Detailed Description
To make the objects, advantages and features of the present invention more apparent, the mobile propellant decontamination apparatus of the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.
The invention provides a movable propellant decontamination device, which comprises a vehicle chassis and a box body arranged on the vehicle chassis, wherein the box body is a heat-preservation box body, and as shown in figure 1, the box body comprises a top bin 1 and a bottom bin 2.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the top bin 1 includes an equipment bin 11, a decontamination bin 12, a shower bin 13, a dressing bin 14, a liquid storage bin 15 and a personnel channel 16 connecting the decontamination bin 12, the shower bin 13 and the dressing bin 14, which are sequentially distributed from front to back. Personnel's passageway 16 is one-way passage, and according to the clearance flow, the staff steps on the car earlier and gets into and washes the propellant on the protective clothing and disappear in the storehouse 12 that washes and disappears, then gets into shower 13 through personnel's passageway 16 and shower, gets into change clothes storehouse 14 through personnel's passageway 16 at last and changes clothes, directly gets off the car from change clothes storehouse 14 after changing clothes and accomplishing, clears up according to this flow and can avoid taking place secondary pollution.
An ozone generator 111, a tail gas destructor 112, a hot water boiler 113, a water pump and a water purifier 114 are arranged in the equipment chamber 11. Wherein, the water purifier 115 comprises a quartz sand filter layer, an activated carbon adsorption layer and an ultrafiltration membrane component which are arranged in sequence along the water flow direction.
The decontamination cabin 12 is internally provided with a decontamination spray head 121, a decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 122, a unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and dinitrogen tetroxide concentration monitor 123 and an optical alarm. The decontamination spray heads 121 are arranged at three included angles of the wall of the decontamination cabin 12, the three decontamination spray heads 121 are distributed from high to low in height in sequence, and decontamination agents can be sprayed at different angles and different heights; the light alarm is arranged at the outlet of the decontamination cabin 12 and is electrically connected with the unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and dinitrogen tetroxide concentration monitor 123 for monitoring and alarming the concentration of the propellant in the decontamination cabin 12.
A shower nozzle 131 and a shower water waste liquid collecting tank 132 are provided in the shower cabin 13. The shower nozzles 131 are arranged at three included angles of the wall of the shower cabin 13, and the heights of the three shower nozzles 131 are distributed from high to low in sequence, so that water can be sprayed to different angles and different heights.
Auxiliary equipment such as a locker, a wash stand, a sofa, a fan heater and the like is arranged in the changing room 14.
The liquid storage bin 15 is internally provided with a water tank 151, a decontamination agent tank 152, a decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 153, a decontamination agent waste liquid filtering tank 154, a water pump 155, a decontamination agent lifting pump 156, a concentrated water collecting tank 157, a concentrated decontamination agent tank, a shower water waste liquid collecting tank 158 and a shower water waste liquid filtering tank 159. Wherein, the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting box 153 is made of PVC double-sided coating air-tight cloth material, and an ultraviolet lamp 1531 is arranged in the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting box 153.
An excess concentration alarm 161 of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and dinitrogen tetroxide is arranged in the personnel channel 16 and used for monitoring and alarming the concentration of the propellant in the personnel channel 16.
As shown in fig. 3, the decontamination agent tank 152, the decontamination agent lift pump 156, and the decontamination nozzle 121 are connected in sequence, the outlets of the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 122 and the ozone generator 111 are respectively connected to the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 153, the inlets of the decontamination agent waste liquid filtering tank 154 and the tail gas destructor 112 are respectively connected to the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 153, the filtrate of the decontamination agent waste liquid filtering tank 154 is directly discharged or recycled, and the concentrated water outlet thereof is connected to the concentrated water collecting tank 157.
When in use, the decontamination agent in the decontamination agent tank 152 is conveyed to the decontamination nozzle 121 by the decontamination agent lift pump 156 and is sprayed out of the decontamination nozzle 121. When the decontamination agent in the decontamination agent box 152 is insufficient, a valve of the concentrated decontamination agent box can be opened, the concentrated decontamination agent in the concentrated decontamination agent box enters the proportional control valve through the decontamination agent lifting pump 156, meanwhile, the water in the water tank 151 also enters the proportional control valve through the water pump 155, the outlet of the proportional control valve is connected with the decontamination nozzle 121, and the concentrated decontamination agent is mixed and diluted with the water through the proportional control valve and then is sprayed out from the decontamination nozzle 121.
The decontamination agent sprayed from the decontamination nozzle 121 flows to the ground, is collected by the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 122, and further flows into the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 153, the decontamination agent waste liquid is subjected to advanced oxidation by ozone-ultraviolet light-catalyst in the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank 153, the generated tail gas enters the tail gas destructor 112 for treatment and then is discharged, the generated waste liquid enters the decontamination agent waste liquid filtering tank 154 for treatment, the obtained filtrate is directly discharged or recycled, and the obtained concentrated water is collected by the concentrated water collecting tank 157 for hazardous waste treatment.
As shown in fig. 4, a part of the water in the water tank 151 enters the water mixing valve through the water pump 155, the other part of the water enters the hot water boiler 113, the water heated by the hot water boiler 113 enters the water mixing valve, and the outlet of the water mixing valve is connected with the shower nozzle 131; the shower water waste liquid collecting tank 132, the shower water waste liquid collecting tank 158 and the shower water waste liquid filtering tank 159 are connected in sequence, and the filtering liquid of the shower water waste liquid filtering tank 159 is directly discharged or recycled. The water tank 151 is provided with an external water supply interface, which can be directly connected to a municipal water supply system, or can be used as a water source through water in rivers and lakes near the suction pump extraction device, and when the suction pump is used, the suction pump, the water purifier 114 and the water tank 151 are sequentially connected.
In use, the water mixing valve mixes the normal temperature water directly supplied from the water pump 155 with the hot water supplied from the hot water boiler 113, and then supplies the water to the shower head 131 to be sprayed from the shower head 131.
The water sprayed from the shower nozzle 131 flows to the ground, is collected by the shower waste liquid collecting tank 132, flows into the shower waste liquid collecting tank 158, and is filtered by the shower waste liquid filtering tank 159, and the obtained filtrate is directly discharged or recycled.
An oil tank, a fuel generator and power distribution equipment are arranged in the bottom bin 2. The fuel tank provides fuel to the fuel generator, which generates electricity and supplies power through the power distribution equipment. In addition, distribution equipment also can direct access municipal power network to satisfy the power consumption demand of consumer in the device.

the vehicle chassis is characterized by also comprising a box body arranged on the vehicle chassis, wherein the box body comprises a top bin (1) and a bottom bin (2); the top bin (1) comprises an equipment bin (11), a decontamination bin (12), a shower bin (13), a clothes changing bin (14), a liquid storage bin (15) and a personnel channel (16) which is connected with the decontamination bin (12), the shower bin (13) and the clothes changing bin (14) which are sequentially distributed from front to back;
an ozone generator (111) and a tail gas destructor (112) are arranged in the equipment bin (11);
a decontamination spray head (121), a decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank (122), unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and dinitrogen tetroxide concentration monitor (123) are arranged in the decontamination cabin (12);
a water tank (151), a decontamination agent tank (152), a decontamination agent waste liquid collecting box (153), a decontamination agent waste liquid filtering box (154), a concentrated water collecting box (157), a water pump (155) and a decontamination agent lifting pump (156) are arranged in the liquid storage bin (15); an ultraviolet lamp (1531) is arranged in the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting box (153);
the decontamination agent box (152), the decontamination agent lifting pump (156) and the decontamination nozzle (121) are connected in sequence; outlets of the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting tank (122) and the ozone generator (111) are respectively connected with a decontamination agent waste liquid collecting box (153); the inlets of the decontamination agent waste liquid filter box (154) and the tail gas destructor (112) are respectively connected with a decontamination agent waste liquid collecting box (153); the filtrate of the decontamination agent waste liquid filter box (154) is directly discharged or recycled, and a concentrated water outlet of the decontamination agent waste liquid filter box is connected with a concentrated water collecting box (157);
the water tank (151) provides shower water to the shower cabin (13) through a water pump (155).
2. The mobile propellant decontamination device of claim 1, wherein:
a concentrated decontamination agent box is also arranged in the liquid storage bin (15);
the concentrated decontamination agent in the concentrated decontamination agent box enters the proportion regulating valve through a decontamination agent lifting pump (156); the water in the water tank (151) enters the proportional control valve through a water pump (155); the outlet of the proportional control valve is connected with a decontamination spray head (121).
3. The mobile propellant decontamination device of claim 1, wherein:
an optical alarm is arranged at the outlet of the decontamination cabin (12);
and the optical alarm is electrically connected with the unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and dinitrogen tetroxide concentration monitor (123).
4. The mobile propellant decontamination device of claim 3, wherein:
and an excess concentration alarm (161) for unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and dinitrogen tetroxide is arranged in the personnel passage (16).
5. The mobile propellant decontamination device of any one of claims 1-4, wherein:
a hot water boiler (113) is also arranged in the equipment bin (11);
a shower nozzle (131) and a shower water waste liquid collecting tank (132) are arranged in the shower cabin (13);
a shower water waste liquid collecting box (158) and a shower water waste liquid filtering box (159) are also arranged in the liquid storage bin (15);
one part of water in the water tank (151) enters the water mixing valve through the water pump (155), and the other part of water enters the hot water boiler (113); the water heated by the hot water boiler (113) enters a water mixing valve; the outlet of the water mixing valve is connected with a shower nozzle (131);
the shower water waste liquid collecting tank (132), the shower water waste liquid collecting tank (158) and the shower water waste liquid filtering tank (159) are connected in sequence; the filtrate of the shower water waste liquid filter tank (159) is directly discharged or recycled.
6. The mobile propellant decontamination device of claim 5, wherein:
a water suction pump and a water purifier (114) are also arranged in the equipment bin (11);
the water suction pump, the water purifier (114) and the water tank (151) are connected in sequence.
7. The mobile propellant decontamination device of claim 6, wherein:
the water purifier (114) comprises a quartz sand filter layer, an activated carbon adsorption layer and an ultrafiltration membrane component which are sequentially arranged along the water flow direction.
8. The mobile propellant decontamination device of claim 7, wherein:
the decontamination agent waste liquid collecting box (153) is made of PVC double-sided coating air-tight cloth.
9. The mobile propellant decontamination device of any one of claims 1-4, wherein:
an oil tank, a fuel generator and power distribution equipment are arranged in the bottom bin (2);
the fuel tank provides fuel for the fuel generator;
the fuel generator generates electricity and supplies power through power distribution equipment.
10. The mobile propellant decontamination device of claim 9, wherein:
the box body is a heat preservation box body.
