Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a case where a scheduled visit time period of a user to be visited is replaced, and the method may be executed by an information processing apparatus, and the apparatus may be implemented in a form of software and/or hardware.
As shown in fig. 1, the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
and S110, acquiring the current appointment information of the current user to be treated.
Wherein the current appointment information comprises a target appointment time period. And (4) registering the user to be treated in advance, and generating registration information corresponding to the user, namely the appointment treatment information. The appointment information includes appointment date, appointment hospital, appointment department, appointment doctor, basic information of the user to be treated (user name, user identification number, user mobile phone number, etc.), etc. The user to be treated who is currently treated is taken as the current user to be treated, and the user to be treated can be treated on the day of the appointment date of the user to be treated.
The current appointment information refers to appointment contents generated based on the registration condition of the current user to be attended, such as an appointment hospital, an appointment department, an appointment doctor, a target appointment period, and the like. The target appointment time period refers to an appointment time period determined when the current user to be attended registers, such as 3:00-4:00 in the afternoon.
Specifically, the current appointment information of the current user to be treated is acquired, and preparation is made for subsequently judging whether time interval update information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be treated.
And S120, if the actual interval duration between the ending time of the target appointment time period and the current time is less than the preset waiting duration, sending time period updating information to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be treated so as to remind the current user to be treated to update the target appointment time period.
The ending time of the target appointment seeing-eye time period refers to ending time in the target appointment seeing-eye time period, for example, the target appointment seeing-eye time period is 3:00-4:00 pm, and the corresponding ending time is 4:00 pm. The preset waiting time period refers to a preset waiting time period, such as 30 minutes. The current time refers to the current time (here, the time refers to beijing, and of course, the current time can be adaptively changed according to the current location). The time period update information refers to update information of a scheduled visit time period for the target.
Specifically, when the interval duration between the ending time of the target appointment time period and the current time is less than the preset waiting time, the time updating information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be attended in a preset information sending mode, so that the current user to be attended is reminded to update the target appointment time period. Optionally, the preset information sending mode may be a short message, a push message, a call voice, or the like. The specific implementation is not specifically limited herein. By sending the time period updating information to the current user to be treated, the current user to be treated can be reminded to update the target appointment treatment time period, and the problem that the current user to be treated cannot treat the patient because the current user to be treated cannot reach the hospital in the target appointment treatment time period is avoided.
S130, when the target replacement clinic time interval fed back by the target terminal is received, determining at least one to-be-replaced clinic user corresponding to the target replacement clinic time interval.
The target replacement diagnosis time period refers to a time period which can replace the target appointment diagnosis time period and is selected by the current to-be-diagnosed user. The user to be replaced and seen refers to the corresponding user in the target replacement and seen time period.
Specifically, the target replacement visit time period fed back by the target terminal is received. Optionally, the method for receiving the information of the target replacement clinic time interval may be determined according to the method for sending the time interval update information, for example, when the method for sending the time interval update information is a short message, the target replacement clinic time interval fed back by the current clinic user based on the short message may be received. The method for receiving the information of the target replacement clinic time interval is a self-defined condition, for example, when the method for sending the period update information is a short message, the target replacement clinic time interval fed back by the user is received based on the information processing system. The information processing system is a system which can register on line by a user, record the appointment information and basic information (user name, telephone number, identity card number and the like) of the user and send time interval update information. After the target replacement clinic time interval fed back by the target terminal is received, at least one clinic user to be replaced corresponding to the target clinic time interval is determined, and preparation work is made for sending time interval replacement information to the clinic user to be replaced subsequently.
S140, determining a target clinic user to be replaced from the at least one clinic user to be replaced, and sending time interval replacement information to a target terminal corresponding to the target clinic user to be replaced.
The time interval replacement information refers to information for replacing the current visiting time interval of the user to be visited with the scheduled visiting time interval of the target visiting time interval to be replaced.
Specifically, the target appointment time period may include a plurality of to-be-replaced visiting users, the target to-be-replaced visiting user is determined from the plurality of to-be-replaced visiting users, and time period replacement information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the target to-be-replaced visiting user to inquire whether the target to-be-replaced visiting user can replace the appointment time period.
Optionally, the target to-be-replaced visiting user may be one or more than one. When the number of the target to-be-replaced visiting users is one, one to-be-replaced visiting user can be randomly selected as the target to-be-replaced visiting user, or the visiting users can be sequenced according to the registration sequence of the to-be-replaced visiting users, and the visiting user with the sequence number being the previous to-be-replaced visiting user is taken as the target to-be-replaced visiting user. When the number of the target users to be replaced is multiple, a preset number of the users to be replaced may be randomly chosen as the target users to be replaced, or the users to be replaced in the previous preset number may be determined as the target users to be replaced according to the serial number of the users to be replaced. Of course, each of the users to be replaced may be the target user to be replaced. Specifically, the determining a target to-be-replaced visiting user from the at least one to-be-replaced visiting user, and sending time interval replacement information to a target terminal corresponding to the target to-be-replaced visiting user includes: and taking each clinic user to be replaced as a target clinic user to be replaced, and sending time interval replacement information to a target terminal corresponding to each clinic user to be replaced.
Specifically, each to-be-replaced visiting user is used as a target to-be-replaced visiting user, time interval replacement information is sent to the corresponding target terminal, and reply information of the target terminal of the target to-be-replaced visiting user is waited. If the time interval replacement information is sent to only one target terminal corresponding to the target to-be-replaced visiting user, when the user does not check the mobile phone, the time interval replacement information cannot be replied in time. And time interval replacement information is sent to a plurality of target to-be-replaced visiting users, so that the phenomenon can be avoided, and the replying efficiency of the target to-be-replaced visiting users is improved.
S150, if the feedback information fed back by the target terminal is detected to be consistent with preset feedback information, updating the to-be-replaced appointment visiting time period of the target to-be-replaced visiting user based on the target appointment visiting time period, and updating the target appointment visiting time period based on the to-be-replaced visiting time period.
The target terminal refers to a terminal of a user to be replaced and treated. The feedback information refers to information whether the target to-be-replaced visiting user agrees to the replacement or not according to the feedback of the time interval replacement information, and includes an identifier of the agreed time interval replacement or an identifier of the unapproved time interval replacement, such as agreement and unapproved replacement, or represents agreement and replacement by identifier 1 and identifier 2 represents unapproved replacement. The preset feedback information refers to preset feedback information, and optionally, the preset feedback information is replaced by agreement, or the identifier 1 represents agreement, and the identifier 2 represents disagreement. The preset feedback information and the mark or the specific text content between the feedback information have a corresponding relation.
Specifically, when the feedback information of the target terminal is detected, the feedback information is compared with the preset feedback information, and when the feedback information is consistent with the preset feedback information, the to-be-replaced appointment visiting time period of the target to-be-replaced visiting user and the target appointment visiting time period of the current to-be-visited user are exchanged. By the method, the waiting time of the current user to be diagnosed is increased, and the problem that the current user to be diagnosed cannot arrive at the hospital in the target appointment diagnosis time period due to reasons such as traffic jam on the road and the like is solved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, if it is detected that the feedback information fed back by the target terminal is consistent with preset feedback information, updating the to-be-replaced scheduled seeing-eye period of the target to-be-replaced visiting-eye user based on the target scheduled seeing-eye period, and updating the target scheduled seeing-eye period based on the to-be-replaced visiting-eye period include: and if the feedback information fed back by any one target terminal is consistent with the preset feedback information, canceling the time interval replacement information displayed on other terminals except the target terminal.
Specifically, when the feedback information fed back by any one of the target terminals is received and is consistent with the preset feedback information, the time interval replacement information displayed on the other terminals except the target terminal is cancelled. Optionally, when the feedback information fed back by any one target terminal is received and is consistent with the preset feedback information, the time interval replacement completed information is sent to other terminals except the target terminal. And informing the target to-be-replaced diagnosis user corresponding to other terminals that the scheduled diagnosis time period replacement is finished.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the current appointment information of the current user to be treated is obtained, and if the actual interval time between the ending time of the target appointment treatment time period and the current time is less than the preset waiting time, the time period updating information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be treated, so that the current user to be treated is reminded to update the target appointment treatment time period. When the target replacement clinic time interval fed back by the target terminal is received, at least one clinic user to be replaced corresponding to the target replacement clinic time interval is determined, the clinic user to be replaced is determined from the at least one clinic user to be replaced, and time interval replacement information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the clinic user to be replaced. And if the feedback information of the target terminal is detected to be consistent with the preset feedback information, interchanging the to-be-replaced appointment time period of the target to-be-replaced doctor with the target appointment time period of the current to-be-doctor. By the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the target appointment time period of the current user to be treated can be updated, so that the current user to be treated can treat the doctor in the updated appointment time period, and the experience degree of the user is improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, after the obtaining of the current appointment information of the current user to be treated, the method further includes: and when the interval duration between the starting moment of the target appointment seeing-patient time period and the current moment is less than the preset reminding duration, sending the seeing-patient reminding information to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be seen.
Wherein, the preset reminding time length can be 30 minutes. It should be noted that the time lengths of the preset reminding time and the preset waiting time may be the same or different. For example, the target appointment visiting time period is 3:00-4:00 in the afternoon, and if the preset reminding time is 60 minutes, the current time is 2:01 in the afternoon, the visiting reminding information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be visited. And if the preset waiting time is 60 minutes, sending time interval updating information to a target terminal corresponding to the current user to be seen when the current time is 3:01 afternoon. The visit reminding information is information for reminding the user of the visit.
Specifically, when the interval duration between the starting time of the target appointment-taking time period and the current time is less than the preset reminding duration, the appointment-taking reminding message is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be called, the current user to be called is reminded, the current time can be sent to the hospital, and the situation that the current user to be called forgets the appointment-taking due to other things is avoided. Of course, the preset reminding time length and the preset waiting time length can be set according to actual conditions.
Optionally, after the sending the visit reminding information to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be visited, the method further includes: if the time interval between the sending time of the sent visit reminding information and the current time reaches the preset early warning time and the fact that the current user to be visited reads the visit reminding information is not detected, sending early warning information to a target terminal corresponding to the current user to be visited; the early warning information comprises a route and a travel mode; the route is determined based on preset user position information of a user to be visited at present and hospital position information of the hospital reserved for visiting, and the travel mode is determined based on the distance between the user position information and the hospital position information.
The preset early warning duration refers to a duration set when the duration between the sending time of the visit reminding information and the current time reaches the preset early warning duration, and the current visit user can send the early warning information to the current visit user without detecting that the current visit user reads the visit reminding information. The early warning information is used for reminding the user to check the diagnosis reminding information, and the early warning information comprises a route and a trip mode, so that the trip of the user is convenient to remind.
Specifically, when the time interval between the sending time of the sent visit reminding information and the current time is detected to reach the early warning time, and the reading record of the current user to be visited on the visit reminding information is not detected, the early warning information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be visited, the user is reminded to check the visit reminding information, the travel mode and the route can be checked based on the early warning information, and the user can conveniently select the route. Optionally, the presenting mode comprises walking, bicycle riding, electric bicycle riding, car taking and the like. The route is determined based on the user location information of the current user to be visited which is set in advance and the hospital location information of the hospital for scheduled visit. The early warning information is sent, so that the current user to be treated is reminded again, the route and the appearance mode included in the early warning information can be conveniently selected by the user, and the user experience is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention is a refinement of step 140 on the basis of an alternative to the foregoing embodiment, and the refinement process is specifically set forth in the embodiment of the present invention. Technical terms identical or similar to those of the above embodiments will not be described again.
As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
and S210, acquiring the current appointment information of the current user to be treated.
And S220, if the actual interval time between the ending time of the target appointment time period and the current time is less than the preset waiting time, sending time period updating information to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be treated so as to remind the current user to be treated to update the target appointment time period.
And S230, when the target replacement clinic time interval fed back by the target terminal is received, determining at least one to-be-replaced clinic user corresponding to the target replacement clinic time interval.
And S240, determining the target clinic user to be replaced according to the appointment clinic serial number of at least one clinic user to be replaced.
The appointment visiting sequence number refers to a sequence number of at least one to-be-replaced visiting user in the to-be-replaced appointment visiting time period, and the determination mode of the sequence number can be determined according to the registration time sequence of the to-be-replaced visiting user.
Specifically, the target user to be replaced is determined according to the appointment visiting sequence number of at least one user to be replaced, optionally, the user to be replaced with the appointment visiting sequence number before is determined as the target user to be replaced, and of course, the user to be replaced with the appointment visiting sequence number after can also be used as the target user to be replaced.
And S250, sending time interval replacement information to the target terminal corresponding to the target to-be-replaced visiting user.
And S260, if the feedback information fed back by the target terminal is detected to be consistent with preset feedback information, updating the to-be-replaced appointment time period of the target to-be-replaced appointment user based on the target appointment time period, and updating the target appointment time period based on the to-be-replaced appointment time period.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the feedback information fed back by the target terminal is not consistent with the preset feedback information, determining the appointment visiting sequence number of the target user to be replaced and visiting the doctor corresponding to the target terminal, determining the user to be replaced and visiting the doctor corresponding to the next appointment visiting sequence number adjacent to the appointment visiting sequence number, and taking the user to be replaced and visiting the doctor as the target user to be replaced and visiting the doctor; sending time interval replacement information to a target terminal corresponding to the target to-be-replaced visiting user, and detecting whether feedback information fed back by the target terminal is consistent with preset feedback information; and if the preset appointment sequence numbers are inconsistent, repeatedly determining the appointment seeing sequence numbers of the target users to be replaced corresponding to the target terminals, determining the next appointment seeing sequence number adjacent to the appointment seeing sequence number according to the appointment seeing sequence numbers, and determining the target users to be replaced according to the next appointment seeing sequence number.
Specifically, when it is detected that the feedback information fed back by the target terminal is inconsistent with the preset feedback information, it is indicated that the target to-be-replaced user corresponding to the target terminal does not agree with the replacement appointment time period. And then determining the appointment seeing sequence number of the target user to be replaced corresponding to the target terminal, and determining the user to be replaced corresponding to the next appointment seeing sequence number adjacent to the appointment seeing sequence number, wherein the next appointment seeing sequence number is determined according to the appointment seeing sequence number of the target user to be replaced. For example, when the appointment visit number of the target to-be-replaced visit user is the last, the next adjacent appointment visit number refers to a number before the appointment visit number. And when the next appointment seeing-patient serial number is determined, determining the corresponding seeing-patient user to be replaced, and taking the user to be replaced as the target seeing-patient user to be replaced. And sending time interval replacement information to a target terminal corresponding to the target to-be-replaced visiting user, detecting whether feedback information fed back by the target terminal is consistent with preset feedback information, and repeating the subsequent steps of determining the appointment visiting sequence number of the target to-be-replaced visiting user and the like when the feedback information is inconsistent with the preset feedback information. And when the feedback information fed back by the target terminal is consistent with the preset feedback information or the terminals corresponding to all the to-be-replaced visiting users in the current to-be-replaced visiting period send the feedback information, but the feedback information is inconsistent with the preset feedback information, stopping sending the time period replacing information. Optionally, at this time, next period update information (for example, other to-be-replaced visiting periods outside the current to-be-replaced visiting period) may be sent to the current to-be-visited user, and certain information of the next period update information of the current to-be-visited user is received, so as to use at least one to-be-replaced visiting user in the to-be-replaced visiting period in the period update information as the target to-be-replaced visiting user, and send period replacement information to the target to-be-replaced visiting user. By the method, the probability of replacing the target appointment visiting time period of the current user to be visited is improved.
If all the target to-be-replaced visiting users do not agree with the replacement appointment visiting time period, prompting the current visiting user in the following way, specifically, if traversing each target to-be-replaced visiting user and not receiving feedback information consistent with the preset feedback information, sending preset prompting information to a target terminal corresponding to the current visiting user; the preset prompting information comprises cancellation prompting sub-information and time interval replacement sub-information.
The preset prompting information is information for prompting the current user to be treated, and comprises prompting sub-information for canceling the target appointment treatment time period and sub-information for replacing the target appointment treatment time period. The sub-information for replacing the target appointment time period refers to sub-information for replacing the target appointment time period with other replacement time periods except the replacement time period corresponding to the current to-be-replaced visiting user.
Specifically, when the feedback information of all the users to be replaced and treated is inconsistent with the preset feedback information, preset prompt information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the current user to be treated, so as to remind the current user to be treated. When the preset prompt message is the cancel prompt sub-message, prompting that the current user to be treated is not allowed to replace the appointed treatment time period within the treatment time period to be replaced. When the preset prompt message is the time interval replacement sub-message, prompting that the current to-be-treated user can select from other time intervals except the currently selected to-be-replaced treatment time interval so as to replace the appointed treatment time interval.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset prompting information includes a cancellation prompting sub-information and a time interval replacement sub-information. Different operations are performed for two different sub-information:
firstly, if the time interval replacement sub-information fed back by the target terminal is received, the target to-be-replaced diagnosis user corresponding to the target replacement diagnosis time interval is determined according to the target replacement diagnosis time interval in the time interval replacement sub-information.
Specifically, time interval replacement sub-information fed back by a target terminal of a current user to be seen is received, the step of determining the target user to be replaced based on the target replacement time interval is repeatedly executed according to the target replacement time interval in the time interval replacement sub-information, time interval replacement information is sent to the target terminal corresponding to the target user to be replaced, feedback information fed back by the target terminal is received, comparison with preset feedback information is carried out, and whether the target appointed time interval is replaced or not is determined. Through the mode, the replacement probability of the target appointment seeing-time period of the current user to be seen can be increased, and the experience degree of the user is improved.
Secondly, if an instruction corresponding to the prompt cancellation sub-information fed back by the target terminal is received, the current appointment information of the current user to be treated is cancelled.
Specifically, if an instruction corresponding to the cancellation prompt sub-information, which is fed back by a target terminal corresponding to the current user to be treated, is received, the current appointment treatment information of the current user to be treated is cancelled based on the instruction, so that the registration of the current user to be treated is cancelled.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the current appointment information (including the target appointment time period) of the current user to be treated is obtained, the actual interval time between the ending time of the target appointment time period and the current time is judged to be less than the preset waiting time, and the time period updating information is sent to the target terminal of the current user to be treated, so that the current user to be treated is reminded to update the target appointment time period. When the target replacement clinic time interval fed back by the target terminal is received, at least one to-be-replaced clinic user corresponding to the target replacement clinic time interval is determined, determining the target clinic user to be replaced according to the appointment clinic serial number of at least one clinic user to be replaced, improving the accuracy of the determination of the target clinic user to be replaced, and when the feedback information fed back by the target to-be-replaced visiting user is different from the preset feedback information, the next adjacent appointment visiting sequence number can be determined based on the appointment visiting sequence number of the current target to-be-replaced visiting user, and determines the corresponding target user to be treated based on the next appointment treatment serial number, sends time interval replacement information to the target user to be replaced, the feedback information of the target to-be-replaced visiting user is received, the determining sequence of the target to-be-replaced visiting user is improved, and the accuracy of determining the target to-be-replaced visiting user is guaranteed. And sending time interval replacement information to a target terminal corresponding to the target to-be-replaced visiting user, and exchanging the to-be-replaced appointed visiting time interval of the target to-be-replaced visiting user with the target appointed visiting time interval of the current to-be-visited user if the feedback information of the target terminal is detected to be consistent with the preset feedback information. By the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the target appointment time period of the current user to be treated can be updated, so that the current user to be treated can treat the doctor in the updated appointment time period, and the experience degree of the user is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an information processing system in an embodiment of the present invention, and the information processing system provided in the embodiment of the present invention may execute the information processing method in the foregoing embodiment. The information processing system comprises a management terminal, a client and a data platform.
The management terminal is used for managing the attendance information of departments and doctors of the hospital, namely, inputting, modifying, deleting, inquiring and other operations, and the management terminal uploads the attendance information of the departments and the doctors of the hospital to the data platform and displays the information on the client side so that a user can select the departments and the doctors to make appointment registration on the client side based on the requirement of the user.
The client is used for collecting the data of the patient, updating the diagnosis condition of the department in real time, displaying and collecting the change of the diagnosis condition of the department and the related information of the current patient, the user makes a corresponding appointment registration on the client, and the client uploads the appointment registration information of the user to the data platform.
And the data platform is used for receiving information of each department of the hospital and the doctor on duty at the management end and appointment registration information fed back by the client. The information collected by the management terminal is stored in a database, is updated regularly or in real time and is sent to the client terminal in real time so as to display the information on duty of each department and doctor of the hospital for the user of the client terminal to inquire and make appointment.
After the management hospital manager inputs scheduling information of a certain day, such as time period, department, consulting room, position and the like, through the management terminal, a user can register doctors of a certain department through various channel modes, and when registration is completed, a clinic number generated according to a registration sequence is generated and has a reserved clinic time period. For example, the visit period of XX day 3:00-4:00 in afternoon is reserved by the user A and the user B, and the user A is serial number 1 and the user B is serial number 2. When the user a registers on the client, the client may store location information (usually a residence or office place preset for the user) when the registration of the user a is completed, where the location information is used to calculate the time when the patient arrives at the hospital (the patient registered through other channels may perform corresponding calculation and reminding through the residence location in the patient information). The distance can be calculated by performing calculation based on the acquired location information and the address information of the hospital. Optionally, if the distance is not more than 2 km (2 km is a preset distance, which can be set according to actual conditions), the data platform calculates the following travel modes: cycling, walking, getting on, driving and public transportation. Each of these modes will correspondingly give a time period required for arrival, i.e. the fastest and usually slowest arrival time, e.g. 10-15 min for cycling to reach the hospital, 20min for walking and 8min for driving. And then correspondingly storing the data obtained by the calculation of the data platform, and obtaining the slowest arrival mode, if the walking needs 20min, subtracting the traffic time such as 20min from the end time of the target appointment visit period of the patient by the information processing system, and then subtracting the reserved time such as 10min (which can be set by a client), namely, sending a push message at 30min before the patient A visits at any point, and when the patient A is not detected to check the push message within the preset time such as 5min, namely the information processing system does not receive the active message of the patient A after the push message is sent, sending a reminding short message by the information processing system, wherein the content of the short message comprises various traffic mode information and hospital department information. The information processing system can also inform the calculated various traffic information to the patient in time by automatically dialing the voice call, and urge the patient to go out for medical treatment. The specific reminding mode of the short message and the telephone can be set. Reminding the patient A to see a doctor in time and opening the client to obtain the optimal travel scheme.
Optionally, the patient a travel mode selection does not recommend walking and cycling when the distance exceeds 2 km. Similarly, the push message of the visit can be acquired in the manner described above. And confirming the departure by using the client, and performing one-key navigation by selecting a certain mode (the navigation mode can be map navigation for selecting a third party, such as a Gauss map, a Baidu map and the like, or map navigation for planning a path through a starting point and an end point by using a map carried by the client system). On the way to the hospital, patient a may receive a reminder of the latest progress of the appointment information in real time. If the patient suddenly encounters traffic jam, (according to the road condition information and the big data, the time required for the patient to reach the target place from the current position is calculated in real time and is not enough to catch up with the previously reserved treatment time, the system sends a missed treatment time prompt to the patient A, seeks whether the patient A sends a treatment number for help to the system, and after the patient A agrees to send the revised treatment number), the patient can send target reservation treatment time period replacement help-seeking information to the information processing system, the information processing system pushes the treatment adjustment information of the time period to the target terminal of the patient to be replaced in the replacement treatment time period after receiving the help-seeking information, and when the feedback information fed back by the target terminal of the patient to be replaced is accepted, the patient A and the reserved treatment time period (which can also be a reservation treatment number) of the patient to be replaced are replaced. Patient a does not have to be anxious to re-register or delay the time of other patients' visits after the scheduled visit period changes. The efficiency of seeing a doctor has been improved.
