Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and relates to an arthroscopic anterior angle suture gun for meniscus.
Background
Due to the limitation of the access of the knee arthroscopic surgery, the access of the knee arthroscopic surgery is the front access, namely, the instruments are inserted into the human body from the front of the human body. As shown in fig. 1, the duckbill clip of the suturing gun in the prior art is positively occluded, since the instrument needs to be inserted into the human body from the front of the human body (front approach) and since the section of the meniscus is in a wedge structure (middle thin, outer edge thick), the suturing gun in the prior art is inserted from the front approach, then, the lower splint is inserted into the lower part of the meniscus, the upper splint is located above the meniscus, so that only the back corner of the meniscus (body part close to the back corner) can be clamped, and the front corner of the meniscus cannot be clamped. The concrete process is as shown in (a) and (b) in fig. 2, through anticlockwise pressing the handle, the connecting rod hinged with the handle moves towards the direction close to the rear gun handle under the driving of the handle, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the upper clamping plate through a pin, and the upper clamping plate rotates anticlockwise around a crescent shape, so that the closing function is realized. On the contrary, the upper splint rotates clockwise around the crescent according to the direction shown in figure 2, so as to realize the opening function.
At present, aiming at the suture of the anterior horn of the meniscus, an external and internal suture method is mainly used, the method has complex operation steps, and after the suture is sutured, a suture knot is positioned on a knee joint capsule, so that the placement position of the suture is difficult.
The invention provides a full meniscal anterior horn suture technology, which has the advantages of small wound, simple operation, easy suture placement, quick postoperative recovery and the like, and a suture knot is positioned in a joint cavity after suture.

That is, the portion of the barrel assembly 12 within the transverse passage is fixedly attached to the forward pistol grip 1.
As shown in fig. 8, the connection mode between the handle 14 and the tail of the connecting rod 13 is as follows: the handle 14 is connected to the inverted U-shaped notch x13.1 of the connecting rod 13 by means of a pin VI25 through a hole C14.2, wherein the inverted U-shaped notch x13.1 of the connecting rod is inserted into the U-shaped notch z14.3 of the handle 14.
The handle 14 and the fore pistol grip 1 are connected in the following manner; the strip-shaped section of the handle 14 penetrates into the longitudinal channel; the portion of the strip-shaped section located inside the longitudinal channel, furthest from the ring-shaped section, is connected to the front pistol grip 1 by means of the pin IV 18.
The action process of the arthroscopic anterior meniscus suture gun comprises the following steps:
during operation of meniscus suture under arthroscope, the needle core 3 is arranged in the device, passes through the stepped groove on the gun rod assembly 12, passes through the big head of the stepped groove, and pulls the suture towards the direction of the small head of the stepped groove after passing through the suture, so that the suture is loaded on the device. As shown in fig. 9, when looking under the arthroscope, the head of the gun rod assembly 12 is moved to the position to be sutured, the handle is pulled anticlockwise, the driving link rod moves towards the head along the length direction, the free end of the upper clamp plate 19 faces the tail direction of the link rod due to the movable connection of the lower clamp plate 20 and the upper clamp plate 19 through the crescent boss 19.2 and the crescent groove, the upper clamp plate 19 moves downwards, and the head of the gun rod assembly 12 is engaged with the torn meniscus. The front and the back gun handles 2 are tightly held, and the pin I15 drives the needle core 3 to move forwards until the needle core 3 carries the suture to pass through the meniscus to be sutured. The suture is observed under the arthroscope to be clamped in the puncture needle through hole E22 on the gun rod assembly 12, and then the meniscal suture is completed. The elastic force of the compressed gun handle spring 8 is utilized to slowly release the front and rear gun handles 2, and the puncture needle channel 21 of the needle core 3 on the gun rod assembly 12 is retracted to the initial position of the device. By repeating the above operations, the damaged meniscus can be sutured.
