1. A method for testing a flat panel support, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: the human body is kept prone, infrared sensor components are arranged at the ankle part and the shoulder part, and a photosensitive sensor is arranged at the crotch part; the infrared sensor assembly and the photosensitive sensor are electrically connected with a timer;
step two: the human body keeps the standard movement of the flat plate support, the infrared emission angle of the infrared sensor components of the ankle or the shoulder is adjusted, the infrared sensor components of the ankle or the shoulder can be matched, and infrared rays can pass through the photosensitive sensor of the crotch;
step three: starting a timer, and starting to time the duration time of the flat plate support; if the infrared components are not paired or the infrared light does not pass through the light sensitive sensors, the timer pauses until the infrared components can be paired and the infrared light can pass through the light sensitive sensors in the crotch.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the third step, before the timer is started, the human body is returned to the prone position for rest, and then the standard movement of the plate support is maintained again.
3. The inspection method for a flat panel support according to claim 1, wherein in step one, the infrared sensor assembly and the light sensor are at the same height.

The method of claim 1, wherein the infrared sensor assembly and the light sensitive sensor are electrically connected to a warning light, wherein the warning light is configured to send a warning if the infrared assembly is not paired or the infrared light does not pass through the light sensitive sensor.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein a timer is preset to suspend the timer for a threshold value, and the timer is disabled from continuing the timer if the threshold value is exceeded.

An apparatus for implementing the detection method according to claim 1, comprising an infrared sensor assembly (1), a photosensitive sensor assembly (2), a controller (3) and a timer (5), wherein the infrared sensor assembly (1) comprises an emitting end (101) and a receiving end (102), and the photosensitive sensor assembly (2) comprises a photosensitive sensing part (201); the photosensitive induction part (201), the transmitting end (101), the receiving end (102) and the timer (5) are all electrically connected with the controller (3); the photosensitive sensor assembly (2), the transmitting end (101) and the receiving end (102) are connected with a fixed base assembly (5), and the transmitting end (101) is rotatably connected with the fixed base assembly (5); the fixed base component (5) is used for being installed and fixed on a human body.
7. The device according to claim 6, further comprising a warning light (6) electrically connected to the controller (3).
8. The device according to claim 6, wherein the photosensitive sensor assembly (2) further comprises a hollow limiting frame (202), and the photosensitive sensing part (201) is positioned in the limiting frame (202).

The device according to claim 6, wherein the fixed base assembly (5) comprises a suction cup holder (501), a support rod (502) mounted on the suction cup holder (501), and a strap portion (503) connecting the suction cup holder (501); the sucker seat (501) is used for being placed on a human body, and the binding portion is used for fixing the sucker seat (501) on the human body.
10. The device according to claim 9, characterized in that the support bar (502) is a telescopic bar of adjustable length.
