Through the arrangement, after the lock rod 11 moves to the primary locking position, the driving member 4 drives the second lock hook 2 to be inserted into the lock cylinder 3 and to be in sliding fit with the first sliding groove 111 and the second sliding groove 112, and in the process of sliding fit, the second lock hook 2 presses the lock rod 11, so that the lock rod 11 moves to the accurate locking position under the action of the acting force exerted by the second lock hook 2, and the door body and the box body are accurately locked. Of course, the sliding groove may be only disposed at the first end of the lock rod 11, or the sliding groove may be only disposed at the second end of the lock rod 11, or other sliding structures such as a sliding rail and a sliding block may be disposed at the first end of the lock rod 11 and/or the second end of the lock rod 11 to be slidably engaged with the second locking hook 2.
Alternatively, two sides of the connecting rod 12 are respectively provided with one locking rod 11, each locking rod 11 is provided with a sliding groove, so that after the locking rod 11 moves to the primary locking position, the driving member 4 drives the second locking hook 2 to be inserted into the lock cylinder 3 and to be in sliding fit with the sliding groove, and in the process of sliding fit, the second locking hook 2 extrudes the locking rod 11, so that the locking rod 11 moves to the accurate locking position under the action of the acting force applied by the second locking hook 2, and the door body and the box body are accurately locked.
Preferably, the key cylinder 3 further comprises a first detection member 33 disposed in the lock hole 311, and the first detection member 33 is used for detecting whether the first lock hook 1 preliminarily locks the door body and the cabinet. The position of the first detecting member 33 can be arbitrarily set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, the first detecting member 33 is disposed at any position in the lock hole 311 below the elastic bolt 32, and further, the first detecting member 33 is disposed in the lock hole 311 at the bottom of the lock hole 311, so that the first locking hook 1 can lock the door and the box to the maximum extent.
Further, the first detecting member 33 is a first limit switch, and when the connecting rod 12 presses the first limit switch in the process that the connecting rod 12 drives the lock rod 11 to be inserted into the lock hole 311, it indicates that the lock rod 11 has moved to the preliminary lock position, and the door body and the cabinet body have been preliminarily locked. Of course, the first detecting member 33 may also be an infrared sensor, a radio frequency sensor, etc. so as to detect whether the first lock hook 1 locks the door body and the cabinet preliminarily. It should be noted that the method for detecting whether the first latch hook 1 primarily locks the door and the box should not limit the present invention.
Further, the first detection member 33 is fixed in the lock hole 311, preventing the first detection member 33 from falling out of the lock hole 311.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the second locking hook 2 comprises a first locking arm 21, a second locking arm 22 and a connecting arm 23, a first end of the first locking arm 21 is connected with a first end of the second locking arm 22 through the connecting arm 23, the connecting arm 23 is connected with an output end of the driving member 4, by such an arrangement that after the locking lever 11 is moved to the preliminary locking position, the driving member 4 drives the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 to be inserted into the locking holes 311 respectively through the connecting arm 23, and the first locking arm 21 is in sliding fit with the first sliding groove 111, and the second locking arm 22 is in sliding fit with the second sliding groove 112, during the sliding fit, the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 press the locking lever 11, so that the locking lever 11 is moved to the precise locking position under the action of the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22, and thus the locking lever 11 is precisely locked in the lock cylinder body 31, therefore, the door body and the box body are accurately locked, and the door body cannot be opened under the action of external force. Of course, the engagement manner of the first lock arm 21 and the second lock arm 22 with the lock lever 11 is not limited to the above-mentioned loose engagement, but may be an insertion engagement, a snap engagement, or only a limit engagement, and whatever engagement manner is adopted, as long as the lock lever can be accurately locked in the lock cylinder body.
Preferably, one side (i.e., the right side of the paper in fig. 2) of the key cylinder body 31 is provided with two first insertion holes 313 communicated with the locking holes 311, the other side (i.e., the left side of the paper in fig. 2) of the key cylinder body 31 is provided with two second insertion holes 314 communicated with the locking holes 311, the second ends of the first and second locking arms 21 and 22 are respectively inserted into the locking holes 311 through the corresponding first insertion holes 313, the second end of the first locking arm 21 slides through the first sliding slot 111 and is inserted into the corresponding second insertion hole 314, and the second end of the second locking arm 22 slides through the second sliding slot 112 and is inserted into the corresponding second insertion hole 314, thereby precisely locking the locking lever 11 in the key cylinder body 31. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the door body and the cabinet can be locked precisely as long as the first locking arm 21 is slidably engaged with the first sliding groove 111, the second locking arm 22 is slidably engaged with the second sliding groove 112, and the locking force is applied to the locking lever 11.
Of course, the number of the first insertion holes 313 and the second insertion holes 314 is not limited to two, and may be one first insertion hole 313 or one second insertion hole 314, so that the second end of the first locking arm 21 and the second end of the second locking arm 22 can be inserted into the locking hole 311 through the same first insertion hole 313, or the second end of the first locking arm 21 and the second end of the second locking arm 22 can be inserted into the same second insertion hole 314.
Further, the bottom surface of the first lock arm 21 is arranged obliquely so that the thickness of the first lock arm 21 gradually increases from the second end of the first lock arm 21 to the middle portion of the first lock arm 21; the bottom of the first slide groove 111 is disposed obliquely such that the depth of the first slide groove 111 gradually increases from a first end (an end near the first insertion hole 313) of the first slide groove 111 to a second end (an end near the second insertion hole 314) of the first slide groove 111. Through the arrangement, when the second end of the first locking arm 21 is initially inserted into the first end of the first sliding groove 111, a certain fault tolerance range is formed between the first locking arm 21 and the first sliding groove 111, so that the first locking arm 21 and the first sliding groove 111 can be aligned conveniently, and accurate butt joint is realized.
Similarly, the bottom surface of second lock arm 22 is obliquely arranged such that the thickness of second lock arm 22 gradually increases from the second end of second lock arm 22 to the middle portion of second lock arm 22; the bottom of the second chute 112 is obliquely disposed such that the depth of the second chute 112 gradually increases from a first end (an end near the first insertion hole 313) of the second chute 112 to an end near the second insertion hole 314 of the second end of the second chute 112.
Further, the axial direction of the first insertion hole 313 coincides with the axial direction of the second insertion hole 314, and the axial direction of the first insertion hole 313 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking hole 311.
Further, the axial direction of the mounting hole 312 coincides with the axial direction of the first insertion hole 313, and the axial direction of the mounting hole 312 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking hole 311.
Preferably, the key cylinder 3 further comprises a second detecting member 34 disposed inside the key cylinder body 31, and the second detecting member 34 is used for detecting whether the second latch hook 2 accurately locks the door body and the cabinet. The position of the second detecting member 34 can be arbitrarily set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, the second detecting member 34 is disposed in the locking hole 311, or disposed in the first insertion hole 313, or disposed in the second insertion hole 314. Further, the second detecting member 34 is disposed in the second insertion hole 314 and located at a side of the second insertion hole 314 close to the outer side wall of the key cylinder body, so that the second latch hook 2 can maximally lock the door body and the box body.
Further, the second detecting member 34 is a second limit switch, and when the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 are respectively pressed to the second limit switches corresponding to the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 during the process that the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 are inserted into the second insertion holes 314 corresponding to the first locking arm and the second locking arm, it is indicated that the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 have moved the locking lever 11 to the precise locking position, and the door body and the cabinet have been precisely locked. Of course, the second detecting member 34 may also be an infrared sensor, a radio frequency sensor, etc. in order to detect whether the second locking hook 2 locks the door body and the cabinet accurately. It should be noted that the method for detecting whether the second latch hook 2 primarily locks the door and the box should not limit the present invention. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the second limit switch may be disposed in only one second insertion hole 314, and that the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 can be pressed against the second limit switch to indicate that the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 have moved the locking lever 11 to the precise locking position to precisely lock the door and the cabinet.
Further, the second sensing member 34 is fixed in the second insertion hole 314, preventing the second sensing member 34 from falling out of the second insertion hole 314.
In the above structure, the driving member 4 may be a solenoid, or a driving motor, or a motor, and the adjustment and modification of the specific structure of the driving member 4 do not limit the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the invention also provides a drum washing machine which comprises the door lock assembly, so that when a user manually closes the door, the door lock assembly can lock the door body and the box body without rotating the handle of the door lock assembly with great force, the user can close the door with little force, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the door closing process, under the action of an external force of a user manually pushing the door body, the connecting rod 12 of the first locking hook 1 can drive the locking rod 11 to be inserted into the locking hole 311 and extrude the locking tongue 322, so that the adjusting rod 321 drives the locking tongue 322 to move towards the outer side of the lock cylinder body 31 along the length direction of the mounting hole 312, and the spring 324 is extruded to deform the spring 324, so that the locking rod 11 can continuously move towards the bottom of the lock cylinder body 31 until the first limit switch is extruded, which indicates that the locking rod 11 has moved to the primary locking position; after the lock rod 11 moves to the initial locking position, the extrusion acting force between the lock rod 11 and the lock tongue 322 is eliminated, and the spring 324 recovers deformation to enable the adjusting rod 321 to drive the lock tongue 322 to move towards the inner side of the lock cylinder body 31 along the length direction of the mounting hole 312 until the lock tongue 322 returns to the initial position, so that the lock rod 11 is limited between the elastic lock tongue 32 and the bottom of the lock cylinder body 31, and the door body and the box body are initially locked. After the lock lever 11 is moved to the preliminary locking position, the driving member 4 drives the second ends of the first and second lock arms 21 and 22 to be inserted into the lock holes 311 through the first insertion holes 313 corresponding thereto, respectively, via the connecting arms 23, and the second end of the first locking arm 21 slides through the first sliding slot 111 and is inserted into the corresponding second insertion hole 314 until the second limit switch is pressed, the second end of the second locking arm 22 slides through the second sliding slot 112 and is inserted into the corresponding second insertion hole 314 until the second limit switch is pressed, during the sliding fit, the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 press against the locking lever 11, so that the locking lever 11 continues to move down to a precise locking position under the action of the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22, therefore, the door body and the box body are accurately locked, the user can realize the door closing operation by using very small force, and the user use experience is improved.
In the door opening process, when the operation of the washing program is finished or suspended, the controller of the drum washing machine sends a driving instruction to the driving member 4, the driving member 4 drives the lock cylinder bodies 31 of the first locking arm 21 and the second locking arm 22 to be pulled out through the connecting arm 23, the squeezing acting force between the first locking arm 21 and the locking rod 11 and between the second locking arm 22 and the locking rod 11 is eliminated, and the locking rod 11 returns to a primary locking position (namely, the door body is unlocked); after the lock rod 11 returns to the initial locking position, under the action of an external force of manually pulling the door body by a user, the connecting rod 12 of the first lock hook 1 can drive the lock rod 11 to extrude the lock tongue 322, so that the adjusting rod 321 drives the lock tongue 322 to move towards the outer side of the lock cylinder body 31 along the length direction of the mounting hole 312, and the spring 324 is extruded to deform the spring 324, so that the lock rod 11 can move above the lock tongue 322; after locking lever 11 removed the top to lock tongue 322, the extrusion effort between locking lever 11 and the lock tongue 322 was eliminated, spring 324 resumes deformation and makes adjusting pole 321 drive lock tongue 322 along the length direction of mounting hole 312 to the inboard removal of lock core body 31 until lock tongue 322 gets back to initial position to open the door body, the user uses very little power just can realize opening the door operation, promotes user's use and experiences.

after the door body and the box body are locked initially, the driving member drives the second lock hook to be inserted into the lock core and matched with the first lock hook so as to lock the door body and the box body accurately.
2. The door lock assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lock cylinder comprises a lock cylinder body and an elastic bolt, the lock cylinder body is arranged on the box body, a lock hole is formed in the lock cylinder body, and the elastic bolt is arranged in the lock hole;
when the door body is closed, the first lock hook is inserted into the lock hole and is preliminarily locked in the lock cylinder body by the elastic bolt, and therefore, the door body and the box body are preliminarily locked;
after the door body and the box body are locked preliminarily, the driving member drives the second lock hook to be inserted into the lock hole and accurately locks the first lock hook in the lock cylinder body, and therefore the door body and the box body are accurately locked.

The door lock assembly according to claim 2, wherein the elastic locking tongue comprises an adjusting rod, a locking tongue, a blocking part and a spring, the lock cylinder body is further provided with an installation hole communicated with the lock hole, the adjusting rod penetrates through the installation hole and can move along the length direction of the installation hole, the locking tongue is connected with a first end of the adjusting rod and is located in the lock hole, the blocking part is connected with a second end of the adjusting rod and is located on the outer side of the lock cylinder body, and the blocking part is used for preventing the elastic locking tongue from slipping out of the installation hole;
the spring is sleeved on the adjusting rod, the first end of the spring is connected with the lock tongue, and the second end of the spring is connected with the inner wall of the mounting hole.
