Background
The LED-UV printer adopts an LED cold light source photocuring technology, namely, the printing is carried out as dry, and the used UV ink refers to ink which is formed into a film and dried by polymerizing monomers in an ink binder into a polymer by using ultraviolet light with different wavelengths and energies under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays.
The existing ink box of the LED-UV printing machine cannot place new ink and old ink into the printing machine at the same time, the printing ink box needs to be manually filtered and stirred and then placed into the printing ink box, the working efficiency is influenced, the printing ink box needs to be manually cleaned at regular time, and the labor force is increased.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an ink box of an LED-UV curing device of an energy-saving printing machine.

1. the cleaning component is arranged in the barrel wall cleaning device, ink on the inner wall of the barrel wall can be scraped off by the cleaning sheets which are distributed in a staggered mode, then cleaning is carried out through the hairbrushes arranged on the cleaning sheets, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning component is improved through double cleaning.
2. The invention is also provided with a stirring component which can stir the ink through a plurality of stirring blades inside to ensure that the new ink and the old ink are fully fused to prevent the gelling phenomenon of the old ink and further cause the blockage of a printing head, the stirring component is internally provided with a shaking component, a sliding block in the shaking component can slide through the rotating force generated by the rotation of a rotating motor, when a shaking spring is compressed to a threshold value by the sliding block, the stirring blades rotate through a return spring, after the stirring work is finished, the shaking spring firstly rebounds the stirring blades to primarily shake along with the reduction of the rotating speed of the rotating motor, the return spring rebounds the sliding block so as to drive the stirring blades to secondarily shake, the adhesion of the ink on the stirring blades can be reduced through double shaking, the ink is prevented from being solidified on the surfaces of the stirring blades, and the quality of the ink is further influenced, and moreover, the stirring assembly continuously rotates, so that the phenomenon of ink solidification is prevented, and the utilization rate of the ink is improved.

Referring to fig. 2' 3, in this embodiment, the ink barrel 6 includes a barrel wall 61, a stirring assembly 62, a barrel cover 63, a filter screen 64, a positioning column 66 and a rack 67, wherein the stirring assembly 62 is rotatably disposed at a middle position inside the barrel wall 61, an ink inlet is disposed at the top of the barrel wall 61, the barrel cover 63 and the filter screen 64 are rotatably disposed on the ink inlet, and a handle 65 is fixed below the ink inlet of the barrel wall 61, so as to facilitate taking and placing of the ink barrel 6;
the one side intermediate position of bucket wall 61 is fixed with reference column 66, the opposite side of bucket wall 61 is fixed with rack 67, just, rack 67 joint is on setting up the joint subassembly in the inside of mounting panel 5.

Referring to fig. 4 to 6, as a preferred embodiment, the stirring assembly 62 includes a rotating motor 621, a rotating shaft 622, a connecting ring 623, a shaking assembly 625, a cleaning assembly and a connecting head 628, wherein the rotating motor 621 is fixed at the top end of the barrel wall 61, the rotating shaft 622 is fixed on the output shaft of the rotating motor 621, three groups of connecting rings 623 arranged at equal intervals are fixed on the rotating shaft 622, and a plurality of shaking assemblies 625 are slidably arranged on the connecting rings 623;
the bottom end of the rotating shaft 622 is fixed with a cleaning assembly, the cleaning assembly can clean the inner side of the barrel wall 61, and one side of the bottom end of the barrel wall 61 is fixed with a connector 628 for connecting with a printing head.
As a preferred embodiment, the connecting ring 623 is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves 624;
the cleaning assembly comprises cleaning columns 626, cleaning sheets 627 and a fixing ring, wherein the fixing ring is fixed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft 622, one cleaning column 626 is fixed on each of two sides of the fixing ring, and a plurality of cleaning sheets 627 are fixed on two cleaning columns 626.
In a preferred embodiment, the two cleaning columns 626 are L-shaped and are disposed oppositely, and the plurality of cleaning sheets 627 are arranged in a staggered manner, that is, the plurality of cleaning sheets 627 can clean each region in the tub wall 61 by the staggered arrangement;

In a preferred embodiment, the shaking assembly 625 includes a stirring blade 6251 and a restoring assembly 6252, wherein one end of the restoring assemblies 6252 is slidably disposed in a sliding groove 624 formed in the connecting ring 623, and the other end of the restoring assemblies 6252 is hinged to the stirring blade 6251.
As a preferred embodiment, the reset assembly 6252 includes a fixing member 6253, an upper reset plate 6254, a lower reset plate 6255 and a sliding block 6257, wherein the sliding block 6257 is fixed at one end of the fixing member 6253, the sliding block 6257 is slidably disposed in the connection ring 623, and a shaking spring 6258 is disposed between the sliding block 6257 and the connection ring 623, it should be noted that the shaking spring 6258 is deformed by a rotational force generated by the rapid rotation of the rotating motor 621, so as to shake the stirring blade 6251 for the first time.
One side of the other end of the fixing piece 6253 is rotatably provided with a stirring blade 6251, and the other side of the other end of the fixing piece is rotatably provided with a lower reset plate 6255;
the upper reset plate 6254 is rotatably disposed on a side of the mixing blade 6251 adjacent to the lower reset plate 6255.
As a preferred embodiment, a placing block is fixed to one end, away from the stirring blade 6251, of the upper resetting plate 6254, a resetting block is fixed to one end, close to the placing block, of the lower resetting plate 6255, the resetting block is slidably disposed in the placing block, and a resetting spring 6256 is disposed between the resetting block and the placing block, that is, the resetting spring 6256 can shake the stirring blade 6251 for the second time, so that a shaking effect on the stirring blade 6251 is improved, and adhesion of ink is reduced.
As a preferred embodiment, the sliding block 6257 can provide primary shaking for the stirring blade 6251 through the shaking spring 6258, and the stirring blade 6251 can shake for the second time through the return spring 6256, so that ink retention on the stirring blade 6251 is greatly reduced, and the cleaning degree of the stirring assembly 62 is improved.
