[ detailed description ] embodiments
Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, a floor washing machine can only enable cold water in a clean water tank to reach a floor brush through a pipeline and the cleaning capability of stubborn stains is poor, the embodiment of the application provides cleaning equipment and a control method thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus of the present invention includes: the cleaning device comprises a machine body 1, a cleaning mechanism 2 and a water outlet pipeline 3. Wherein the content of the first and second substances,
a clear water tank is arranged in the machine body 1. The water outlet pipeline 3 comprises a water inlet end and a water outlet end. Wherein, the water inlet end is communicated with the clear water tank, and the water outlet end is connected to the cleaning mechanism 2.
The water outlet pipeline 3 is used for transmitting clean water in the clean water tank to the cleaning mechanism 2, and the surface to be cleaned is cleaned through the cleaning mechanism 2.
The cleaning device of the embodiment may be, for example, a floor washing machine, the cleaning mechanism 2 includes a floor brush 21, the cleaning mechanism 2 is further provided with a water pump 9 and a floor brush motor 8, the water pump 9 outputs clean water in the water outlet pipeline 3 to the floor brush 21, and the clean water is used for washing the floor through the floor brush 21.
The cleaning device is difficult to clean when stubborn stains exist on the ground. To solve the technical problem, further, the cleaning apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes: a heat generating element.
The heating element refers to an element that generates heat when operating.
In this embodiment, the heating element provides heat energy to the water outlet pipeline 3 to adjust the temperature of the water flowing from the water outlet pipeline 3 to the cleaning mechanism 2.
Thereby leading the clean water with certain temperature to reach the cleaning mechanism 2 and providing better cleaning effect for stubborn stains.
In one embodiment, the heat generating element may alternatively be a heating element 4, as shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, the heating element 4 refers to an element having a heating function. The heating element 4 may be disposed in the water outlet pipeline 3 to heat the water in the water outlet pipeline 3, or may be in contact with the surface of the water outlet pipeline to heat the water in the water outlet pipeline 3.
The present embodiment provides that the pipe section of the heating element 4 is a metal pipe section 30.
In this embodiment, the resistance wire may be wound on the surface of the metal pipe section 30 of the water outlet pipeline, and the resistance wire is electrified to generate heat, so as to heat the water at the water outlet end of the water outlet pipeline.
The heating element of this embodiment, optionally, for example, may also be an electric heating tube, and the electric heating tube may be disposed in the metal pipe section of the water outlet pipe, and is electrically heated.
The number of heating elements is many, and the heating elements can be selected according to needs in actual operation, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
Optionally, the distance from the heating element to the water outlet end of the water outlet pipeline is less than a preset distance.
Specifically, the heating element 4 of the embodiment of the present application is disposed at a position close to the water outlet end of the water outlet pipeline, so that only water close to the water outlet end is heated, the working strength of the heating element 4 is reduced, energy is saved, and meanwhile, the service life of the heating element 4 is prolonged.
In the above embodiment, the water temperature in the water outlet pipeline cannot be automatically adjusted according to the real-time outlet water temperature.
To solve the technical problem, optionally, a control assembly is provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, the control component of the present embodiment is configured to:
s1, determining the current water temperature regulation requirement.
Specifically, the water temperature adjustment requirement of the present embodiment refers to how to adjust the operating state of the heating element according to the desired water temperature.
In one embodiment, the cleaning device is provided with a temperature sensor, and the real-time water temperature after heating in the water outlet pipeline is collected through the temperature sensor.
The control assembly is connected with the temperature sensor, acquires real-time water temperature data in the water outlet pipeline acquired by the temperature sensor, compares the real-time water temperature data with expected water temperature, and determines a water temperature adjusting requirement based on the difference between the real-time water temperature data and the expected water temperature.
The desired water temperature may be preset and stored in the control module, and the control module calls the desired water temperature for comparison after acquiring the real-time water temperature to determine the water temperature adjustment requirement.
In the above embodiment, the cleaning device only adjusts the water temperature to the desired water temperature according to the set temperature, but cannot determine different desired water temperatures in real time according to different degrees of contamination of the surface to be cleaned. In the case of a floor scrubber, the surface to be cleaned is the floor.
To address this technical problem, in one embodiment, a cleaning apparatus includes a contamination detection sensor and a temperature sensor.
Wherein the soiling detection sensor is used to collect soiling data of the surface to be cleaned, which soiling data indicates the degree of soiling of the surface to be cleaned. The dirt sensor may be provided on an inner wall of the dirt intake port of the cleaning mechanism 2, and the dirt level of the surface to be cleaned is detected by detecting the degree of dirt sucked by the cleaning device.
The temperature sensor is used for collecting the real-time water temperature after being heated in the water outlet pipeline, and can be arranged at the position of the water outlet pipeline close to the water outlet end.
The control assembly is connected with the dirt detection sensor and the temperature sensor, acquires real-time water temperature data acquired by the temperature sensor, determines a first target temperature corresponding to the dirt data, and then determines a water temperature adjusting requirement based on a difference between the real-time water temperature data and the first target temperature.
Optionally, the first target temperatures corresponding to different soiling data are stored in the control unit in the form of a table, the higher the degree of soiling of the surface to be cleaned, the higher the corresponding first target temperature.
After the control component acquires the dirty data, the first target temperature corresponding to the dirty data can be determined through the lookup table. So that the water temperature adjustment requirement can be determined for the degree of soiling of the surface to be cleaned.
Because the surface to be cleaned is made of different materials, for example, the floor can be a wooden floor, a ceramic tile, plastic, a carpet, etc., and for floors made of different materials, the water temperature required for cleaning is also different. Therefore, in some application scenarios, the outlet water temperature of the cleaning device also needs to be selected according to different floor materials.
To address this technical problem, in one embodiment, a cleaning apparatus includes a material identification sensor and a temperature sensor.
The material identification sensor is used for collecting material data of the surface to be cleaned, can be arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning mechanism 2 of the cleaning device, and detects that the identification port is close to the surface to be cleaned.
The temperature sensor is used for collecting the real-time water temperature after being heated in the water outlet pipeline, and can be arranged at the position of the water outlet pipeline close to the water outlet end.
When determining the water temperature regulation requirement, the control component firstly acquires real-time water temperature data acquired by the temperature sensor and material data acquired by the material identification sensor, determines a second target temperature corresponding to the material data, and then determines the water temperature regulation requirement based on the difference between the real-time water temperature data and the second target temperature.
The material identification sensor can adopt the existing material identification module, and is not repeated herein.
And S2, controlling the heating element to be turned on or off according to the water temperature adjusting requirement so as to adjust the water temperature of the water flow flowing to the cleaning mechanism in the water outlet pipeline.
Specifically, the heating element is controlled to be turned off when the acquired real-time water temperature data of the temperature sensor exceeds the desired water temperature/the first target temperature/the second target temperature. And controlling the heating element to be started when the acquired real-time water temperature data of the temperature sensor is lower than the expected water temperature/the first target temperature/the second target temperature.
When a driving assembly, a power supply assembly and the like of the cleaning equipment generate heat, stress changes of structures of various parts with different expansion coefficients in a machine body and slight changes of gaps can be caused, and the service life of the machine is influenced. When the heat is serious, insulation failure can be caused, and the winding is damaged to cause short circuit.
In response to this technical problem, in another embodiment, the heat generating element may be a functional element, optionally as shown in fig. 2.
Specifically, the functional element of the present embodiment refers to an element having a function other than the heat generating function.
For example, the functional elements in this embodiment may be a drive assembly and a power supply assembly of the cleaning device, the drive assembly comprising a motor 6 and a brush motor 8, the power supply assembly comprising a battery pack 7, as shown in fig. 2.
The surface of the water outlet pipeline 3 is in contact with the surfaces of the driving assembly and the power supply assembly so as to absorb heat generated by the driving assembly and the power supply assembly due to self heating in the working process.
Therefore, on the one hand, the water-cooling of the driving assembly and the power supply assembly can be realized, and the service life of the driving assembly and the service life of the power supply assembly are prolonged. On the other hand, the clean water in the water outlet pipeline can be heated, so that the clean water with a certain temperature reaches the cleaning mechanism, and a better cleaning effect can be provided.
In a further embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a part of the water outlet pipe as a metal pipe 33, such as copper, aluminum, etc., and wraps the metal pipe 33 around the surface of the corresponding functional element to increase the contact area between the water outlet pipe and the functional element, thereby increasing the heat absorbing capacity.
When the required water temperature cannot be achieved only by the heating element or the functional element, the heating element and the functional element can be arranged at the same time optionally.
In this way, the heating element can be switched on for auxiliary heating when the heating capacity of the functional element cannot reach the desired water temperature.
The cleaning equipment provided by the application can not heat water in the water outlet pipeline under a certain condition, or the required water temperature is very low, and the water in the water outlet pipeline can only absorb heat passively because the water outlet pipeline is wound on the surface of the functional element, and the functional element is the driving assembly and the power supply assembly of the cleaning equipment and cannot be directly closed, so that the water temperature cannot be adjusted according to actual requirements.
In view of the above situation, optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the water outlet pipeline of the embodiment of the present application sequentially includes a main pipeline 31 and at least two branch pipelines branching from the main pipeline 31 from a water inlet end to a water outlet end.
Specifically, the at least two branch pipes of the embodiment of the present application include a first branch pipe 311 that recovers the thermal energy emitted from the functional element, and a second branch pipe 312 that does not have a function of recovering the thermal energy.
The first branch pipe 311 is in contact with the surface of the functional component, for example, a metal pipe section 33 is arranged to be wound around the surface of the functional component, and the heat energy generated by the heat generating component is recovered. The second branch pipes 312 are not in surface contact with the functional elements and do not have a function of recovering heat energy.
In this embodiment, the main pipe 31 is communicated with the first branch pipe 311 or the second branch pipe 312 through the valve body 5.
The valve body 5 may be a three-way valve, the inlet end of which is in communication with the main conduit 31, the first outlet end of which is in communication with the first branch conduit 311, and the second outlet end of which is in communication with the second branch conduit 312.
Further, the present embodiment may be configured with a control assembly connected to the three-way valve, the control assembly being configured to first determine the current water temperature adjustment requirement. Please refer to the above embodiments, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
And the control component controls the on-off state of a three-way valve according to the determined current water temperature adjusting requirement, so that the main pipeline is communicated with the first branch pipeline or the second branch pipeline, and the water temperature of the water flow in the water outlet pipeline flowing to the cleaning mechanism is adjusted.
Specifically, the control component controls the three-way valve to operate, so that the inlet end of the three-way valve is communicated with the first outlet end, the main pipeline 31 is communicated with the first branch pipeline 311, and the first branch pipeline 311 absorbs heat generated by heating of the corresponding functional element to adjust the temperature of water in the water outlet pipeline 3.
Or the control component controls the inlet end of the three-way valve to be communicated with the second outlet end according to the determined current water temperature adjusting requirement, so that the main pipeline 31 is communicated with the second branch pipeline 312, and the water flowing into the main pipeline 31 from the clean water tank is directly transmitted downwards without being heated.
