Background
Thyroid nodules are a frequently occurring and common disease of the endocrine system. Thyroid nodules refer to scattered lesions caused by local abnormal growth of thyroid cells, and are very common in clinic. The detection rate of general population through palpation is 3% -7%, and the detection rate by means of high-resolution ultrasound can be up to 20% -76%. Most thyroid nodule patients have no clinical symptoms, and only when the thyroid nodule patients have combined thyroid gland dysfunction, the corresponding clinical manifestations can appear, so that the thyroid nodule patients are often overlooked by people. Meanwhile, most benign thyroid nodules are considered by western medicine to be only subjected to regular follow-up visit, and special treatment is generally not needed. However, with the gradual appearance of the concurrent symptoms of the nodules, such as generation of local compression symptoms obviously related to the nodules, combined hyperthyroidism, progressive growth and malignant transformation tendency of the nodules and the like, when the life and health of the patient are seriously affected, special treatments such as operation, radioactive iodine, radiofrequency ablation and the like can be adopted, and the treatment means have certain adverse effects on the physical and mental health of the patient.
Thyroid nodules belong to the category of 'goiter' in traditional Chinese medicine, goiter is one of the most common diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, and all the traditional Chinese medicine documents in the past are recorded. The theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of gall is based on Qin and Han, is formed in Wei jin and is full of Song Yuan and is improved in Ming Qing, and in the Ming Qing period, the traditional Chinese medicine has formed an omnibearing syndrome differentiation treatment idea of gall by taking syndrome differentiation of yin and yang, meridians and lung as a core, and systematically provides a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of gall diseases of gall, namely, the disease of gall, namely, the stagnation of qi and blood of the meridians of foot yangming and the meridians of conception vessels, the stagnation of qi and blood of the meridians of foot yangming, the tuberculosis of liver and gallbladder meridians, the fructus Gardeniae and the bile grass which are eight treasures, the nourishing of qi and blood and clearing liver fire and the like, and the diagnosis and treatment of gall diseases, namely, the thyroid nodules in the traditional Chinese medicine.
Foot soaking belongs to a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method, a proper formula is selected according to the traditional Chinese medicine theory, steam generated by medicine leachate acts on the skin of the foot of a human body, the qi is regulated, the channels are dredged, the liver is soothed, the blood is nourished, the symptoms caused by stagnation of qi and blood are relieved, the traditional Chinese medicine stagnation-removing foot bath bag can be used for preventing thyroid nodules and preventing clinical mild thyroid nodules, and meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine stagnation-removing foot bath bag is convenient to use, small in toxic and side effects, safe.

First, effect application analysis
The traditional Chinese medicine foot bath bag obtained in the embodiments 1 to 4 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 is clinically applied as an auxiliary treatment means for preventing thyroid nodules and treating benign nodules, and after the bag is continuously used for three months, the application effects are compared and are arranged as shown in the following table 1:
remarking: the acceptability was divided into very high (+++), high (++), general (+).
As can be seen from the results in table 1, compared with the traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing foot bath bags provided in comparative examples 1 to 3, the traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing foot bath bags provided in embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention have better treatment effects on prevention of thyroid nodules and adjuvant treatment of benign nodules, and further illustrate that each of the medicinal materials in the foot bath traditional Chinese medicine components of the embodiments of the present invention cooperate with each other to act together, but are absent, and perform prevention of thyroid nodules and adjuvant treatment of benign nodules.
When the traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing foot bath bag prepared in the above examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 is used, the following matters need to be paid attention:
(1) no foot bath was required before and 30 minutes after meals on an empty stomach.
(2) It is recommended that adult foot bath time is not more than 50 minutes.
(3) Is not used during menstrual period and pregnant women.
(4) Patients with severe hypertension and heart disease do not need to have too high water temperature, skin damage, allergy, drinking after drinking and do not need to use for pregnant women.
(5) The water temperature is not too high, generally about 40 ℃, and the temperature which can be born by the user is selected.
Second, clinical application case:
the effects of the present invention will be further described below by taking example 1 as an example and using a clinical application case.
1. Application object
Patients diagnosed as thyroid nodules by admission to department of medicine of Xuzhou medical university, 5 months 2020-2020 and 11 months 2020 are selected as application targets, and the participating targets are thyroid benign nodule patients. Patients who had suffered severe hypertension, heart disease, pregnancy and other conditions that clinicians considered inappropriate for long-term foot bath were excluded. The application subjects were 45 persons, 30 women and 15 men, were selected.
2. Application method
Patients participating in the application of the traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing foot bath bag are randomly grouped, observation groups except conventional traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment are subjected to foot bath for 1 time every two days, the traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing foot bath bag disclosed by the embodiment 1 of the invention is added to perform foot bath before sleep at night every time, and women stop using the traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing foot bath bag during menstrual period so as to avoid adverse reactions. The control group is conventional diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine department and is followed up regularly.
3. Evaluation of Effect
And after three months, the patient is in a hospital outpatient clinic for reexamination, medical history acquisition, physical examination and neck ultrasonic reexamination are carried out, and whether the growth condition of the nodules and the clinical symptoms are improved or not is evaluated. The application effect of the composition is evaluated and divided into:
(1) the effect is obvious, clinical symptoms are relieved, and the size of thyroid nodules is reduced compared with the size of thyroid nodules by ultrasonic examination;
(2) effective, clinical symptoms are relieved or the size of thyroid nodules is reduced compared with the former ones as confirmed by ultrasonic examination;
(3) ineffective, clinical symptoms still present and little change in thyroid size as evidenced by ultrasonography from the previous;
(4) progression, worsening of clinical symptoms and greater anterior enlargement of thyroid nodules as evidenced by ultrasonography.
4. Results of the experiment
The treatment effect of the patients in the control group and the observation group after three months is shown in the following table 1.
TABLE 1 comparison of the treatment efficacy of two groups of patients
Remarking: total effective is effective + significant effect.
The results in table 1 show that the total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate is as high as 91.3%, and the statistical significance is achieved (P is less than 0.05), so that the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath bag for treating the thyroid benign nodules has a good effect on the adjuvant therapy of the thyroid benign nodules.
