Handle bearing and door or window handle with handle bearing
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a handle bearing for a door or window handle according to the preamble of claim 1, as well as a door or window handle with such a handle bearing and a tool for such a handle bearing.
Background
An example of a universal handle bearing is known from DE 202013100325U 1.
Such a handle bearing basically has: a lower tray which may be fixed to one side of the door leaf or the window sash in a non-rotatable manner; and a cover tray with which the lower tray can be covered after the lower tray is mounted.
The profiled pin is used to operate a door or window lock. The shaped pin extends centrally through the lower cover disk and the cover disk into the door or window handle, wherein the connection between the shaped pin and the door or window handle is via the bearing flange.
Such a handle bearing has proven itself in practice.
The lower housing disc is usually fixed to the door leaf or sash by means of a screw connection.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to further develop a handle bearing and a door or window handle with a handle bearing of the type described in the introduction such that the handle bearing can be fixed to the door leaf or the window sash in a reliable and rotationally fixed manner without a screw connection.
This object is solved by a handle bearing for a door or window handle having the features of claim 1.
The object is further solved by a door or window handle having the features of claim 10.
It is a further object of the invention to provide a tool for such a handle bearing with which the handle bearing can be easily mounted on a door leaf or a window sash.
This object is solved by a tool having the features of claim 12.
The handle bearing according to the invention for a door or window handle having a handle and a handle neck has: a lower housing tray which can be attached in a rotationally fixed manner to one side of a door leaf or sash; and a cover tray covering the lower tray toward the handle.
The handle bearing also has a shaped pin that is rotatable about its longitudinal axis to operate a door or window lock.
The forming pin extends through the lower cap disc and the bearing opening covering the cap disc and through a forming pin seat of the bearing flange surrounding the forming pin.
The bearing flange has a neck portion on its side facing the handle, which neck portion can be inserted into a front opening of the handle neck to fasten the handle.
On the side of the neck portion of the lower housing disc facing away from the bearing flange, there is a clamping element which can be pressed into a cylindrical opening in the door leaf or sash.
The clamping sheath of the lower disk can be inserted into the clamping element and clamped in the opening of the door leaf or sash by rotating the lower disk relative to the clamping element.
With such a handle bearing it is possible to easily fix the handle bearing in the door or sash without having to screw the lower housing disc to the door or sash.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.
According to an advantageous embodiment variant, the clamping sheath of the lower disk has at least two steps in the circumferential direction of the clamping sheath, with which at least two sheath pieces of the clamping element can be radially outwardly expanded.
This makes it easy to secure the lower cover disc together with the clamping element in the groove of the door leaf or sash by rotating the lower cover disc in the clamping element once the clamping element is pressed into the cylindrical opening of the door leaf or door leaf.
According to an advantageous further development, the clamping sheath of the lower disk has three such steps with which the three sheathing members of the clamping element can be spread radially outwards.
This makes it possible to reliably clamp the clamping element in the groove of the door leaf or sash.
According to an advantageous further development, the first end of the sheathing part and the ring of the clamping element surrounding the bearing opening are connected to one another via a connecting web.
This makes it possible in a simple manner to spread the sheathing member of the clamping element outwards into the cylindrical opening of the door leaf or sash.
In order to prevent the second free end of the sheathing member from spreading out in the unassembled state, according to a preferred further development, the second end of the sheathing member and the ring are connected to one another via a flexible band, so that the second end of the sheathing member can be moved radially to the ring.
According to an advantageous embodiment variant, the outer surface of the sheathing element is formed with ribs.
The ribs, which preferably extend in the circumferential direction, serve to additionally axially fix the clamping element in the groove of the door leaf or sash.
According to another embodiment variant, the lower disk can be connected to the cover disk in a rotationally fixed manner.
According to an advantageous further development, a bracket is arranged on the inner edge of the cover ring of the cover disk, which inner edge forms the bearing opening, which bracket can be received in a bracket seat of the inner jacket surface of the lower cover disk, which inner jacket surface receives the collar of the bearing flange.
The bracket ensures that the covering disk is axially fixed to the lower disk.
At the same time, the holder is held in the holder seat of the lower disk to prevent the cover disk from rotating relative to the lower disk.
According to a further advantageous embodiment variant, the end face of the neck portion of the bearing flange has a screw seat by means of which a screw can be screwed into a threaded hole in the end face of the forming pin.
This provides a simple means of securing the moulding pin to the bearing flange.
A door or window handle with a handle bearing, in particular for a target area, according to the invention, comprising a handle with a grip portion and a handle neck and a handle bearing which is fixed in a rotationally fixed manner on one side of a door leaf or a window sash, is characterized by a handle bearing as described above.
An assembly tool according to the invention for a handle bearing as described above has a handle, an insertion body which can be inserted through a bearing opening of a covering cap disc into a bearing opening of a lower cap disc, and a bearing body which connects the handle to the insertion body, wherein the insertion body can be connected to the lower cap disc in a rotationally fixed manner.
According to an advantageous further development, the insertion body is cylindrical with a form-fitting element integrally formed on its outer jacket surface, which form-fitting element engages in a tool seat of the lower disk when inserted into the lower disk.
This provides a simple form fit between the insertion body of the assembly tool and the lower tray, so that the handle of the assembly tool can be easily mounted on or removed from the door or sash by rotational actuation.

Detailed Description
In the following description of the drawings, terms such as top, bottom, left side, right side, front, rear, etc. refer exclusively to exemplary representations and locations of the handle bearing, handle, bearing flange, cover plate, lower plate, clamping member, and the like selected in the respective drawings. These terms should not be construed restrictively, i.e., these references may vary for different working positions or mirror-symmetrical designs, etc.
In fig. 1, reference numeral 2 designates a door or window handle with a grip portion 21 and a handle neck 22, which has an opening 23 on its end face facing away from the grip portion 21 for receiving the neck portions 31, 32 of the bearing flange 3 of the handle bearing. This allows the door or window handle 2 to be easily fitted to the bearing flange 3.
In addition to the bearing flange 3, the handle bearing has a cover plate 4, a lower cover plate 5, a clamping element 6 and a profiled pin 7.
When mounted in a door or window leaf, the profiled pin 7 extends through an opening or hole in the door or window leaf and is used to operate a door or window lock (not shown).
The forming pin 7 is preferably designed as a square. Other shapes of the cross section of such a forming pin 7 are also conceivable, for example in the form of a hexagon, octagon or star.
The profiled pin 7 further extends through the respective bearing openings 66, 52, 46 of the clamping element 6, the lower cover disc 5 and the cover disc 4 to the profiled pin boss 36 of the bearing flange 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bearing flange 3 has a cylindrical collar 33 which, in the assembled state of the handle bearing, is rotatably received in an inner jacket surface 54 of the lower cup 5.
The neck portions 31, 32 extend away from the collar 33. In the embodiment variant shown here, the neck portions 31, 32 have a stepped design in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the forming pin seat 36, so that there is a first neck portion 31 which directly adjoins the collar 33 and has a somewhat larger diameter and a second neck portion 32 which has a smaller diameter than the first neck portion, a screw seat 34 being formed at the end face of the second neck portion, which screw seat, when viewed from the forming pin seat 36, on the one hand forms a stop 37 for the forming pin 7, and into which screw 8 can be screwed from the outside in order to fix the forming pin 7 to the bearing flange 3.
Furthermore, a pin receptacle 35 is provided on one of the outer surfaces of the first neck portion 31, which pin receptacle serves to receive a pin 25 which passes through an opening 24 in the side surface of the handle neck 22, with which pin the door or window handle 2 can be fixed to the bearing flange 3 after it has been fitted onto the bearing flange 3.
In order to mount the lower housing disc 5 in a rotationally fixed, preferably cylindrical, recess on one side of the door leaf or sash, the clamping element 6 is first pressed into the opening of the side of the door leaf or sash.
The clamping element 6 is also substantially cylindrical in cross-section, having a central ring 65, the centre of which forms a bearing opening 66 for the passage of the profiled pin 7 therethrough, and a plurality of jacket members 61, 62, 63 surrounding the ring 65.
The sheathing members 61, 62, 63 each form a sheathing section of the clamping element 6, which is connected to the ring 65 via a respective connecting web 64 and extends radially outward from the ring 65 to the respective sheathing member 61, 62, 63.
The outer jacket surface of the jacket parts 61, 62, 63 is preferably provided with ribs 68 extending parallel to one another in the circumferential direction, which ribs, when pressed into a cylindrical opening in a door leaf or window sash, make it difficult or impossible to pull out the clamping element 6 in the axial direction, i.e. in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profiled pin 7.
The diameter of the cylindrical ring formed by the sheathing element 61, 62, 63 is dimensioned such that it can be pressed into the opening of the door leaf or sash in a simple manner. After being pressed into the opening in the door or window leaf, the free ends of the sheathing members 61, 62, 63 may be pressed radially outwards against the inner sheath surface of the opening in the door or window leaf, so that the clamping element is firmly clamped in the opening in the door or window leaf.
This clamping fixation is achieved by the lower housing disc 5, which, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, has a collar 51 facing the cover housing disc 4, from the inner edge of which a substantially cylindrical jacket with an inner jacket surface 54 extends, which jacket serves for rotatably supporting the collar 33 of the bearing flange 3.
A clamping sheath 53 extends from the rear side of the collar 51 remote from the covering disk 4, which clamping sheath is inserted or pressed into the inner space of the clamping element 6 delimited by the sheath pieces 61, 62, 63 during assembly of the handle bearing.
The clamping sheath 53 is substantially cylindrical, but in the exemplary embodiment is shown with three steps 57, one of a plurality of sheath pieces 61, 62, 63 extending in an axial direction along the outer surface of the clamping sheath 53, i.e. in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the profiled pin 7.
Thus, the radius of the respective section of the clamping collar 53 steadily increases from the inner stepped corner to the outer stepped corner, delimiting the section, thereby making it possible to radially expand the diameter of the clamping element after the lower disk 5 has been inserted into the clamping element 6 by rotation of the lower disk 5, wherein the free end of the sheath piece 61, 62, 63 is pressed against the inner sheath surface of the cylindrical opening in the door leaf or sash.
As further shown in fig. 10, the second ends of the sheathing members 61, 62, 63 and the ring 65 are preferably connected to each other via a flexible band 67, such that the second ends of the sheathing members 61, 62, 63 are radially movable relative to the ring.
The connection of the cover platter 4 to the lower platter 5 is preferably done via a rotationally fixed connection of the lower platter 5 to the cover platter 4.
For this purpose, as shown in fig. 4, 8 and 9, preferably a bracket 45 is arranged, in particular integrally formed, on the inner edge of the cover ring 41 of the cover disk 4 forming the bearing opening 46, which bracket 45 can be received in a bracket seat 56 of the inner jacket surface 54 of the lower disk 5 receiving the collar 33 of the bearing flange 3.
Preferably, two such brackets 45 are provided on corresponding bracket seats 56 in the cover rosette 4 and the lower rosette 5. More than two such brackets 45 or bracket mounts 56 are also contemplated.
Preferably, the brackets 45 are formed such that the free ends 47 of the respective brackets 45 are bent or folded in such a way that the brackets engage behind the collar 51 of the lower tray 5.
The assembly and disassembly of the cover rosette 4 together with the lower rosette 5 on the clamping element 6 is preferably carried out using an assembly tool 9 according to the invention, as shown by way of example in fig. 11.
The assembly tool 9 has a grip portion 91, an insertion body 93 insertable into the bearing opening 52 of the lower cap plate 5 through the bearing opening 46 of the cover cap plate 4, and a bearing body 92 connecting the grip portion 91 to the insertion body 93.
The insert body 93 may be connected to the lower housing disc 5 in a rotationally fixed manner.
The rotationally fixed connection of the insertion body 93 to the lower disk 5 is preferably effected in the following manner: the insert body 93 is cylindrical with form-fitting elements 94 formed on its outer surface, here in the form of part-cylindrical projections, which engage in corresponding tool seats 55, 44 of the lower cover disc 5 and of the cover disc 4 corresponding to the shape of the form-fitting elements when inserted into the lower cover disc 5.
It is also conceivable to omit the tool seat 44 of the cover rosette 4 and to connect the cover rosette 4 to the lower rosette 5 only after the lower rosette 5 has been mounted on the clamping element 6.
