1) Feeding damaged waste glass into a treatment box (3) through a feed hopper (4), filling water into the treatment box (3), starting an air pump (10), sucking waste glass dust by the air pump (10) through a dust suction device (9) and feeding the dust into the treatment box (3), and remaining the dust in water in the treatment box (3) through a first filter plate (13);
2) The electronic igniter (22) and the gas storage device (23) are started, gas sprayed out of the spray pipe device (5) is ignited, the driving motor (15) is started to drive the second stirring blade (18) to stir the waste glass particles, and plastic and paper impurities in the waste glass particles are ignited into ash;
3) The water pump (6) is started to pump water in the treatment box (3) to be sprayed out through the spray pipe device (5), the driving motor (15) is started to drive the second stirring blade (18) to stir waste glass particles, and dust in the waste glass particles is cleaned and falls below the second filter plate (14).
