Abstract

有鉴于此,有利的是,由于所述缓冲密封件的导电性,将通过密封组件相互密封隔离的机械元件以导电的方式彼此连接。由此实现了机械元件之间的电势均衡。因此,防止了由于其中一个机械元件的静电荷导致的机械损坏和电磁干扰。
在所述密封组件中,机械元件中的一个接地到特定的接地电位(例如,接地到作为电接地电位的机动车辆的车身),使得通过导电缓冲密封件产生与另一个机械元件的电势均衡。

由导电非织造织物制成的缓冲密封件,所述缓冲密封件被布置为与所述主径向轴密封件相邻并且适于接触所述壳体和所述轴;以及
辅助污染物隔绝密封件,所述辅助污染物隔绝密封件具有适于不可旋转地固定到所述壳体的第二支撑元件,并且包括至少一个防尘唇,其中所述缓冲密封件被夹在所述主径向轴密封件与所述辅助污染物隔绝密封件之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其中所述缓冲密封件呈具有中心开口的圆盘的形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其中所述密封唇由弹性体材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其中所述辅助污染物隔绝密封件的所述至少一个防尘唇包括第一径向防尘唇和第二轴向防尘唇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的密封组件,其中所述防尘唇由弹性体材料制成。
6.一种密封组件,所述密封组件包括:
壳体,所述壳体包括孔;
轴,所述轴可旋转地设置在所述孔中;
主径向轴密封件,所述主径向轴密封件固定到所述壳体并且包括接合所述轴的密封唇;
由导电非织造织物制成的缓冲密封件,所述缓冲密封件被布置为与所述主径向轴密封件相邻并且与所述壳体和所述轴接触;以及
辅助污染物隔绝密封件,所述辅助污染物隔绝密封件固定到所述壳体并且包括至少一个防尘唇,其中所述缓冲密封件被夹在所述主径向轴密封件与所述辅助污染物隔绝密封件之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的密封组件,其中所述缓冲密封件呈具有中心开口的圆盘的形状。
8.根据权利要求6所述的密封组件,其中所述密封唇由弹性体材料制成。
9.根据权利要求6所述的密封组件,其中所述辅助污染物隔绝密封件的所述至少一个防尘唇包括第一径向防尘唇和第二轴向防尘唇。
10.根据权利要求6所述的密封组件,其中所述防尘唇由弹性体材料制成。
