the comparison and analysis module is used for acquiring power consumption data at the enterprise registration address or the actual operation address within a certain time period, analyzing the power consumption data and comparing the power consumption data with the enterprise production operation supervision standard;
the analysis result module is used for judging the production and operation conditions of the enterprises according to the comparison and analysis results, bringing the enterprises meeting the first supervision standard into the range of abnormal operation, and marking the enterprises in the industrial and commercial system; and paying corresponding attention to the enterprises meeting the second supervision standard and the third supervision standard.

the first monitoring standard unit is used for calculating the lowest standard electricity utilization data of the enterprise in the first time node by taking the first time node of enterprise establishment and the scale of the enterprise when the enterprise is established as standards, and taking the lowest standard electricity utilization data as a second monitoring standard for enterprise production, operation and monitoring;
the second supervision standard unit is used for taking at least two first time nodes established by the enterprise as cardinality as second time nodes, calculating minimum standard electricity utilization data in the second time nodes of the enterprise, and taking the minimum standard electricity utilization data as a first supervision standard for enterprise production, operation and supervision;
