the rotary evaporation has the advantages that the temperature of a wet bulb in the machine is 60 ℃, the latent heat of evaporation is 550Kcal/kg, and the treatment capacity is 10 t/h;
6. granulating
Adding a small amount of water reducing agent into the mixture, placing the mixture into a dryer, drying until the water content is 1.5%, and transferring the mixture into a granulator to prepare a cylindrical strip-shaped biomass finished product with the particle size of 3-5 mm;
the water reducing agent is a modified maleic anhydride water reducing agent, and the using amount of the water reducing agent accounts for 2.0wt% of the total amount of the mixture;
the preparation method of the water reducing agent comprises the following steps:
adding 19.6kg of maleic anhydride into 200kg of ethanol, stirring and dissolving, introducing an ice-water mixture at about 4 ℃ into a prepared kettle coil, cooling, adding a sodium hydroxide solution while cooling, controlling the temperature of the solution to be not more than 40 ℃, adjusting the pH value of the system to 12, adding certain urea, stirring and reacting for 8 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a modified maleic anhydride water reducer;
the mol ratio of the modified maleic anhydride to the urea is 1: 2.2.
The preparation method of the embodiment 3 of the invention has simple process, can realize the complete recycling of the pulping black liquor, and the yield of the prepared biomass reaches 4.0 ton/ton pulping black liquor, and the density is 1.34 multiplied by 103kg/m3, heat value of 20.9MJ/kg, ash content of 9.1%, ignition time of the biomass of 11.0s, and comprehensive combustion characteristic index of 2.30 × 107The fuel has excellent combustion performance.

Claims (10)

1. The method for preparing the biomass by using the pulping black liquor is characterized by comprising the steps of dehydration treatment, high-temperature evaporation, dry material preparation, material mixing, rotary evaporation and granulation.
2. The preparation method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high temperature evaporation is carried out at a temperature of 120-130 ℃ until the concentration of the concentrated black liquor is 50-60wt% and the viscosity is 4000-5000 mpa-s.
3. The preparation method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dry method is used for preparing materials, and the mixing ratio of sand, soil and grass leaves is 5-8: 12-15:1-2.
4. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the mixing ratio of the mixed material, the thick black liquor and the wet mixed material is 1: 3-4.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary evaporation has a latent heat of evaporation of 550-560Kcal/kg and the water content is 10-20%.
6. The preparation method according to claim 1, characterized in that a water reducing agent is added in the granulation, and the water reducing agent is a modified maleic anhydride water reducing agent and is used in an amount of 0.8-2.5wt% of the total amount of the mixture.
7. The preparation method of claim 1, characterized in that the preparation method of the water reducing agent comprises the following steps:
adding maleic anhydride into ethanol, stirring for dissolving, adding a sodium hydroxide solution while cooling, controlling the temperature of the solution to be not more than 40 ℃, adjusting the pH value of the system to 10-12, adding a certain amount of urea, stirring for reacting for 7-8h, filtering, washing and drying to obtain a modified maleic anhydride water reducer; the modified maleic anhydride water reducing agent has the molar ratio of maleic anhydride to urea of 1: 2-2.2.
8. The method according to claim 4, wherein the wet mix concentration is 10 to 15 wt%.
9. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the dry stock has a diameter of not more than 1cm and a cut length of 3-5 cm.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the biomass has a calorific value of 20.5 to 21.4MJ/kg and a comprehensive combustion characteristic index of 2.30 to 2.55 x 107
