An aquatic environment ecological remediation device, comprising: the aeration device comprises a box body (1), wherein an aeration barrel (5) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the box body (1), a plurality of aeration nozzles (6) are communicated with the top of the aeration barrel (5), one side of the aeration barrel (5) is communicated with one end of a communicating pipe (7), a water pump (4) and a connecting box (8) are fixedly arranged at one side of the box body (1), the other end of the communicating pipe (7) is communicated with the bottom of the connecting box (8), an air inlet pipe is communicated with the bottom of one side of the connecting box (8), one check valves (9) are fixedly arranged on the air inlet pipe and the communicating pipe (7), a piston plate (15) is arranged in the connecting box (8) in a sliding and sealing mode, one end of a vertical rod (17) is fixedly arranged at the top of the piston plate (15), a transverse plate (3) is fixedly arranged at the top of the vertical rod (17), one ends of two connecting rods (26) are fixedly connected at the bottom of the transverse plate (3), the other ends of the two connecting rods (26) are fixedly arranged with the same filter screen (2), the filter screen (2) is connected with the inner wall of the box body (1) in a sliding manner, a mounting hole is formed in the top of the transverse plate (3), a stirring shaft (13) is rotatably arranged in the mounting hole, a plurality of stirring rods (14) are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the stirring shaft (13), a first gear (19) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the stirring shaft (13), a motor (18) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate (3), a second gear (20) and a first bevel gear (21) are fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the motor (18), the first gear (19) is meshed with the second gear (20), a mounting plate is fixedly arranged on one side of the connecting rod (26), a connecting hole is formed in the front side of the mounting plate, a connecting shaft (36) is rotatably arranged in the connecting hole, a plurality of shifting blades (38) are fixedly arranged at the rear end of the connecting shaft (36), and a third gear (37) is fixedly arranged at the front end of the connecting shaft (36), one end of two racks (35) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the box body (1), the two racks (35) are respectively meshed with corresponding third gears (37), two vertical plates (23) and two fixing plates (33) are fixedly mounted on the top of the transverse plate (3), one side, close to each other, of the two vertical plates (23) is rotatably mounted on the same worm (24), a second bevel gear (22) is fixedly mounted on the worm (24), a first bevel gear (21) is meshed with the second bevel gear (22), a rotating shaft (29) is rotatably mounted on the front side of each fixing plate (33), a worm wheel (30) is fixedly mounted on the front end of each rotating shaft (29), the two worm wheels (30) are respectively meshed with the worm (24), a round rod (32) is fixedly mounted on the top of the front side of each worm wheel (30), a cylinder (31) is rotatably sleeved on the outer side of each round rod (32), and two supporting plates (27) are fixedly mounted on the top of the box body (1), the equal fixed mounting in top of two backup pads (27) has push pedal (28), and two drums (31) are respectively with the top roll connection of the push pedal (28) that corresponds, the water inlet intercommunication of water pump (4) has the one end of inlet tube, and the delivery port intercommunication of water pump (4) has the one end of outlet pipe, and the other end of outlet pipe is linked together with one side top of box (1), the one end of the equal fixedly connected with reset spring (34) in bottom both sides of push pedal (28), the other end of reset spring (34) and the top fixed connection of diaphragm (3), and the clearance mouth has been seted up to the opposite side of box (1), and there is apron (10) to the opposite side of box (1) through bolt fixed mounting.

s2: starting a motor (18), driving a first bevel gear (21) to rotate by an output shaft of the motor (18), driving a second bevel gear (22) to rotate by the first bevel gear (21), driving a worm (24) to rotate by the second bevel gear (22), driving two worm gears (30) to rotate by the worm (24), driving corresponding round rods (32) and cylinders (31) to do circular motion respectively by the two worm gears (30), driving a transverse plate (3) to move upwards respectively through rolling connection with the top of a corresponding push plate (28) so as to compress a return spring (34), continuously operating the worm gears (30), resetting the transverse plate (3) to move downwards under the elastic force of the return spring (34), continuously rotating the worm gears (30) so as to drive the transverse plate (3) to reciprocate up and down, driving the transverse plate (3) to reciprocate up and down through a vertical rod (17) to drive a piston plate (15), the process that the piston plate (15) moves upwards, negative pressure is formed in the connecting box (8), and outside air enters the connecting box (8) through the air inlet pipe, the process that the piston plate (15) moves downwards presses the air in the connecting box (8) into the aeration cylinder (5) through the communicating pipe (7), the air in the aeration cylinder (5) is introduced into the water in the box body (1) through the aeration nozzle (6), the process of enriching oxygen in the water body is accelerated through the contact of the air and the water body, aerobic microorganisms in the water body are promoted to breed in a large number, organic matters in the water are rapidly consumed, the water quality is improved, the rotation of the output shaft of the motor (18) simultaneously drives the second gear (20) to synchronously rotate, the second gear (20) drives the first gear (19) to rotate, the stirring shaft (13) is driven to rotate by the first gear (19), and the transverse plate (3) does up-down reciprocating motion, so that the stirring shaft (13) drives the stirring rod (14) to rotate and simultaneously do up-down reciprocating motion, stirring the water body to ensure that the water is fully contacted with the air, and improving the aeration effect, thereby improving the removal effect of organic matters in the water body;
s3: filter screen (2) up-and-down motion is taken jointly through two connecting rods (26) in diaphragm (3) up-and-down motion, thereby make the filter residue on its surface move, prevent that the filter residue from blockking up filter screen (2), and connecting rod (26) up-and-down motion drives connecting axle (36) up-and-down motion through the mounting panel in the time of, rack (35) drive through the meshing with third gear (37) and dial leaf (38) and rotate, thereby stir the filter residue to one side, further promote and prevent blockking up the effect, and because filter screen (2) are the slant setting, make the filter residue move to one side near the clearance mouth gradually in filter screen (2) motion process, and can dismantle apron (10) through screwing down the bolt, so that clear up the filter residue on filter screen (2) surface.
