Abstract
The invention aims to disclose a lamp box structure for complex environment, which comprises a main cavity and an inner cavity which are isolated from each other, wherein a lamp body with a lamp body bracket, a reflector system with a bimetallic temperature switch for overheat control and a trigger are arranged in the main cavity; compared with the prior art, the lamp box structure has the advantages that the surrounding environment is sealed through the shell of the lamp box structure, the mechanical advantage is achieved, the requirement of a new standard of combustible gas treatment and test can be met, overpressure is prevented, the sealing cable cover and the air tight pipe hole are adopted at the lamp body, the sealing performance of the lamp box structure achieves a good effect, and the purpose of the invention is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a lamp box structure, in particular to a lamp box structure for complex environment.
Background
New test standards in the automotive industry drive the use of new solar simulation systems including lamps for illumination for automotive testing that are adapted for hydrogen power testing.
The lamp BF Cool 2500W is a lamp specifically designed and manufactured by BF for complex environmental chambers. To date, it has been very successfully applied to these special environmental enclosures worldwide. In the course of the automotive industry demanding the vigorous development of hydrogen-powered vehicles, new standards for automotive testing must also be met.
In order to meet the requirements of new test standards for hydrogen-powered vehicles, the BF Cool 2500W lamps need to be redesigned to increase the radiated power, including another type of bulb and an enlarged heat exchanger.
Therefore, a light box structure for complex environments is particularly needed to solve the above existing problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a lamp box structure for complex environment, which has mechanical advantages, prevents overpressure, can meet the requirements of new standards of combustible gas treatment tests and has good sealing performance aiming at the defects of the prior art.

the light box structure for the complex environment is characterized by comprising a main cavity and an inner cavity which are isolated from each other, wherein a lamp body with a lamp body support, a reflector system with a bimetallic temperature switch for overheat control and a trigger are arranged in the main cavity, a front door and front glass are arranged at the front end of the main cavity, and a ventilating device for controlling the air flow in the lamp body and a heat exchanger for cooling the temperature in the lamp body are arranged in the inner cavity.
In one embodiment of the invention, the reflector system comprises a lampshade and a lampshade frame, wherein the lampshade is made of a light-reflecting aluminum material through bending and is in a paraboloid shape, and the lampshade is fixed on the lampshade frame through screws, so that light can be effectively collected and regularly reflected out of the lampshade, and support is provided for controllability of light uniformity.
In one embodiment of the invention, the trigger is used for collecting energy to light the lamp tube, and the trigger is arranged on the lamp room partition.
In one embodiment of the invention, the ventilation device is an axial fan, and the ventilation device is mounted on the lamp room partition plate.

In one embodiment of the invention, the back of the housing of the main chamber is provided with an interface to a pressure air system to maintain excess pressure.
In one embodiment of the invention, the back of the housing of the main cavity is provided with a cable interface for connecting electrical equipment.
Compared with the prior art, the lamp box structure for the complex environment has the advantages that the surrounding environment is sealed through the shell of the lamp box structure, the mechanical advantage is achieved, the requirement of a new standard of a combustible gas treatment test can be met, overpressure is prevented, the sealing performance of the lamp box structure is good due to the fact that the cable cover and the air tight pipe hole are sealed at the lamp body, and the purpose of the lamp box structure is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the light box structure for complex environment of the present invention comprises a main cavity 10 and an inner cavity 20 which are isolated from each other, a lamp body 30 having a lamp body support 31, a reflector system 40 having a bimetal temperature switch for overheat control, and a trigger 50 are provided in the main cavity 10, a front door 11 and a front glass cover 12 are provided at a front end of the main cavity 10, and a ventilation device 21 for controlling air flow in the lamp body and a heat exchanger 22 for cooling temperature in the lamp body are provided in the inner cavity 20.
In this embodiment, the reflector system 40 includes a lampshade 41 and a lampshade frame 42, which are made of reflective aluminum material by bending, and the lampshade 41 is fixed on the lampshade frame 42 by screws, so as to effectively collect light and regularly reflect the light out of the lampshade, thereby providing support for the controllability of light uniformity.
In this embodiment, the trigger 50 is used to concentrate energy to light the lamp, and the trigger 50 is mounted on the lamp compartment partition 13.
In this embodiment, the ventilator 21 is an axial fan, and the ventilator 21 is mounted on the lamp room partition 13.

after the front door of the lamp box is closed, the lamp box can completely isolate air exchange with the environment, after the lamp tube is lightened, a large amount of heat can be emitted, air in the lamp box can be circulated to the heat exchanger 22 through the ventilation device, and the heat is taken away through the heat exchanger 22, so that the internal temperature of the lamp box is always maintained at a balanced temperature point. The inside of the lamp box is kept at more atmospheric pressure than the environment through ventilation, so that the ambient gas is prevented from entering the lamp box.

The light box structure for the complex environment is characterized by comprising a main cavity and an inner cavity which are isolated from each other, wherein a lamp body with a lamp body support, a reflector system with a bimetallic temperature switch for overheat control and a trigger are arranged in the main cavity, a front door and front glass are arranged at the front end of the main cavity, and a ventilating device for controlling the air flow in the lamp body and a heat exchanger for cooling the temperature in the lamp body are arranged in the inner cavity.

The light box structure for complex environment as claimed in claim 1, wherein said reflector system comprises a parabolic lampshade made of reflective aluminum material and a lampshade frame, said lampshade is fixed on the lampshade frame by screws, so as to effectively collect and regularly reflect light out of the lampshade, and provide support for the controllability of light uniformity.
3. A light box structure for complex environments as recited in claim 1, wherein said trigger is used to concentrate energy to light the lamp, said trigger being mounted on the compartment divider.
4. A light box structure for complex environments as claimed in claim 1, wherein said ventilation means is an axial fan, said ventilation means being mounted on a partition of a light box.
5. A light box structure for complex environments as claimed in claim 1, wherein said heat exchanger is installed on a lamp room partition.
6. A light box structure for complex environment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the lamp shade of said reflector system is provided with a glass cover which needs to be opened when the lamp tube is replaced, said glass cover being sealed by a process of sealing adhesive tape.
7. The light box structure for complex environment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back of the housing of the main cavity is provided with an interface of a cooling system to eliminate the residual heat of the internal environment.
8. A light box structure for complex environments as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the back of the housing of the main chamber is provided with an interface of a pressure air system to maintain the excess pressure.
9. The light box structure for complex environment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back surface of the housing of the main cavity is provided with a cable interface for connecting electrical devices.
