In some preferred forms, as shown in fig. 14, the engagement portion 22 has a cylindrical shape; the connection end of the connection part 22 and the welding part 24 is a first connection end 221; the connecting end of the connecting part 22 and the assembling part 23 is a second connecting end 222; the welding electrode tip 8 joins and assembles the welding part 24 and the assembling part 23 through the joining part 22, so that the overall working stability is better; the structure of the engagement portion 22 may be changed in case of product needs.
As shown in fig. 15, in some preferred modes, the welding portion 24 is in a circular truncated cone shape, and one end of the welding portion 24 with a smaller diameter is a welding end 211; the end of the welding portion 24 having a larger diameter is a third joint end 212 connected to the first joint end 221 of the joint portion 22; the diameter of the third joint end 212 coincides with the diameter of the joint 22; the angle between the side of the welding portion 24 and the first engagement end 221 is 60 °; the included angle between the side surface of the welding part 24 and the welding end 211 is 120 degrees; the overall shape of the welding portion 24 is changed according to the overall shape of the joint portion 22.
As shown in fig. 16, in some preferred embodiments, a transition surface 213 is disposed between the side surface of the welding portion 24 and the welding end 211, and the transition surface 213 is a curved surface, so that the welding line of the welding gun is finer and smoother during the welding process, and the production quality of the product is improved; the transition surface 213 may also be varied in case of corresponding product needs.
As shown in fig. 17, in some preferred modes, the assembling portion 23 is in a circular truncated cone shape, and one end of the assembling portion 23 is connected with the second joint end 222; the end of the fitting portion 23 having a smaller diameter is the first fitting end 231; the end of the fitting portion 23 having the larger diameter is a second fitting end 232, and the diameter of the second fitting end 232 is the same as that of the joint portion 22 and is connected to the second joint end 222 of the joint portion 22; the included angle between the inclined plane of the assembling part 23 and the second assembling end 232 is 45 degrees; the angle between the inclined surface of the fitting portion 23 and the first fitting end 231 is 135 °; the overall shape of the fitting portion 23 is changed according to the overall shape of the joint portion 22.
In some preferred forms, the welding electrode head 8 is made of chromium zirconium copper; the chromium zirconium copper has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness, wear resistance, explosion resistance, crack resistance and softening temperature, less electrode loss during welding, high welding speed and low total welding cost, and is suitable for being used as an electrode related pipe fitting of a welding machine.
As shown in fig. 18, in some preferred modes, the welding electrode tip 8 is assembled with the welding gun 7 through the first assembling end 231; the welding gun 7 comprises a welding cable 11, a welding gun handle 12 and a mounting nut 13, wherein the welding cable 11 and the mounting nut 13 are both arranged on the welding gun handle 12; the welding gun handle 12 is connected with a power supply through a welding cable 11; the welding gun handle 12 is assembled with the welding electrode tip 8 through the mounting nut 13; the welding gun is conventional and will not be described in detail.
The welding gun in the step (5) is a special welding gun of the stud welding machine, and the welding gun is connected with the stud welding machine;
compared with the prior art, the equipment used for welding generally adopts an alternating current welding machine, an energy storage welding machine and a medium frequency welding machine, which all comprise an upper electrode and a lower electrode, wherein the upper electrode is arranged on the outer surface of the workpiece, and the lower electrode is arranged on the inner surface of the workpiece; during welding, a workpiece is fixed at one electrode, and the other electrode is pressed downwards and discharges electricity so as to realize welding; in order to realize the compaction action of the upper electrode and the lower electrode, the alternating current welding machine, the energy storage welding machine and the medium frequency point welding machine also comprise a device for compacting, but the surface of a workpiece can be damaged when the electrodes are compacted, so that indentation is generated on the surface of the workpiece, and the attractiveness of a product can be influenced;
the process of the invention utilizes the stud welding machine, is matched with the welding electrode head and the welding tool which are integrally designed, realizes the function of a common AC spot welding machine, and has quicker welding and more beautiful appearance than the AC spot welding machine; the method realizes the welding of the code sub bracket or the decorating part after the enamel, which cannot be realized by the AC spot welder;
the process of the invention adopts a welding gun with an integrated welding electrode tip for welding, wherein the welding electrode tip is a positive electrode and is connected with a welding machine through the welding gun; during welding, the welding electrode tip is in contact with a welding workpiece and discharges after a certain pressure is applied through a built-in spring of the welding gun, and the welding workpiece can be electrically conducted from any direction by adopting a cathode of a special welding gun of the stud welding machine, so that a welding code is welded on the workpiece, and no electrode tip applies acting force to the inner surface of the workpiece and damages the workpiece in the welding process; the cathode of the process can conduct electricity to the welding workpiece from any direction, and the welding process of the welding code is completed by applying certain pressure to the welding code by the welding gun, so that the welding damage to the outer surface of the workpiece is reduced, and the product manufactured by the process is high in aesthetic degree.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention, and these modifications and improvements should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. A welding process, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) carrying out surface treatment on the workpiece; the surface treatment comprises polishing, grinding, cleaning, sweeping, deburring, degreasing and descaling the surface of a workpiece;
(2) manufacturing an enamel layer on the inner surface of the workpiece, coating the prepared glaze on the surface of the workpiece, and firing to form the enamel layer;
(3) processing the outer surface of the workpiece in the area to be welded; polishing, cleaning and cleaning the surface of the area;
(4) fixing a workpiece on a welding tool, and placing a welding code into a welding code positioning clamp of the welding tool;
(5) welding the welding code on the workpiece through the stud welding machine, the welding gun and the welding electrode head which is integrally designed;
the welding tool in the step (4) comprises a fixing part, a horizontal cylinder, a vertical cylinder and a welding code positioning clamp; the horizontal cylinder, the vertical cylinder and the welding code positioning clamp are all arranged on the fixing part, acting force is applied to the workpiece in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through the horizontal cylinder, the vertical cylinder and the welding code positioning clamp, the workpiece is fixed on the tool, and a welding opening which corresponds to a welding spot and limits the position of the welding code is further arranged on the welding code positioning clamp;
the fixing part comprises a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate and a third fixing plate, one end of the first fixing plate and one end of the second fixing plate are connected with the third fixing plate, the first fixing plate, the second fixing plate and the third fixing plate are perpendicular to each other, and the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are arranged on the same surface of the third fixing plate and are parallel to each other;
reinforcing blocks are also arranged between the first fixing plate and the third fixing plate and between the second fixing plate and the third fixing plate;
the horizontal cylinder is arranged on the second fixing plate; a first through hole for a cylinder arm of the horizontal cylinder to pass through is formed in the second fixing plate;
a limiting part is further arranged on the second fixing plate and comprises a cup body limiting part, a limiting shaft and a limiting shaft fixing ring; the cup body limiting part is columnar and hollow, so that a cup body limiting space is formed, an opening is formed in one end of the cup body limiting part, and the opening is oriented to the first fixing plate; a second through hole is also formed in the second fixing plate, and the limiting shaft fixing ring is arranged in the second through hole; the limiting shaft fixing ring is columnar, the interior of the limiting shaft fixing ring is hollow, so that a limiting shaft passing space is formed, and openings are formed in two ends of the limiting shaft fixing ring; one end of the limiting shaft is connected with the cup body limiting part and penetrates through the cup body limiting part to be assembled with the enamel cup, one end, far away from the cup body limiting part, of the limiting shaft penetrates through the limiting shaft passing space, and the cup body limiting part is arranged between the second fixing plate and the first fixing plate; a cylinder arm of the horizontal cylinder passes through the first through hole and is connected with the cup body limiting part;
the vertical cylinder is arranged on the first fixing plate and is positioned on the surface of the first fixing plate, which is far away from the second fixing plate; a positioning fixture fixing block is also arranged at one end of the cylinder arm of the vertical cylinder, which is far away from the vertical cylinder;
the welding code positioning clamp comprises a welding code positioning clamp body and a welding code positioning clamp connection guide rod, and one end of the welding code positioning clamp body is connected with the positioning clamp fixing block; the other end of the welding code positioning clamp body is connected with one end of a connecting guide rod of the welding code positioning clamp; the other end of the welding code positioning clamp, which is connected with the guide rod, is contacted with the second fixing plate; a welding code positioning fixture connecting guide seat used for limiting a welding code positioning fixture connecting guide rod is further arranged at one end, far away from the third fixing plate, of the second fixing plate; the upper surface of the welding code positioning clamp connecting guide seat is also provided with a connecting opening corresponding to the welding code positioning clamp connecting guide rod;
the welding code positioning clamp body and the welding code positioning clamp are connected with the guide rod in a columnar shape, and two mounting openings, namely a first mounting opening and a second mounting opening, are formed in two ends of the lower surface of the welding code positioning clamp body; the first mounting notch corresponds to the upper surface of the positioning clamp fixing block, the first mounting notch and the positioning clamp fixing block are connected through threads, and the second mounting notch corresponds to the outer surface of the cup body limiting part; a third mounting opening is further formed in one end, corresponding to the second mounting opening, of the upper surface of the welding code positioning clamp body and used for mounting a connecting guide rod of the welding code positioning clamp; the welding jig comprises a welding jig body and is characterized in that at least one welding port is formed in the welding jig body, and the welding port comprises a first welding port and a second welding port which penetrate through the upper surface and the lower surface of the welding jig body; the first welding port is a through hole and directly penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the welding code positioning clamp body; the second welding port comprises a first interface and a second interface, the second interface is arranged in the first interface, and the first interface is a blind hole; the second interface is a through hole arranged in the middle of the first interface;
the welding tool further comprises a base, and the fixing part is arranged on the upper surface of the base; the lower surface of the base is also provided with a pulley.

A welding process according to claim 1, wherein: the welding electrode tip of the welding gun in the step (5) comprises a welding part, a joint part and an assembling part; the welding part and the assembling part are arranged at two ends of the connecting part, the welding part is contacted with the workpiece, and the assembling part is assembled with the welding gun.

the assembling part is in a table shape, and one end of the assembling part is connected with the second connection end;
the end with the smaller diameter of the assembling part is a first assembling end; the end with the larger diameter of the assembling part is a second assembling end, and the included angle between the inclined plane of the assembling part and the second assembling end is less than 60 degrees; the included angle between the inclined plane of the assembling part and the first assembling end is more than 120 degrees;
the welding electrode tip adopts chromium zirconium copper;
the welding electrode head is assembled with the welding gun through the first assembling end.
