Claims (10)

1. A student account management method is applied to a first server, wherein the first server provides learning resources for a student account, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a student job leaving notification sent by a second server, wherein the student job leaving notification is sent after the second server determines to approve the job leaving process of the student, and the second server is a server for office coordination;
and after receiving the notice of the student leaving, modifying the user state of the student in the student account of the first server from a starting state to a forbidden state, wherein the student account in the forbidden state is forbidden to log in the first server.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a query request which is sent by a management client and used for querying the account state of a specified student;
inquiring the user state of the specified student account, wherein the management client is a client for managing the student account registered on the second server;
when the user state of the specified student account is in a forbidden state, returning the specified student account to the management client side to be in the forbidden state, and configuring the control attribute of the student account into a display enabled control and a hidden disabled control;
and when the user state of the specified student account is the enabled state, the management client returns that the specified student account is the enabled state, and configures the control attribute of the student account into a display disabling control and a hidden enabling control.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
initializing all internal student account states prestored in the first server to be starting states, wherein the internal student account is a student account of a user who is qualified to use the second server and stored on the first server.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an approval confirmation notification sent by the second server and used for indicating registration approval of an external student account, wherein the external student account does not have qualification for using the second server, and when the external student account is registered on the first server, the approval is required to be carried out by a management client of the second server;
and setting the user state of the external student account to be an enabling state.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after the setting the user status of the external trainee account to an enabled status, the method further comprises:
recording the login time of the external student account in the first server;
acquiring the unused time of an external student account according to the last login time of the external student account;
judging whether the unused time of the external student account reaches a preset time or not;
and when the unused time of the external student account reaches the preset time, setting the user state of the external student account to be a forbidden state.
6. An apparatus for student account management implemented in a first server, the first server providing learning resources for a student, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a student job leaving notification sent by the second server, wherein the student job leaving notification is sent after the second server determines to examine and approve the job leaving process of the student, and the second server is a server for performing office coordination;
and the modifying module is used for modifying the user state of the user in the first server from a starting state to a forbidden state after the receiving module receives the student leave notice, and the user in the forbidden state is forbidden to log in the first server.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a query request which is sent by the management client and used for querying the state of the specified user;
the query module is used for querying the user state of the specified user, and the management client is a client for managing students registered on the second server;
the first returning module is used for returning the specified user to the management client side to be in the forbidden state when the user state of the specified user is in the forbidden state, and configuring the control attribute of the user into a display enabling control and a hiding disabling control;
and the second returning module is used for returning the specified user to be in the enabled state when the user state of the specified user is in the enabled state, and configuring the control attribute of the user into a display disabling control and a hidden enabling control.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the initialization module is used for initializing the user states of all internal clients prestored by the first server into an enabling state, wherein the internal clients are users qualified to use the second server.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a third receiving module, configured to receive an approval confirmation notification sent by the second server and used to indicate that the approval is approved through registration of an external student account, where the external student account does not qualify to use the second server, and when the external student account is registered on the first server, the approval needs to be performed by a management client of the second server;
and the first setting module is used for setting the user state of the external student account to be in an enabling state.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the recording module is used for recording the login time of the external student account in the first server after the user state of the external student account is set to be the starting state;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the unused time of the external student account according to the last login time of the external student account;
the judging module is used for judging whether the unused time of the external student account reaches the preset time;
and the second setting module is used for setting the user state of the external student account to be a forbidden state when the unused time of the external student account reaches the preset time.
