the base is connected with the assembling female end;
the steering joint is detachably assembled on the adjusting support;
the rotating mechanism is movably connected to the bottom end of the steering joint so as to be capable of freely steering and adjusting, and the side end of the rotating mechanism is connected with the assembling female end;
the elastic locking mechanism is connected between the steering joint and the rotating mechanism, when the assembling female end on the rotating mechanism is fastened, abutted and clamped, the elastic locking mechanism can be triggered to automatically lock the rotating mechanism, and the elastic locking mechanism can reset from elasticity to recover the free steering adjustment of the rotating mechanism.
