Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical tool, in particular to a ankylosing spondylitis activity measuring bracket.
Background
Ankylosing spondylitis (Ankylosing Spondylitis, abbreviated AS) is an autoimmune disease which is a disease of young men well developed in the age of 15 to 40 years, is one of seronegative spinal arthropathy, and belongs to the category of rheumatism. AS mainly invades the medial axis joints (spine, hip joints, shoulder) and may involve the peripheral joints (knee joints, ankle joints, etc.). The primary disease is at the bone attachment of tendons and joint capsules, the disease is hidden and slowly developed, mainly manifests as chronic pannus-like destructive inflammation, gradually spreads upwards from the sacroiliac joint to other sections of the spine, and finally causes bone rigidity and deformity. The ankylosis is called because the disease progresses to a late stage to fuse the joints together, lose mobility, and the spine is just like a bone, unable to bend, and unable to move freely.
The Schober test is a physical examination of the spine to determine spinal activity, and is specifically performed by: the patient stands upright, the two ilium posterior upper spines are connected, the midpoint A of the line is determined, the point A is taken as the starting point, the position 5cm downwards is marked as the point B, the position 10cm upwards is marked as the point C, and the determination is correct. The patient is prescribed to straighten the knees and bend the waist to the greatest extent, the distance between the points B and C is measured under the body position, the distance between the points B, C and C is less than 5cm, the activity degree of the spine is reduced, and the reduction of the activity degree of the lumbar vertebra indicates that certain diseases or degeneration of the spine can exist. When the test is carried out, a marker pen is generally adopted to find and mark the posterior upper spine of the two iliac bones on the back of a patient, then a midpoint A is found and marked by connecting lines, and similarly, the point B and the point C are found and marked according to the upper and lower 10cm and the upper and lower 5 cm. In addition, the distance between points B and C requires manual measurement to obtain a result, which has problems of inconvenient operation, inaccurate measurement, and the like.
