The connecting nut 2 is welded to the outer end face of the pin shaft 1, not welded to the outer circumferential face of the pin shaft 1, and the assembly face of the pin shaft 1 is not damaged.
The connecting nut 2 is coaxially welded on the outer end face of the pin shaft 1, and the central axis of the connecting nut 2 is coincident with the central axis of the pin shaft 1, so that the stress balance can be ensured, and the pin shaft 1 can be conveniently and smoothly ejected under the action of the jacking forces of the two jacks 7 at two sides.
The outer end face of the pin shaft 1 refers to an end face which is exposed out of the pin hole and perpendicular to the axis after the pin shaft 1 is assembled to the pin hole.

Thirdly, the jacking tool 3 is connected with the connecting nut 2 by adopting the screw rod 4, so that the assembly and disassembly are quick and convenient, the damage of welding to the jacking tool 3 is avoided, and the repeated use of the jacking tool 3 is facilitated.
Fourth, once the conventional T-shaped jack is installed on the pin 1, the distance between the jack and the shell of the fan-shaped section of the slab caster is determined, that is, the size of the installation area of the jack is determined, so that the T-shaped jack with one specification can only be suitable for the jack with the corresponding specification. Therefore, it is necessary to manufacture a T-shaped jack according to the specifications of the jack to be used, and there is a possibility that the jack may be not adapted to different specifications. According to the invention, the screw rod 4 passes through the through hole 3D on the jacking tool 3 and is movably connected with the jacking tool 3 along the axial direction thereof, namely, the jacking tool 3 can axially move along the screw rod 4 to adjust the position of the jacking tool 3 in the axial direction of the screw rod 4, so that the distance between the jacking tool 3 and the fan-shaped section shell of the slab caster is adjustable, namely, the size of a jack installation area is adjustable, and therefore, the invention is applicable to jacks with various specifications and the installation of the jack is more convenient. The limiting device is arranged, so that the jacking device 3 is connected to the screw rod 4, the jacking device 3 is prevented from sliding off from the outer end of the screw rod 4, and meanwhile, the spacing between the jacking device 3 and the fan-shaped section shell of the slab caster is limited and adjusted.
The inner end of the screw rod 4 described in the specification refers to the end of the screw rod 4 connected with the connecting nut 2, and the corresponding outer end of the screw rod 4 is the inner end.
In the present invention, in order to facilitate screwing of the lock nut 6, as shown in fig. 2, the top tool 3 includes a top plate 3A and side plates 3B on both sides of the top plate 3A, and a groove structure with an outward opening is formed by surrounding the top plate 3A and the side plates 3B, and the through hole 3D is disposed on the top plate 3A. Compared with a single thick steel plate, the groove-shaped jacking tool 3 has higher strength; compared with a rectangular structure, the novel steel plate has the advantages that the strength requirement is met, the investment of manufacturing materials is less, the cost is saved, the weight is smaller, and the novel steel plate is easy to disassemble and assemble quickly.
In the present invention, the jack 3 may be formed by welding a top plate 3A and a side plate 3B, and both the top plate 3A and the side plate 3B are steel plates 30mm thick.
