Abstract

The invention discloses a process method for treating the looseness of a stator end nose of a steam turbine generator, which adopts a process method for only treating the position of the nose aiming at the problem that a slot outlet area and an involute area of the stator end of an insulating cone ring structure do not loosen but the nose is seriously loosened when a steam turbine generator with the insulating cone ring structure operates on site.

Description

Turbine generator stator end nose end loosening treatment process method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of turbonators, in particular to a technological method for treating the looseness of a nose end of a stator end part of a turbonator.
Background
When a stator of the turbonator runs on site, the problem of loosening of the end part of the stator coil often occurs. In most cases, the end part of the stator coil is loosened into an involute area and a slot outlet area which are large-area loosened, but only the nose end position of the stator coil is loosened when the stator end part is individual.
When the end part of the stator coil is loosened, the repair scheme adopted in the industry basically comprises the steps of completely disassembling all the stator coils, then assembling the stator coils once again, and in the process of reassembling the stator coils, the conformal material at the nose ends of all the end parts is re-dipped into the glue matching pads and cured, so that the end parts of the stator are re-fixed into a whole, and the problem of loosening of the end parts of the stator is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a turbine generator stator end nose end loosening treatment process method. When the stator end nose is loosened in the running process of the steam turbine generator with the insulating conical ring structure, the structure for fixing the stator coil at the stator end nose is subjected to a local treatment process, and the method specifically comprises the following steps;
1) Checking and judging that the parts for fixing the stator coil in the outlet notch area and the involute area of the end part of the stator are not loosened, wherein the parts comprise a part between the stator coil and an insulating cone ring, a part between the stator coil and a part between the stator coil and an insulating fixing ring;
2) Checking and judging that the nose conformal material for fixing the stator coil at the nose end of the stator end is loosened, wherein the nose conformal material comprises the nose end position between the stator coil and an insulating conical ring and the nose end position between the stator coil and an insulating fixing ring;
3) Keeping each fixing part of the stator coil in the notch area and the involute area of the stator end not to be removed;
4) The insulating fixing ring of the stator end nose end stator coil fixed at the radial inner circle position is disassembled, and the nose end conformal material of the stator end nose end stator coil fixed between the stator end nose end stator coil and the insulating cone ring is plugged at the radial outer circle position;
5) Preparing a nose conformal material for fixing the stator end nose stator coil between the stator end nose stator coil and the insulating cone ring again according to the space, and plugging the prepared nose conformal material into the position between the stator end nose stator coil and the insulating cone ring again after gum dipping;
6) Reassembling the insulating fixing ring, preparing a nose conformal material between the insulating fixing ring and the stator end nose stator coil according to the space again, and plugging the prepared nose conformal material into the position between the insulating fixing ring and the stator end nose stator coil after gum dipping;
7) After all the impregnated nose end conformal materials are cured at room temperature, the nose ends of the end parts of the stator are integrated again.
Technical effects
1) The structure of the stator end of the turbonator is special, each part is used for fixing a stator coil and comprises an insulating conical ring, an insulating fixing ring and the like of the stator end, glue-dipped insulating materials are filled between the fixing parts and the coil and between the fixing parts and the coil, the filled materials are soft during assembly and are in a state with very good strength and hardness after being solidified, and therefore the stator end of the turbonator can meet the operation requirement;
2) In the running process of the turbonator, sometimes, the stator end part is loosened due to abnormal vibration and other reasons, and the stator coil grounding major accident can be seriously caused by abrasion between each fixed part and the stator coil of the originally solidified integrated stator end part and among the fixed parts due to loosening, so that the problem of the stator end part loosening must be timely treated;
3) When the problem of loosening of the end part of the stator is serious, the stator coil is generally required to be completely disassembled and reassembled, and the end part of the stator is fixed into a whole again in the assembling process;
4) The invention develops a new process method, and reasonably and practically solves the problem of looseness of the nose end of the end part of the stator of the insulating conical ring structure;
5) According to the condition that the nose end of the end part of the stator is seriously loosened locally, but the notch outlet area and the involute area are not loosened basically, aiming at the characteristics of the structure that the nose end position of the end part of the stator is loosened and the insulating fixing ring at the nose end position and the insulating conical ring are clamped inside and outside, the problem of the looseness of the nose end of the end part of the stator of a certain unit with an insulating conical ring structure is solved in a targeted manner by adopting a local treatment process;
6) The invention greatly reduces the repair workload and shortens the repair period.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.
1) As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a complete inspection of the stator end 1 is performed, and it is determined that the slot area 7 and the involute area 8 of the stator end 1 are not loosened, including between the stator coil 5 and the insulating cone ring 3, between the stator coil 5 itself, and between the stator coil 5 and the insulating fixing ring 4, and it is determined that only the position of the nose end 2 is loosened, including between the nose end conformal material 6 between the nose end 2 of the stator coil 5 and the insulating cone ring 3, and between the stator coil 5 and the insulating fixing ring 4;
2) As shown in fig. 2, the insulating fixing ring 4 for fixing the inner diameter position of the nose end 2 of the stator coil 5 is detached, and the conformal material between the outer diameter position of the nose end 2 of the stator coil 5 and the insulating cone ring 3 is detached;
3) As shown in fig. 2, cleaning the stator coil 5 nose 2;
4) As shown in fig. 2, the glue-dipped nose end conformal material 6 between the nose end 2 of the newly-padded stator coil 5 and the insulating cone ring 3 is cured at room temperature after being plugged;
5) As shown in fig. 2, the insulating fixing ring 4 at the inner diameter position of the nose end 2 of the stator coil 5 is reassembled, a glue nose end conformal material 6 is reassembled between the insulating fixing ring 4 and the stator coil 5, the stator coil is stuffed with the glue nose end conformal material and then is cured at room temperature, and then the insulating fixing ring 4 is fastened.
The present invention is illustrative only and not intended to limit the scope thereof, and modifications and variations in part thereof will be suggested to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
