一种物体表面清洁超声集成结构,包括吸尘筒(1),该吸尘筒(1)具有侧向进入吸尘筒(1)内部的进风口(11)及侧向离开吸尘筒(1)的出风口(12),其特征在于所述吸尘筒(1)的底部开口形成吸尘端口,所述进风口(11)切向进入吸尘筒(1)并位于吸尘筒(1)的下端,所述出风口(12)切向离开吸尘筒(1)并位于吸尘筒(1)的上端,所述吸尘筒(1)的内部上设有超声波发生器或振动发生器。超声波发生器或振动发生器可以增强中心区域的流场能量,达到了减少流场清洁盲区与增强清洁效果的作用。

物体表面清洁超声集成结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种物体表面进行清洁的装置,属于清洁、吸尘技术领域,本发明还涉及一种集尘装置。
背景技术
现有的清洁表面技术利用真空负压在清洁口形成气流,利用空气为介质或利用地面平行方向的滚刷对地面颗粒物进行扬起后将物体表面的颗粒物或灰尘推动至集尘杯,或加水后,利用沾水的滚刷将地面进行物理接触式的清洁后吸至集污杯,或利用气体旋转带动水进行混合清洁的结构只可以清洁固定位置。
存在如下不足:首先,利用单一的真空负压吸取清洁的方案只能适用于一般的固体类灰尘,不能吸取水溶性、油性或其他类型的污渍;其次,利用水加地面平行方向的滚刷清洁的方案只能对水清洁能力进行少数一到两次利用后就被负压吸走,而且水和空气未进行充分接触,在滚刷后面的吸风口下方会有较多水分残留,不利于用户日常清洁;最后,现有的结构设计利于进行定点定位式的吸尘,不便于清洁。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种对中间流场进行加成以提供清洁效果的物体表面清洁超声集成结构。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种提高物理清洁效果的物体表面清洁超声集成结构。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种物体表面清洁超声集成结构,包括吸尘筒,该吸尘筒具有侧向进入吸尘筒内部的进风口及侧向离开吸尘筒的出风口,其特征在于所述吸尘筒的底部开口形成吸尘端口,所述进风口切向进入吸尘筒并位于吸尘筒的下端,所述出风口切向离开吸尘筒并位于吸尘筒的上端,所述吸尘筒的内部上设有超声波发生器或振动发生器。
进一步,所述的超声波发生器或振动发生器设于吸尘筒的中轴方向上,所述进风口在进气状态下,所述吸尘筒内沿着内壁形成环形流场,所述超声波发生器或振动发生器的发射端位于该环形流场中部。
超声波发生器或振动发生器优选如下设置:所述吸尘筒顶部具有端口朝上的内置腔,所述的超声波发生器或振动发生器设置于该内置腔内并发射端朝下。
所述进风口上连接有进风流道,该进风流道口径自外向内逐步缩小,可以提高流速,利于清洁。
所述吸尘端口上密封地设有与待清洁物体表面接触的柔性材料。可在保证一定密封性同时实现对不规则地面更强的适应。进一步,所述柔性材料为软胶或彼此密封连接的绒毛。
所述进风口的进风方向和出风口的出风方向流向保持一致。可以保证整体流场为在柱体内部螺旋上升。
所述的进风口的底部紧贴待清洁物体表面。进风口与物体表面贴合,清洁集成组件可以沿着进风口方向进行移动清洁,进口主动接近的污物将其进行清洁,利于气流作用于待清洁表面。
所述进风流道上设有供清洁液进入吸尘筒内腔的送入端口。清洁液与空气混合能更加有效地清理油脂类污物。
所述吸尘筒的内部轴向上转动地设有能清扫物体表面的刷子或扇叶。
作为优选,所述吸尘筒内设有能驱动刷子或扇叶转动的驱动源,所述的刷子弹性地设于驱动源的动力输出端上并传动连接。
作为优选,所述吸尘筒底部具有端口朝上的凹槽,该凹槽内设有驱动源,该驱动源的输出轴向下伸入吸尘筒内,所述的刷子设于该输出轴的端部。
进一步,所述的刷子设于支架下端,该支架的上端通过滑块设于输出轴上并相对输出轴能上下移动,所述输出轴外周套设有能驱使支架远离电机的弹簧。可以保证刷子更好的贴紧物体表面,提高清洁效果。
支架与输出轴滑动设置优选如下结构:所述支架的上端具有连接板,该连接板上开设有连接孔,所述的输出轴向下贯穿设置于连接板的连接孔上并端部用滑块定固。
所述支架的下端设有扇叶,而扇叶的底部设有刷毛组成的刷子。
所述的输出轴上设有超声波发生器或振动发生器。振动发生器随着输出轴的转动而发生振动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:中心区域容易形成清洁薄弱区,空气比重大的流体很容易流动到这边导致形成清洁盲区,污物容易在此区域残留,超声波发生器或振动发生器可以增强这部分的流场的能量,达到了减少流场清洁盲区与增强清洁效果的作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1,如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例中的物体表面清洁超声集成结构包括吸尘筒1和超声波发生器8。
吸尘筒1具有侧向进入吸尘筒1内部的进风口11及侧向离开吸尘筒1的出风口12,其特征在于吸尘筒1的底部开口形成吸尘端口,进风口11切向进入吸尘筒1并位于吸尘筒1的下端,出风口12切向离开吸尘筒1并位于吸尘筒1的上端。
超声波发生器8设于吸尘筒的中轴方向上,进风口在进气状态下,吸尘筒内沿着内壁形成环形流场,超声波发生器8的发射端位于该环形流场中部。具体地,吸尘筒1顶部具有端口朝上的内置腔1a,超声波发生器8设置于该内置腔1a内并发射端朝下。
进风口11上连接有进风流道2,该进风流道2口径自外向内逐步缩小,进风流道2上设有供清洁液进入吸尘筒1内腔的送入端口3,送入端口3外端连接有送入管31。进风口11的进风方向和出风口12的出风方向流向保持一致。进风口11的底部紧贴待清洁物体表面。
吸尘端口上密封地设有与待清洁物体表面接触的柔性材料6。本实施例中的柔性材料6为软胶,当然也可以采用彼此密封连接的绒毛。
在需要清洁的物体表面附近开有多个柱面切向进风口,进风口为敞口,进风口为渐变结构,由大逐渐变小,可使气体流场进行加速,进风口进的流体与表面有直接接触,出风口为进风口上部柱面切向,进风口与出风口为同一顺时针或逆时针方向,已保证整体流厂为在柱体内部螺旋上升。喷出清洗液在螺旋的气场中空气与清洁流体充分混合,并产生高速表面切向的流体,对物体进行清洁后,迅速上升至出风口。
中间流场薄弱区域,当有空气与其他液体流体再结构腔内的时候,超声波发生器工作,可以增强整体流场的能量与清洁能力。达到了减少流场清洁盲区与增强清洁效果的作用。
实施例2,如图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例中的吸尘筒1底部具有端口朝上的凹槽,该凹槽内设有驱动源4,该驱动源4的输出轴41向下伸入吸尘筒1内,输出轴上设有振动发生器81。本实施例中的驱动源4采用电机。
支架7的上端通过滑块73设于输出轴41上并相对输出轴41能上下移动,输出轴41外周套设有能驱使支架7远离电机的弹簧71。支架7的上端具有连接板75,该连接板75上开设有连接孔,输出轴41向下贯穿设置于连接板75的连接孔上并端部通过紧固螺钉74用滑块73定固。支架7的下端设有扇叶9,扇叶9的底部设有刷毛组成的刷子。吸尘筒的具体结构参考实施例1。
电机与毛刷是柔性连接,同时毛刷处设有振动发生器,当吸尘筒内部有空气与清洁液混合流体充满腔体,振动发生器、毛刷和扇叶均能将中间流场最薄弱区占据,将中间流体甩至边沿,减少薄弱区,增强整体流场。

Claims (10)

1.一种物体表面清洁超声集成结构,包括吸尘筒(1),该吸尘筒(1)具有侧向进入吸尘筒(1)内部的进风口(11)及侧向离开吸尘筒(1)的出风口(12),其特征在于所述吸尘筒(1)的底部开口形成吸尘端口,所述进风口(11)切向进入吸尘筒(1)并位于吸尘筒(1)的下端,所述出风口(12)切向离开吸尘筒(1)并位于吸尘筒(1)的上端,所述吸尘筒(1)的内部上设有超声波发生器(8)或振动发生器(81);
所述的超声波发生器(8)或振动发生器(81)设于吸尘筒的中轴方向上,所述进风口在进气状态下,所述吸尘筒内沿着内壁形成环形流场,所述超声波发生器(8)或振动发生器(81)的发射端位于该环形流场中部;
所述进风口(11)上连接有进风流道(2),该进风流道(2)口径自外向内逐步缩小;
所述进风口(11)的进风方向和出风口(12)的出风方向流向保持一致;
所述吸尘筒(1)内设有能驱动刷子或扇叶转动的驱动源(4),所述的刷子弹性地设于驱动源(4)的动力输出端上并传动连接;
所述吸尘筒(1)底部具有端口朝上的凹槽,该凹槽内设有驱动源(4),该驱动源(4)的输出轴(41)向下伸入吸尘筒(1)内,所述的刷子设于该输出轴(41)的端部;
所述的刷子设于支架(7)下端,该支架(7)的上端通过滑块(73)设于输出轴(41)上并相对输出轴(41)能上下移动,所述输出轴(41)外周套设有能驱使支架(7)远离电机的弹簧(71)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述吸尘筒顶部具有端口朝上的内置腔,所述的超声波发生器(8)或振动发生器(81)设置于该内置腔内并发射端朝下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述吸尘端口上密封地设有与待清洁物体表面接触的柔性材料(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述柔性材料(6)为软胶或彼此密封连接的绒毛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述的进风口(11)的底部紧贴待清洁物体表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述进风流道(2)上设有供清洁液进入吸尘筒(1)内腔的送入端口(3)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述吸尘筒(1)的内部轴向上转动地设有能清扫物体表面的刷子(5)或扇叶(9)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述支架(7)的上端具有连接板(75),该连接板(75)上开设有连接孔,所述的输出轴(41)向下贯穿设置于连接板(75)的连接孔上并端部用滑块(73)定固。
9.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述支架(7)的下端设有扇叶(9),而扇叶(9)的底部设有刷毛组成的刷子。
10.根据权利要求1所述的物体表面清洁超声集成结构,其特征在于所述的输出轴上设有超声波发生器(8)或振动发生器(81)。
