after the use, if the clamping head 211 is not returned to the original position and cannot be opened, the baffle plate 216 is pulled upwards manually, the clamping block A219 locks the baffle plate, then the pipe clamping part 2 is pulled towards two sides, the crank 301 is rotated to adjust the clamping head 211 to a proper position, and the pipe clamping part 2 is opened to retract the tool, so that the use is completed.
