to be processed.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second positioning starting point record and the second positioning end point record corresponding to the target sampling test tube are obtained, the identity acquisition records of the examinees between the second positioning starting point record and the second positioning end point record can be queried from the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed, and the examinees corresponding to the identity identifiers of the examinees carried by the queried identity acquisition records of the examinees are determined as the second related persons of the target sampling test tube.
Based on the above-mentioned relevant contents of S202B221 to S202B223, after it is determined that the tube abnormality label corresponding to the target sampling tube exists in the tube abnormality label information, the second related person of the target sampling tube may be determined according to the operation log of the information acquisition device to be processed and the tube abnormality label corresponding to the target sampling tube, so that the second related person of the target sampling tube can more accurately represent the subject having a relationship with the target sampling tube in the nucleic acid detection process.
S202B 23: and determining the related personnel of the target sampling test tube according to the first related person of the target sampling test tube and the second related person of the target sampling test tube.
In this embodiment of the application, after the first associated person of the target sampling test tube and the second associated person of the target sampling test tube are obtained, the first associated person of the target sampling test tube and the second associated person of the target sampling test tube may be collected and deduplicated to obtain associated persons of the target sampling test tube (that is, a union of the first associated person set of the target sampling test tube and the second associated person set of the target sampling test tube), so that the associated persons of the target sampling test tube may include not only all the first associated persons and all the second associated persons of the target sampling test tube, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy of the associated persons of the target sampling test tube.
Based on the related content in S202, after the abnormality identification result of the target sampling test tube is obtained, the related person of the target sampling test tube may be determined according to the abnormality identification result of the target sampling test tube.
In addition, after the associated personnel of the target sampling test tube is obtained, the associated personnel of the target sampling test tube can be used for accurately determining the positive examinees. Based on this, the present application provides another possible implementation manner of the test tube related person determining method, in which the test tube related person determining method may further include, in addition to the above S201 to S202, S203 to S204:
s203: and obtaining a test tube detection result of the target sampling test tube provided by the sample detection center.
Wherein, the test tube detection result of the target sampling test tube is used for indicating whether a positive nucleic acid detection sample exists in the target sampling test tube.
S204: and if the test tube detection result of the target sampling test tube indicates that a positive nucleic acid detection sample exists in the target sampling test tube, sending the related personnel of the target sampling test tube to a preset receiving device for preset processing.
The preset receiving equipment can be preset; and the preset receiving device may be used to perform preset processing (e.g., display) of the associated personnel of the target sampling tube.
As can be seen, if the test tube detection result of the target sampling test tube indicates that a positive nucleic acid detection sample exists in the target sampling test tube, then it indicates that there is at least one positive subject in the subjects corresponding to all the nucleic acid detection samples in the target sampling test tube, and in this case, in order to avoid missing positive subjects, all personnel associated with the target sampling tube (i.e., personnel associated with the target sampling tube) may be sent to the intended receiving device, so that the preset receiving equipment can display the related personnel of the target sampling test tube, so that the related personnel can accurately know the crowd related to the target sampling test tube in the acquisition process of the related information of the target sampling test tube, therefore, related personnel can organize the groups related to the target sampling test tube to carry out a new round of nucleic acid detection process, and the positive examined person can be accurately screened out.
Based on the relevant content of any embodiment of the test tube associated person determination method, for the large-scale nucleic acid detection process, the suspected abnormal type of each sampling test tube can be accurately determined according to the operation logs of each information acquisition device; and then according to the suspected abnormal type of each sampling test tube, accurately finding out the associated personnel of each sampling test tube from the operation log of the information acquisition equipment corresponding to each sampling test tube, so that the positive examined person associated with the sampling test tube can be accurately traced according to the associated personnel of the sampling test tube when the sampling test tube is determined to be positive in the following process.
It can be seen that, because the related personnel of a collection test tube is determined according to the abnormal recognition result of the collection test tube, the related personnel of the collection test tube can more accurately and comprehensively represent the examinees having the association relation with the collection test tube, so that the examinees being positive associated with the collection test tube can be more accurately and comprehensively traced back according to the related personnel of the collection test tube when the sampling test tube is determined to be positive, and thus, the omission of the examinees being positive can be effectively avoided.
Based on the related content of the above abnormality identification method, an embodiment of the present application further provides an abnormality identification device, which is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
