The invention relates to a dry distillation device, which comprises a bottom plate 1, a first support frame 2, a second support frame 3, a dry distillation box main body 4, a steam outlet pipe 5, a vacuum pump 6, an installation mechanism 7, a feeding box 8, a cutting mechanism 9, a feeding mechanism 10, a waste residue outlet 11, a first support block 12, a rotating motor 13, a rotating shaft 14, a first belt pulley 15, a belt 16, a second belt pulley 17, a first rotating rod 18, a cutter 19, a second rotating rod 20, a second support block 21, a servo motor 22, a first support rod 23, a rotating shaft 24, a feeding port 25, a spiral slurry pushing 26, an outer frame 27, a guide rod 28, a limiting block 29, a slideway 30, an installation block 31, a clamping groove 32, a clamping column 33, an installation groove 34, a screw rod 35, a second support rod 36, a moving block 37, a movable cavity 38 and a turntable 39, wherein in order to increase the dry distillation efficiency, the cutting mechanism 9 is arranged, and materials to, the rotation of the rotating shaft 14 is driven by the operation of the rotating motor 13, the rotating shaft 14 drives the rotation of the second belt pulley 17, the second belt pulley 17 drives the rotation of the first belt pulley 15 through the belt 16, so that the first rotating rod 18 and the second rotating rod 20 rotate, and the cutter 19 is driven to rotate, thereby realizing the cutting of the material in the feeding box 8 into small blocks, increasing the contact area with air, and increasing the distillation effect, in order to increase the material conveying speed, the feeding mechanism 10 is arranged, the material in the feeding box 8 is poured into the outer frame 27 from the feeding port 25, the rotation of the rotating shaft 24 is driven by the operation of the servo motor 22, the rotating shaft 24 drives the rotation of the spiral pushing slurry 26, the material to be dry distilled in the outer frame 27 is pushed into the dry distillation box main body 4, the conveying efficiency is increased, the installation mechanism 7 is arranged for the convenience of installation and disassembly of the vacuum pump 6, through putting into installation piece 31 in mounting groove 34, then drive the rotation of lead screw 35 through rotating carousel 39, because of the screw thread opposite direction at lead screw 35 both ends for two sets of movable blocks 37 move to the centre, promote card post 33 and draw-in groove 32 joint, realize that the installation of installation piece 31 and first support frame 2 is fixed, thereby realize that vacuum pump 6's installation is fixed, surely convenient to detach, through slide 30, the guide arm 28 that sets up, make movable block 37 move stably.
