Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel shield segments, in particular to a shield segment convenient for fixing a channel, which comprises the following components: shield segments; connecting sleeves are pre-buried on the upper half part of the shield segment at intervals; the connecting seat is integrally formed with a connecting rod on the upper surface, and the connecting rod is in threaded connection with the connecting sleeve; the lower surface of the connecting seat is concavely provided with a fixing groove; the lower wall of the channel is provided with an opening; the channel is accommodated in the fixed groove; the pressing plate is connected to the lower end of the connecting seat, and the upper surface of the pressing plate is abutted to the channel. The embedded connecting sleeve, the design connecting seat and the pressing plate can be used for conveniently fixing the channel on the shield segment, and meanwhile, the subsequent maintenance and replacement of the channel are convenient. In addition, the limiting strip designed on the pressing plate can tightly attach the side wall of the channel on the inner wall of the fixed groove, so that the channel is prevented from moving, and the stability and the firmness of channel fixation can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel shield segments, in particular to a shield segment convenient for fixing a channel.
Background
The shield segments are permanent lining structures of the tunnel by a shield method, are the innermost barrier of the tunnel, bear the functions of resisting soil layer pressure, underground water pressure and some special loads, and are formed by splicing 4-5 arc shield segments, and adjacent arc shield segments are connected together by segment connecting bolts. In the construction process of the tunnel, the channels are required to be fixed on the shield segment, most of the channels are C-shaped channels with teeth in hot rolling, the channels are widely applied to occasions such as rail transit, high-speed rails and buildings, and various structural bodies can be installed by adopting T-shaped bolts matched with the channels, so that the T-shaped bolts can replace building connecting members of traditional anchor bolts. The friction force between the T-shaped bolt and the channel can be increased due to the arrangement of the teeth on the channel, so that the T-shaped bolt is prevented from being displaced in the installation and use processes.
In the prior art, the fixing of the channels is mainly divided into an embedded channel and an externally hung channel, wherein the embedded channel is used for embedding and pouring the corresponding channel into the shield segment when the shield segment is poured, and the externally hung channel is used for fixing the corresponding channel by using bolts and the like after the shield segment is paved. The embedded channel is embedded in the shield segment, so that the embedded channel is troublesome to maintain in the subsequent use process, and can not be basically replaced once damaged; the external hanging channel can be additionally installed and fixed after the shield segment is installed, so that the external hanging channel can be conveniently maintained and can be replaced according to actual use conditions. However, in the prior art, when the externally hung channel is installed, a hole is formed at one end of the lifting lug, the lifting lug is penetrated on the pipe piece connecting bolt by the hole, and then the nut on the pipe piece connecting bolt is screwed, so that the lifting lug can be fixed, and adjacent arc shield pipe pieces can be connected together; the channel is connected with the other end of the lifting lug by a bolt and a pressing piece. However, this way of installing the channel also has a problem: if the lifting lug is fixed when the nut is fastened, the lifting lug at different positions needs to be inclined at different angles so as to correspond to the arc-shaped channel, and the operation is troublesome; if the lifting lug is not fixed when the nut is fastened, the fastened nut needs to be unscrewed, and then the lifting lug penetrates through the pipe piece connecting bolt, so that the connection firmness between the arc shield pipe pieces can be influenced, and meanwhile, the construction progress can be influenced.

the groove is arc-shaped, and an opening is formed in the lower wall of the groove; the channel is accommodated in the fixed groove;
the pressing plate is connected to the lower end of the connecting seat through bolts, and the upper surface of the pressing plate abuts against the channel.
Preferably, the connecting sleeve and the connecting rod are provided with internal threads and external threads which are matched with each other.
Preferably, the upper surface of the pressing plate is integrally formed with a limit strip with a trapezoid cross section, and when the upper surface of the pressing plate is abutted on the channel, the limit strip is inserted into the channel from the opening.
Preferably, the upper surface of the limit bar is smaller than the lower surface, and the width of the lower surface of the limit bar is larger than the width of the opening of the lower wall of the channel.
Preferably, threaded connecting grooves are formed in two sides of the fixing groove on the lower surface of the connecting seat at intervals; and the pressing plate is provided with a connecting hole corresponding to the position of the threaded connecting groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
