Abstract
The invention provides a loudspeaker identification circuit, a device and equipment, comprising: the identification unit, main control unit, drive unit, speaker, wherein, the identification unit reaches the drive unit with main control electricity is connected, the drive unit still with the speaker electricity is connected. The invention can effectively identify the loudspeaker suppliers of the electronic equipment without manual detection in the assembly of the electronic equipment production line in a factory, and avoids the mixed loading of the electronic equipment of the loudspeakers of different suppliers. The production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the risk of faults caused by mis-assembling of the loudspeaker can be reduced.

Background
Electronic device manufacturers often choose not less than two suppliers for their parts, particularly the major parts, required to produce electronic devices based on factors such as manufacturing cost, sustainability, and the like. However, due to planning, material matching and the like, a plurality of parts of the same model may be supplied by different suppliers to the same electronic device when the electronic device is assembled in a factory.
For example, 2 or more than 2 speakers are usually installed on various electronic devices such as a laptop computer and a tablet computer, and a factory production line usually adopts a manual method to detect whether the speakers of different suppliers are mixed on the electronic devices, so that not only the detection efficiency is low, but also the risk of burning out the speakers and even the electronic devices during testing or use is present if the speakers are mixed.

The invention aims to provide a loudspeaker identification circuit, which is used for effectively identifying loudspeaker suppliers of electronic equipment and avoiding the occurrence of the electronic equipment mixed with loudspeakers of different suppliers.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a speaker identification circuit including: the device comprises an identification unit, a main controller, a driving unit and a loudspeaker, wherein the identification unit and the driving unit are electrically connected with the main controller, and the driving unit is also electrically connected with the loudspeaker;
the identification unit is used for acquiring the supplier ID of the loudspeaker and identifying the supplier ID, and if the identification result meets a preset condition, a feedback signal is sent to the main controller;
the main controller is used for receiving the feedback signal and sending an instruction to the driving unit according to the received feedback signal;
the driving unit is used for receiving the instruction and driving the loudspeaker according to the instruction.
Optionally, the number of the speakers is at least two.
Optionally, the identification unit obtains and identifies the provider ID of the speaker, and sends a feedback signal to the main controller if the identification result indicates that the provider IDs of the speakers are the same.
The application also provides a loudspeaker identification device, wherein the device comprises the loudspeaker identification circuit.
The application also provides electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment comprises the loudspeaker identification device.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the loudspeaker identification circuit provided by the application identifies the loudspeaker supplier of the electronic equipment through the identification unit, if the identified loudspeaker supplier accords with the preset condition, the loudspeaker supplier feeds back to the main controller, the main controller sends an instruction to the driving unit of the loudspeaker after receiving the feedback, and the driving unit drives the loudspeaker to make sound according to the instruction. Need not artifical the detection, improved production efficiency, reduced manufacturing cost to reducible because of the wrong risk that leads to the trouble emergence of adorning the speaker.

the device comprises an identification unit, a main controller, a driving unit and a loudspeaker, wherein the identification unit and the driving unit are electrically connected with the main controller, and the driving unit is also electrically connected with the loudspeaker;
the identification unit is used for acquiring the supplier ID of the loudspeaker and identifying the supplier ID, and if the identification result meets a preset condition, a feedback signal is sent to the main controller;
the main controller is used for receiving the feedback signal and sending an instruction to the driving unit according to the received feedback signal;
the driving unit is used for receiving the instruction and driving the loudspeaker according to the instruction.
The number of the speakers may be one or more. The number of the suppliers of the speakers may be one or more.
Optionally, the number of the speakers is at least two.
In this embodiment, the number of the speakers may be two, three, four, or four or more, preferably four.
Optionally, the identification unit obtains and identifies provider IDs of the plurality of speakers, and sends a feedback signal to the main controller if the identification result indicates that the provider IDs of the speakers are the same.
Optionally, wherein the set number of vendor IDs is at least two.
In the present embodiment, the number of the provider IDs to be set may be two, three, four, or four or more, preferably two.
In a preferred embodiment, the vendor ID of the loudspeaker can be identified by setting a set of signals (ID +, ID-) in the loudspeaker identification circuit. For example, the set of signals may be output high representing the supplier a of the speaker and low representing the supplier B of the speaker. After the loudspeakers are assembled in a factory production line, starting up detection, when an identification unit of a loudspeaker identification circuit acquires (ID +, ID-) signals of all the loudspeakers and identifies that the signals are all high levels, the fact that a plurality of loudspeakers of the electronic equipment are all provided by a supplier A and are not mixed is indicated, a feedback signal is sent to a main controller, the main controller sends an instruction to a driving unit after receiving the feedback signal, and after the driving unit receives the instruction, parameters adaptive to the loudspeakers provided by the supplier A are set to drive the loudspeakers and send corresponding sound 1; similarly, if the identification unit acquires the (ID +, ID-) signals of all the speakers and identifies that the signals are all at a low level, it indicates that the multiple speakers of the electronic device are all provided by the provider B and are not mixed, and accordingly emits the corresponding sound 2; if the identification unit acquires the (ID +, ID-) signals of all the loudspeakers and identifies that the loudspeakers have high level and low level, the mixed loading of the loudspeakers of the electronic equipment is indicated, and accordingly no sound is emitted, so that the detection result can be intuitively obtained through the presence or absence of the sound on the production line.
In an alternative application scenario of this embodiment, when there are more than two speaker suppliers, a set of serial or parallel multi-bit signals may be provided in the speaker identification circuit, for example, the two-bit signal may identify 4 speaker supplier IDs at most, 00 represents the speaker supplier a, 01 represents the speaker supplier B, 10 represents the speaker supplier C, and 11 represents the speaker supplier D. After the loudspeakers are assembled in a factory production line, starting up detection, when an identification unit of a loudspeaker identification circuit acquires provider IDs (identities) of all the loudspeakers and identifies that the identities are 00, the situation that a plurality of loudspeakers of the electronic equipment are provided by a provider A and are not mixed is indicated, a feedback signal is sent to a main controller, the main controller sends an instruction to a driving unit after receiving the feedback signal, and after the driving unit receives the instruction, the parameters adaptive to the loudspeakers provided by the provider A are set to drive the loudspeakers and send corresponding sound 1; if the identification unit acquires the provider IDs of all the speakers and identifies that the provider IDs are 01, the fact that the speakers of the electronic equipment are provided by the provider B and are not mixed is indicated, and corresponding sound 2 is correspondingly emitted; if the identification unit acquires the provider IDs of all the speakers and identifies that the provider IDs are 10, the fact that the speakers of the electronic equipment are provided by the provider C and are not mixed is indicated, and corresponding sound 3 is correspondingly emitted; similarly, if the identification unit acquires the provider IDs of all the speakers and identifies that the provider IDs are 11, it indicates that the speakers of the electronic device are all provided by the provider C and are not mixed, and accordingly emits the corresponding sound 4; if the identification unit acquires the supplier IDs of all the loudspeakers and identifies that the suppliers IDs are not identical, the fact that the loudspeakers of the electronic equipment are mixed and do not emit sound correspondingly is indicated, and therefore the detection result can be visually obtained through the presence or absence of the sound on a production line.
The embodiment also provides a speaker identification device, which comprises the speaker identification circuit.
The embodiment also provides an electronic device comprising the speaker identification device.
Wherein, the electronic device includes one or more speakers, which may be but not limited to: a mobile phone, a television, a sound device, a tablet computer, a portable computer, a wearable device, a music player, a fixed phone, etc., which are not listed herein.
Based on the circuit, the working principle of the application is as follows:
when the electronic equipment is started and enters a loudspeaker detection process, the supplier ID of the loudspeaker is acquired and identified through the identification unit, if the identification result meets the preset condition, a feedback signal is sent to the main controller, the main controller sends an instruction to the driving unit after receiving the feedback signal, and after receiving the instruction, the driving unit sets parameters adaptive to the loudspeaker, drives the loudspeaker and emits corresponding sound.
Whether the installed loudspeaker meets the requirement or not can be automatically identified when the electronic equipment is started to enter the loudspeaker detection process, manual detection is not needed, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the risk of failure caused by mis-installation of the loudspeaker can be reduced. Therefore, the invention has good practical application value.

the device comprises an identification unit, a main controller, a driving unit and a loudspeaker, wherein the identification unit and the driving unit are electrically connected with the main controller, and the driving unit is also electrically connected with the loudspeaker;
the identification unit is used for acquiring the supplier ID of the loudspeaker and identifying the supplier ID, and if the identification result meets a preset condition, a feedback signal is sent to the main controller;
the main controller is used for receiving the feedback signal and sending an instruction to the driving unit according to the received feedback signal;
the driving unit is used for receiving the instruction and driving the loudspeaker according to the instruction.
2. The circuit according to claim 1, wherein the number of the speakers provided is at least two.
3. The circuit of claim 2, wherein the identification unit is configured to obtain a vendor ID of the speaker and identify the vendor ID, and if the identification result satisfies a preset condition, the sending a feedback signal to the main controller comprises:
the identification unit acquires and identifies the supplier ID of the loudspeaker, and sends a feedback signal to the main controller if the identification result shows that the supplier IDs of the loudspeakers are the same.
