Step two, when the tank opening of the oil tank 2 is opposite to the lower part of the pressing component for adjusting, the direct current motor 19 drives the driving gear 18 to rotate, because the driving gear 18 is meshed with the rack 17, the moving block 16 moves on the two long rods 15 to adjust the X-direction movement of the oil tank 2, when the Y-direction movement of the oil tank 2 is adjusted, the single-shaft motor 26 drives the bar-shaped rod 27 to swing, the bar-shaped rod 27 dials the shifting rod 25 through the shifting port 28, the L-shaped plate 21 moves on the rectangular block 20 in the Y direction through the two insertion rods 22, the photoelectric sensor 34 senses that the vertical nozzle 3 is positioned right below the abutting contact 31, the oil tank 2 keeps stationary and stops adjusting, after the position of the oil tank 2 is adjusted, the hydraulic cylinder 30 drives the abutting head 31 to press downwards, the abutting head 31 abuts against the vertical nozzle 3, the vertical nozzle 3 is positioned at the opening of the oil tank 2, and the vertical nozzle 3 is prevented from shaking during welding.
And step three, when the coil assembly drives the welding assembly to rotate along one circle of the vertical nozzle 3, the rotating motor 39 drives the driving gear 38 to rotate, the driving gear 38 and the ferrule gear 37 are meshed with each other, the sleeve 35 rotates on the output end of the hydraulic cylinder 30 along the axis, the welding assembly rotates along the axis, the welding gun 46 welds the vertical nozzle 3 and the tank opening of the oil tank 2 along the circumferential direction of the vertical nozzle 3, in order to adjust the angle of the welding gun 46, the transmission motor 49 drives the second straight-tooth gear 48 to rotate, and the second straight-tooth gear 48 is meshed with the first straight-tooth gear 47, so that the first straight-tooth gear 47 drives the rotary column 42 to rotate, and the welding gun 46 can adjust the angle accordingly, so that the welding end of the welding gun 46 can connect the tank opening of the oil tank 2 and the vertical nozzle 3.
