Abstract
The invention discloses a micro-emulsified diesel oil product oil, which comprises the following components in percentage by concentration: a process for producing a micro-emulsified diesel finished oil comprises the following steps of S1, S2, S3 and S4. Background

s4, detecting the prepared finished micro-emulsified diesel oil, judging the use performance of the finished micro-emulsified diesel oil, filling and delivering the finished micro-emulsified diesel oil out of a warehouse if the performance meets the requirement, and adding raw materials again to carry out optimized production if the performance does not meet the requirement, so as to ensure the quality of the finished oil.

Example 1

Fig. 1 shows an overall flow diagram of a micro-emulsified diesel finished oil and a production flow implementation thereof, please refer to fig. 1, and the specific operation flow is as follows: firstly, preparing raw materials required by emulsified diesel oil production, injecting the prepared diesel oil, water and a micro-emulsified diesel oil emulsifying auxiliary agent into corresponding storage tanks for storage, strictly controlling the temperature for storing the raw materials to be between 20 and 30 ℃, before preparing the micro-emulsified diesel oil, respectively extracting samples at the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the raw materials by using a raw material sample extractor, respectively carrying out quality detection on the samples at different positions, judging whether the raw materials are changed or not, ensuring the raw materials to be in the optimal manufacturing state, ensuring the usability after the micro-emulsified diesel oil is produced, injecting the detected raw materials in the optimal state into a stirring tank, setting the running time of the stirring tank to be controlled to be between 4 and 7 hours, fully mixing the diesel oil, the water and the micro-emulsified diesel oil emulsifying auxiliary agent to prepare the micro-emulsified diesel oil, and detecting the prepared finished oil of the micro-emulsified diesel oil, judging the use performance of the finished microemulsified diesel oil, filling and delivering the finished oil out of a warehouse if the performance meets the requirements, and adding raw materials again for optimized production if the performance does not meet the requirements to ensure the quality of the finished oil.
