Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly non-stick pan and a preparation process thereof. In order to increase the practicability and non-stick function of the product and avoid potential harm of a chemical coating to a human body, the inner pot body layer can be a smooth and flat surface and can also be decorated by a bionic non-stick structure so as to achieve the purposes of beauty, practicability and non-stick; the bionic non-stick structure is realized by carving the structure by a physical or chemical method to reduce the contact surface between food and the inner surface of the cooker; the inner pot body layer is processed by using flax seed oil, sunflower seed oil monomer or a mixture of the flax seed oil and the sunflower seed oil through soaking, brushing or spraying, and then is dried in a drying furnace at the temperature of 190 plus materials of 250 ℃ for 15-25 minutes, so that the environment-friendly non-stick pot is pure natural, safe and harmless and has certain durability and non-stick property.

Technical Field

Background
In the existing non-stick pan, a polytetrafluoroethylene non-stick coating or a ceramic non-stick coating is mostly coated on the inner surface of a metal pan, most of the non-stick coatings are synthesized by chemical substances, various chemical additives are added in the production and processing processes, the safety of the chemical substances is in question, and for example, the potential carcinogenic hazard of PDFOA (ammonium perfluorooctanoate and salts thereof) to human bodies is widely reported. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-2, the environment-friendly non-stick pan comprises a pan body 1, wherein the pan body 1 is formed by compounding an inner pan body layer 102 and an outer pan body layer 103, and a vegetable oil layer 101 is covered on the upper surface of the inner pan body layer 102.
The inner layer pan body layer 102 is a pan body layer made of any one of ceramic, glass, iron, copper, aluminum, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy and stainless steel.
The outer pot body layer 103 is a single-layer or multi-layer composite layer made of any one or more of aluminum, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper, stainless steel and iron. The outer surface of the outer pot body layer can be sprayed, oxidized, electromagnetically induced to form a composite bottom, a metal spray energy storage bottom, ceramic, enamel spraying processing and applique and carving processing as required.

The bionic non-stick structure is used for assisting the non-stick function of the vegetable oil layer and improving the non-stick performance of the environment-friendly non-stick pan, and certainly, in other embodiments, the bionic non-stick structure is not arranged and is also within the protection scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the bottom composite layer 104 is further disposed at the bottom of the environment-friendly non-stick pan, the bottom composite layer 104 is two, three or five layers, and the bottom composite layer 104 is a metal-injection energy-storage bottom, a brazing composite bottom, a high-energy hot-pressing composite bottom or a structure without electromagnetic induction composite bottom.
The environment-friendly non-stick pan is a soup pan or a pressure cooker or a hot pot or a steamer with diameter of 10cm-42cm and unlimited height and thickness, a milk pan with diameter of 10cm-26cm and unlimited height and thickness, a frying pan with diameter of 10cm-38cm and unlimited height and thickness, a frying pan with diameter of 18cm-42cm and unlimited height and thickness, a pot or a kettle with diameter of 14cm-36cm and unlimited height and thickness, or an inner container of an electric cooker or an electric pressure cooker.
The vegetable oil layer 101 of the environment-friendly non-stick pan is prepared from one or two of linseed oil and sunflower seed oil and is formed on the upper surface of the inner pan layer 102 by soaking, brushing or spraying.
In other embodiments: according to the requirement, a handle or an appendage or a pot cover can be arranged on the environment-friendly non-stick pot.
Example 2
A preparation process of an environment-friendly non-stick pan is used for forming the environment-friendly non-stick pan and comprises the following steps: the inner layer pot body layer 102 of the environment-friendly non-stick pot forms a bionic non-stick structure on the upper surface of the inner layer pot body layer 102 of the environment-friendly non-stick pot through one or a combination of multiple processes of chemical carving, laser carving, embossing, sandblasting, ultrasonic strengthening, polishing, sanding and cleaning; preheating the environment-friendly non-stick pan at 20-100 ℃ or pre-freezing at-10 to-1 ℃, then soaking, brushing or spraying one or two of linseed oil and sunflower seed oil on the inner layer pan body layer 102 of the environment-friendly non-stick pan to coat or cover the vegetable oil body layer 101 on the upper surface of the inner layer pan body layer 102, and finally placing the environment-friendly non-stick pan at 190-250 ℃ for drying for 15-25 min.
The environmental-friendly non-stick pan prepared by the preparation process of the environmental-friendly non-stick pan provided by the invention is shown in the table 1 by referring to the performance test results of national standards, and the environmental-friendly non-stick pan is consistent with the common non-stick pan in the aspects of visual appearance of products, inner surface coating adhesion fastness, inner surface coating non-stick property, inner surface coating acid resistance, inner surface coating alkali resistance, inner surface coating salt spray corrosion resistance and the like, is slightly inferior to the common non-stick pan in the aspect of inner surface coating wear resistance, and is superior to the common non-stick pan in the aspects of inner surface substance main chemical components, acetic acid heavy metal precipitation and migration tests and the like.
