Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a cold therapy pain relieving device for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis.
Background
Oral Mucositis (ROM) is the most common complication of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, divided into four degrees: degree I, mild pain, congestion of the oral mucosa, erythema; moderate pain at degree II, ability to eat fluid, mucositis flakiness, inflammatory secretions, edema or ulcers; degree III, severe pain, dysphagia, fibromyalgia, edema, ulcers; IV, severe pain, inability to eat, ulceration of the mucosa, bleeding, necrosis. The literature indicates that ROM incidence is greater than 90%, grade III and IV incidence is 39%, oral mucositis causes oral pain in patients, radiotherapy compliance is reduced, and eating is difficult, often requiring nasal feeding. There are studies showing that: the cryotherapy can obviously reduce the incidence rate of oral mucositis of chemotherapy patients, relieve the severity of the oral mucositis, relieve pain and reduce the use of analgesics. However, in clinic, the temperature of oral mucositis is reduced by adopting an ice block method, workers cannot easily master the cooling temperature, and patients cannot tolerate the temperature, so that the cold therapy slow-release device capable of effectively refrigerating and measuring the temperature is manufactured to solve the problems.
The technical problems reflected above are therefore a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cold therapy pain relieving device for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis, which aims to solve the problem of oral mucositis and reduce the incidence rate of the oral mucositis of chemotherapy patients.
In order to realize the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted: a cold therapy pain relieving device for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis comprises an insertion head and an introduction tube;
the implantation head comprises a tip part, an expansion part and a closing-in part, a cavity is arranged in the expansion part, one end of the expansion part is connected with the tip part through threads, the other end of the expansion part is connected and communicated with the closing-in part, the other end of the closing-in part is fixed with the outer side of the introduction tube, and one end of the introduction tube penetrates through the closing-in part to be connected and communicated with the tip part;
and a refrigerant is arranged in the expansion part and surrounds the outer side of the lead-in pipe.
As an improvement, one end of the leading-in pipe, which is connected with the embedding head, is provided with a temperature measuring pipe, and one end of the temperature measuring pipe, which is far away from the embedding head, is provided with a temperature measuring instrument.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the incidence rate of the oral mucositis of patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be reduced, the severity of the oral mucositis can be reduced, and pain can be relieved; the self-wearing type chemotherapy pillow is simple, convenient and comfortable to wear, and good in chemotherapy compliance.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a front view of a cold therapy pain relief device for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis according to the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a left side view of a cold therapy pain reliever for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a cold therapy pain relieving device for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis of the invention.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view A-A of the pain reliever for cold therapy used for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis of the present invention.
As shown in the figure: 1. the device comprises an insertion head 2, an introduction tube 3, a tip part 4, an expansion part 5, a closing part 6, a refrigerating object 7, a temperature measuring tube 8 and a temperature measuring instrument.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", "vertical", "circumferential", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are only for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
With reference to the attached figures 1-4, a cold therapy pain relieving device for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of oral mucositis comprises an insertion head 1 and an introduction tube 2;
the implantation head 1 comprises a tip part 3, an expansion part 4 and a closing part 5, wherein a cavity is arranged in the expansion part 4, one end of the expansion part 4 is connected with the tip part 3 through a thread, the other end of the expansion part 4 is connected and communicated with the closing part 5, the other end of the closing part 5 is fixed with the outer side of the introducing pipe 2, and one end of the introducing pipe 2 passes through the closing part 5 to be connected and communicated with the tip part 3;
a refrigerant 6 is arranged in the expansion part 4, and the refrigerant 6 surrounds the outer side of the introducing pipe 2.
One end of the leading-in pipe 2, which is connected with the embedding head 1, is provided with a temperature measuring pipe 7, and one end of the temperature measuring pipe 7, which is far away from the embedding head 1, is provided with a temperature measuring instrument 8.
In the specific implementation of the invention, the insertion head 1 is placed in the oral cavity of a patient, and then water is slowly injected from one end of the introducing pipe 2. The water flow flows from the tip end portion 3 into the oral cavity through the introduction tube 2, and the coolant surrounding the introduction tube 2 lowers the temperature of the water flow while passing through the expansion portion 4. Meanwhile, the water flow passes through the temperature measuring pipe 7 and the temperature measuring instrument 8, and the water flow temperature can be monitored in real time. The temperature of the oral cavity can be effectively reduced, and the cooling temperature can be controlled by controlling the water speed, so that the pain of a patient can be relieved. When the cooling object is replaced, the cooling object can be replaced only by rotating and opening the tip part 3.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above, and the description is not intended to be limiting, and the drawings are only one embodiment of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. In summary, those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiments as a basis for designing or modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
