firstly, a user accesses equipment needing electricity into an electric socket 41, finishes online payment by scanning a two-dimensional code above the electric socket 41, then the electric socket 41 is electrified and starts operation, wherein one end of a coil of a relay 12 is connected with a wire outlet end of an intelligent electric energy meter 11, the other end of the coil of the relay 12 is connected with a zero line, one end of a dynamic contact of the relay 12 is connected with a wire inlet end of the intelligent electric energy meter 11, the other end of the dynamic contact of the relay 12 is connected with a positive input end of a power converter 13, a negative input end of the power converter 13 is connected with the zero line, a positive output end of the power converter 13 is connected with one end of an electromagnetic lock 14, the electric socket 41 is connected with a wire outlet end of the intelligent electric energy meter 11, in addition, a single-phase two-wire residual current circuit breaker and a three-phase four-wire residual current circuit breaker, the other end of the three-phase four-wire residual current circuit breaker is connected with a zero line, the wire inlet end of the three-phase four-wire residual current circuit breaker is connected with the wire outlet end of the intelligent electric energy meter 11, and the other end of the three-phase four-wire residual current circuit breaker is connected with the zero line. The electromagnetic lock 14 is matched with the intelligent electric energy meter 11 to realize functions of paying by scanning a code with WeChat, automatically opening, automatically locking after electricity is used up and the like.

This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that the transmission chain 5 has a different dimension:

as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the transmission chain 5 is formed by connecting a plurality of transmission blocks 51, each transmission block 51 is 21cm long, 6cm high and 5cm wide, the transmission block 51 is composed of clamping blocks 52 located at two sides and a connecting rod 53 located at the middle and used for connecting two groups of clamping blocks 52, a convex block 54 is arranged at the upper part of each clamping block 52, a groove 55 is arranged at the lower part of each clamping block 52, the convex block 54 is clamped with the groove 55 in a matching way, through holes 56 are respectively arranged at the middle parts of the convex block 54 and the groove 55, an elastic rope 57 penetrates through the through holes 56, the elastic rope 57 sequentially penetrates through and connects each group of clamping blocks 52, a strip-shaped groove 58 is arranged at the middle part of each connecting rod 53, the distance between the strip-shaped grooves 58 of two adjacent groups of transmission blocks 51 is the same as the width of the strip-shaped protrusions 371 and is 1.5cm, an elastic belt 59 penetrates through the strip-shaped groove, the transmission chain 5 is made of stainless steel material, and the elastic rope 57 and the elastic belt 59 are made of rubber material.
When the transmission chain 5 with smaller specification and size in the embodiment 3 is used, the transmission speed is higher, the accuracy is high, but the supporting force is smaller, and the problem that the weight of the box body 1 cannot be supported enough can be caused; in embodiment 4, the transmission chain 5 with a larger size is more stable in supporting force, but the transmission speed is slower, and the problem of butt joint and dislocation between the clamping groove and the strip-shaped protrusion 371 is likely to occur, so that the size of the transmission chain 5 in embodiment 1 is most reasonable.

1. A mobile intelligent low-power consumption electric energy meter which can be used in extreme environment is characterized by comprising a box body (1) for storing an intelligent electric energy meter (11), a stand column (2) for supporting the box body (1), a lifting mechanism (3) for lifting the box body (1) and an electricity utilization mechanism (4) for taking electricity by a user,
the upper part of the intelligent electric energy meter (11) is connected with a wire inlet end through a manual switch (111), a wire outlet end is arranged at the lower part of the intelligent electric energy meter (11),
elevating system (3) are located stand (2) bottom just is run through by stand (2), and the middle part is equipped with vertical baffle (31) in elevating system (3), and elevating system (3) inner wall is equipped with rotation motor (32), the output of rotating motor (32) is equipped with master gear (33), master gear (33) are close to rotation motor (32) one end and are equipped with skewed tooth (331), and the other end is equipped with flat tooth (332), lie in master gear (33) parallel one side be equipped with pinion (34) of flat tooth (332) meshing, the center department of master gear (33) and pinion (34) all is equipped with a set of dwang (35) of running through baffle (31), dwang (35) rotate with baffle (31) and are connected, and the end of two sets of dwang (35) all is equipped with a set of band pulley (36), and is two sets of the equal meshing of outer circumference of band pulley (36) rotates and is equipped with a set of toothed belt (37, two sets of equal meshing rotation of cingulum (37) lower extreme is equipped with a set of band pulley (36), and two sets of band pulleys (36) that are located the below also are equipped with dwang (35) and pinion (34) that structure, size are the same with two sets of band pulleys (36) that are located the top, and two sets of the meshing is equipped with driving chain (5) in the middle of cingulum (37), driving chain (5) upper end with box (1) bottom is connected, driving chain (5) lower extreme with be located the groove (38) of accomodating of bottom is connected in elevating system (3),
with electric mechanism (4) be located elevating system (3) upper surface for one side of driving chain (5), with electric mechanism (4) outside being equipped with electric socket (41), electric socket (41) are connected with wire cable (6) and wire circle group (42) that are located with electric mechanism (4) inside, wire circle group (42) pass through cable conductor (6) with the leading-out terminal electric connection of the inside intelligent ammeter (11) of box (1), wire circle group (42) lower part is equipped with connecting rod (43), connecting rod (43) run through in proper order and are equipped with behind electric mechanism (4) bottom surface, elevating system (3) top surface and are used for controlling guide coil group (42) pivoted bevel gear (44), bevel gear (44) with skewed tooth (331) meshing connection of master gear (33).

The movable intelligent low-power-consumption electric energy meter for the extreme environment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the box body (1) is arc-shaped, a rain shelter (21) is fixedly arranged at the top of the upright post (2), a slot (22) which is connected with the top of the box body (1) in a clamping manner is formed in the surface of the rain shelter (21), a solar panel (15) used for supplying power to an electrical element inside the box body is arranged on the upper surface of the box body (1) at the slot (22), and a storage battery (16) which is electrically connected with the solar panel (15) is arranged on one side inside the box body (1).
