To sum up, during installation, the upper and lower ends of the inner wire cylinder 3 are fixed to the first connecting ring 12 through the mounting members 25 and fixed in position by the mounting bolts 252 and the mounting nuts 253, and then the upper and lower ends of the outer wire cylinder 2 are fixed to the second connecting ring 13 through the mounting members 25 and fixed in position by the mounting bolts 252 and the mounting nuts 253.
