Technical Field

Background
With the popularization of mechanization, the flow operation of the section processing is realized at present, and generally, the flow operation flow is to clamp the section by a material clamping device and send the section to a processing station (such as a drilling station, a tapping station and a cutting station) and sequentially perform the working procedures of drilling, tapping, cutting and the like.
However, the current production line has a plurality of problems:
firstly, because the processes of drilling, tapping and cutting are separated, feeding is needed between the processes of each link, the position deviation of drilling and tapping or the cutting deviation caused by accumulated tolerance in the feeding process often occurs, and in order to improve the production efficiency of some production lines, a plurality of processing heads are arranged at each station, and batch processing is carried out by adopting a stamping mode, but in the stamping process, the stress of each processing head is different, the processing size deviation is easily caused, and particularly, when the method is used for profile parts with fine size requirements, the reject ratio is not easy to control;
meanwhile, due to the fact that feeding is needed between every two working procedures, the time of feeding action cannot be used for processing, the processing efficiency cannot be improved, when batch processing is carried out, although a plurality of products can be processed through the same action, the time needed by a single action is far longer than the time needed by a single processing;
and thirdly, because the flow process is needed, each processing device independently occupies a station, and a feeding position is needed to be arranged between every two processing devices, so that the whole processing device system is huge, and the requirement on the area of a field is high.
The technical problem to be solved by the application is as follows: how to reduce the volume of a processing device and improve the processing efficiency and the processing precision.
