7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a second statistics module and a third statistics module, the first city planning data further comprising building size data and standing population data, wherein:
the second statistical module is used for carrying out building classification on the building scale data according to a preset building classification standard and calculating land areas occupied by various buildings according to a preset area statistical index;
and the third statistical module is used for carrying out population quantity statistical processing according to a preset population quantity statistical index on the basis of the standing population data to obtain the total population quantity in the area planning range.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a second screening module and a second output module, wherein:
the second screening module is used for performing buffer area analysis on the second target city planning data when the number of residential population in a target area range is determined to be required to be planned according to a preset target number range based on the upper planning requirement, so that third target city planning data meeting the target number range can be screened from the second target city planning data;
and the second output module is used for making a second planning and designing scheme according to the third target city planning data and outputting the second planning and designing scheme.

The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the second filtering module is further configured to set a buffer distance of a current iteration based on the upper planning requirement, and construct a circular buffer area in the second target city planning data by taking the buffer distance of the current iteration as a radius and taking a preset candidate location as a center; determining the total population number in the circular buffer area range, and updating the buffer area distance by a preset superposition step length when the total population number does not meet the target number range; and when the next iteration is started, taking the updated buffer area distance as the buffer area distance of the current iteration, returning to the step of constructing the circular buffer area for iteration circulation, and outputting third target city planning data of which the total population number meets the target number range in the corresponding circulation process until a preset iteration end condition is reached.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a storage module, wherein:
the storage module is used for determining the data type to which the first city planning data belongs, and the data type comprises a vector, a grid, a spatialization table and a non-spatialization table; converting first city planning data with a data type as a vector into symbolic data in a symbol conversion processing mode, and performing warehousing storage on the first city planning data subjected to current symbol conversion processing through a target database; converting first city planning data with a grid data type into map data in a map conversion processing mode, and warehousing and storing the first city planning data subjected to current map conversion processing by a target database; converting first city planning data with the data type of a spatialization table into vector data in a vector conversion processing mode, and performing warehousing storage on the first city planning data subjected to current vector conversion processing through a target database; and extracting attribute information of the first city planning data of which the data type is a non-spatialization table, and storing the currently extracted attribute information in a storage mode through a target database.
